House holiday rentals in San Lazzaro

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

We had an amazing time at Miriam’s house. She and her husband are lovely people who put a lot of thought into their interior. There was nothing else we could have wished for, nice pool/ garden area, very well equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms.

Lovely very large secure garden which was ideal for our dogs. The pool was lovely and the eating area outside the kitchen was ideal. The house was comfortable and spacious and air con in 2 of the bedrooms was lovely as kept the whole house at a lovely temperature. Local bakery ideal for breakfast. 2 of our party went to the aqua park and loved it. We also visited Ferrera and Bologna.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Visiting Lisbeth & Lars is more than just an accommodation. We stayed at the couple’s unit which was perfect – very clean and well maintained with all our necessities. This place is perfect to have you slipping into Italian style living. We had our morning coffee at the porch with the birds singing for us😃 But the most important thing about this place is the hospitality. Lisbeth & Lars are the perfect hostesses and helped us reserve the best restaurants in the area plus tours with local balsamic and parmesan producers. We will certainly come again, next time at the summer to check out the pool.

I am from California and stayed at 50 different Airbnb properties so far, mostly in the US, and most were very good, some were great, but none were like this property. this place is more than a place to stay. This was a very special and unique experience made possible by the great hospitality and generosity of the owners. I stayed for the entire Mugello MotoGP 2025 weekend and this location could not be more perfect to attend the race events every day. The views, the road to the property, the whole area and history or the area are all amazing. I got to learn a great deal about this beautiful part of the world and felt like I was an “Italian” for a few days. Highly recommended.

Practical and effective accommodation, especially if you need a good place to spend the night. A friend of mine and I have already stayed in this room last year, and it was again a guarantee, from all points of view. Quiet and above all strategic location to quickly reach surrounding areas and cities. Professional host, friendly and always available to give advice or useful information.

Pictures reflect the cottage. Clean, great A/C, great location, quiet, perfect for 4 people. Garden was nice and peaceful. All was as described...even better! Would return!

The accommodation is pleasant, located in a quiet environment, and it is very well equipped and modern (kitchen equipment and recent living rooms, heating/air conditioning system...). Marco was warm and professional (verification of identity documents, tourist tax, responsive in communication on the application, welcome with detailed presentation of the accommodation...). He was able to adapt to ensure that check-in time indications were respected despite an initial reluctance. We had a pleasant day and night on site. Thank you very much!

We had a great time in the center of a nice and quiet village with everything you need and where we ate a great pizza and excellent ice cream. If I pass through here again, I'll definitely stop. I thank Diana for her hospitality

Tiziana and Roberto are wonderful hosts. They were communicative and friendly. Their listing is completely comfortable and well equipped. It is also very close to Bologna but secluded and out of the way of the busy city.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Luisa. It is conveniently located between modene and Bologna, and the village is walkable for dinner in the evening and for a stroll. The house is big and very clean! Gianluca is super available and very welcoming. Great value.

Lidia and her husband were perfect hosts! It felt right at home, we were warmly welcomed and they even gave us several rides, since we didn't have a car. Really kind and caring!

Due to a very complicated move I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and fully fenced, it really made a difference The house is enchanting as well as the view that frames it, priceless to wake up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence to feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful disconnect during which, at times, I was also able to regenerate I had some small difficulties with the TV in the room compared to the channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the room Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming structure if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of just relaxation and rest! Large multipurpose terrace in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, great hosts and communications, great value for money. 30 minutes from small city restaurants and groceries.

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Carla was great. Carla and Stefano met us in person and walked us through the house. This worked much better than our other Airbnbs which we stayed at. Casa Vittoria was very clean and had plenty of cutlery, glasses and dishes. Overall it was a great stay.
