Monthly Rentals in San Julián, Casco Antiguo

Natasja is a good host, we worked it out, she's friendly. The apartment is located in a good location, not far from the attractions of Seville, not far from public transport, shops nearby are well stocked. The only downside to us seems to be a private patio, we had a different idea of its size. It's very tiny, but the laundry can be dried. We stayed for a whole month and are very happy with this stay.

My partner and I had the joy of spending a week staying at Elena’s. It was a beautiful apartment in a wonderful location of Seville. I would happily stay here in the future. Highly recommended.

Ideal location for getting around the old town, close to great little restaurants/Tapas bars. The area has a bustling night life although the appartment is very peaceful! Would definitely stay here again!

I was in Francisco's small apartment in June 2025 with my family, consisting of four people, for seven days and we had a great time. The location is good (about 13 minutes on foot from Las Setas and about twenty minutes from the cathedral) and it is easy to take a bus to go to Piazza di Spagna or the train station, for those who are interested in visiting some other city of interest in the day. Francisco is attentive to solving every problem and advising his guests. The apartment is ideal for two people and complete with everything (TV, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, etc.). I recommend it.
