Una bonita casa y muy espaciosa. Con posibilidad de hacer un churrasco fuera con tus amigos. Además, la comunicación con el host durante la estancia fue buena y acabamos quedandonos mas tiempo. Repetiría.

Рекомендую оставаться в этом жилье. Чувствуете себя как дома, прекрасный чистый бассейн . Много кухонного инвентаря и посуды, места для хранения. Очень дружелюбный хозяин. Утром приятно выйти с чашечкой кофе в сад. Территория роскошная, падл корт открытый и закрытый бассейн. Мы провели отлично отпуск с детьми. Рекомендую взять в аренду в авто все достопримечательности и пляж 7-15 мин на машине. Торговый центр и продуктовые магазины 3-5 минут.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

Kjøkkenet hadde godt med utstyr, senger og sofa var komfortable, og det var deilig med aircondition. Bassengområdet var nydelig og godt vedlikeholdt, perfekt for både avslapning og en forfriskende dukkert. Beliggenheten var også super – rolig og fredelig, men fortsatt nær butikker, restauranter og strand. Verten var hjelpsom og lett å kommunisere med hele veien. Anbefales på det varmeste 👍

Fuimos 4 parejas con niños pequeños de 0-2 años. Todas las habitaciones estaban bien acondicionadas y nos sentimos muy acogidos. Ademas Anne fue muy atenta y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. repetiriamos sin duda.

La anfitriona muy amable y muy atenta contestando a los mensajes. La casa muy bonita y fiel a las imágenes. La verdad que nos sentimos como en casa. No hemos tenido ningún problema de ningún tipo. Es la segunda vez que voy y la verdad que volvería a ir.

Zona muy tranquila, todo estaba muy limpio y el jacuzzi era espectacular. Peter estuvo pendiente siempre si teníamos alguna duda.

Wir hatten einen absolut großartigen Aufenthalt in der Villa in Benidorm! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – die Villa war sehr sauber, top ausgestattet und ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Sorgfalt gearbeitet wird. Es war eine mega Erfahrung, die wir definitiv in bester Erinnerung behalten werden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Fazit: Ein super Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We all loved the villa. It was fabulously clean, had everything we all needed, the outside space was brilliant, the beds were super comfy, lots of towels, can't fault it! Thank you 😊 Excellent property!

It was a fantastic stay right close to the town of Parcent and many biking trails right outside the door. The grounds were large and beautifully kept, the home was lovely and very comfortable. We would stay here again. L’Era restaurant, walking distance had some of the best wood fired Paella we have had in Spain. Locals were friendly and a excellent bike bar/rentals in town, as well as a bakery to walk to in the mornings.

Utrolig dejlig ferie i denne bolig. Alt levede op til billederne - god plads i boligen og fantastisk terrasse med gasgrill, spa, ro og vidunderlig udsigt. Det er helt hypnotiserende at den eneste lyd er bølgerne i bugten og en båd eller jet ski i ny og næ. Poolen er dejlig, opvarmet med solceller og man kan tænde modstrøm til en frisk svømmetur. Der er nogle trin og kanter, man skal være obs på, specielt hvis man har børn med, men vi klarede det fint med en 2-årig og han elskede stedet lige så meget som os. Man kører på smalle veje til huset, som ikke er fodgængervenlige, men en biltur til byen, med alt hvad man behøver tager ikke mere end 5-10 minutter og det fungerer godt med egen garage. Dejlig strand og strandpromenade i Calpe og mange indkøbsmuligheder. En tur til algar vandfaldende og Safari Aitana kan i øvrigt anbefales.

If you are thinking about booking this villa, you definitely should! As a hen do, this was a perfect option for us. The host was so helpful throughout, always at the end of the phone to help with recommendations and book taxis. He was extremely accommodating, even letting us use the facilities for longer when our flight was delayed. The villa had everything we needed and we found it very clean. The location is beautiful, a taxi ride away from most things, but with the help of the host, booking taxis was done for us and this was never a problem. Would definitely hope to return one day.
