Apartment holiday rentals in San Juan Playa, Alicante

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Fantastic place! Infinity pools with a sea view are something else. The host and co-host were very hospitable and communicated clearly and in advance. The apartment looks even better in real life, the pictures don't do it justice. We also loved the beach and how accessible it is. If I really had to nitpick, I'd love to see some shelves in shower cabins to put stuff on, and it would be great to include a shower gel (which is advertised in the listing), but neither is really a deal breaker. It's an easy 5-star airbnb!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Alicante (2 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge). Eduardo est un hôte aux petits soins, très réactif, disponible et adorable ! L’appartement est idéalement situé face a la plage San Juan, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Il est moderne, confortable et très bien équipé, nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le quartier est calme et agréable. Des jeux d’enfant sont accessibles à quelques pas sur le front de mer, et nous avons pu bénéficier de chaises hautes, lit bébé et baignoire bébé ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour à Alicante !

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

I would highly recommend a stay in Borja’s cosy apartment. It’s bright, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. It has everything needed, including a couple of beach chairs and a parasol. From the front entrance it’s just a stones throw on to the beach. Borja was a great host, very friendly, quick to respond to messages and was happy to accept an early check in. It felt like he really wanted you to enjoy your stay in this apartment. Would definitely come back. 5 stars!

Desde el primer momento, Maite y Manuel nos brindaron una atención inigualable, cálida y desbordante de generosidad. Nos recibieron como reyes, con detalles sorprendentes que jamás olvidaré: bombones, vinos, y una hospitalidad fuera de este mundo. Cuando mi esposa enfermó, Maite se convirtió en nuestro ángel guardián, acompañándonos al hospital, esperando con infinita paciencia y asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto. Manuel fue un apoyo constante, llevándonos con una amabilidad desbordante a El Campello y luego al aeropuerto. La relación calidad-precio es una auténtica ganga para lo que ofrecen. Es imposible encontrar algo que mejore esta experiencia porque todo fue absolutamente perfecto, desde las vistas de ensueño hasta la tranquilidad sublime. Un oasis absolutamente perfecto.

Passamos uma semana incrível neste alojamento! Muito cômodo, em frente à praia e com piscina. Espaço muito bem distribuído, com tudo o que precisávamos, inclusive para piscina e praia, utensílios de cozinha, toalhas e secador de cabelo. Só tivemos um pouco de dificuldade para regular a temperatura do chuveiro. Com certeza voltaríamos para aproveitar mais o espaço e a cidade! Recomendamos muito! Obrigada.

Lago ja Alba ovat täydellisiä majoittajia, huomaavaisia matkailijoita kohtaan ja huolehtivia. Majoitus oli todella puhdas ja hyvin varusteltu. Asuinalue on hiljainen ja 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Lähellä ruokakauppoja, ravintoloita, nopeasti pääsee jopa kahteen eri rantaan. Erittäin helppo p tapa viestitellä majoittajan kanssa. Pienet herkut ovat miellyttävä yllätys saapumispäivänä. Ehdottomasti suosittelen !

Die Wohnung war wunderschön, alles war neu und sauber wir haben uns direkt verliebt in dieses tolle Appartement. Der Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt es wurde an alles gedacht. Wir bekamen ein babybett und ein babyhochstuhl das war super! Leider gibt es in der Gegend wenige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und wenige Restaurants und die Bahn fährt sehr oft vor der Wohnung lang was nachts etwas stört aber ansonsten haben wir nichts zu bemängeln. Wir hatten mal etwas angesprochen und auf unser Problem wurde sofort reagiert. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und ich würde diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen. Danke für die tolle Zeit Sergio! :)

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. There was a Tram train stop just down the block from this stay. You pay for your train ticket right on the train and it’s just a few dollars and 30 mins to get to Alicante’s downtown. The host proactively provided a list of recommendations for restaurants and transportation. Only the shared space and 1/3 bedrooms has air conditioning, the other 2 bedrooms only have fans. The bathroom has no windows or fans so it gets very steamy when showering. The beach equipment worked great. Highly recommend Besana restaurant and Infraganti Pizza bar. Both had the most delicious food with Besana being more upscale with a wide variety including paella (“arroz”). There was a washing machine but no easy place/way to hang dry the clothes, there are clothes pins but no line to pin to.

Un apartamento de lujo excelente súper cómodo, amplio una decoración muy hermosa y con una vista ejemplar, tiene de todo está muy bien equipado y es súper cómodo y tranquilo la verdad de las mejores experiencias este lugar..... las personas que nos recibieron a mi grupo y a mi, súper buenas personas amables y sobre todo muy atentos a siempre responder lo que necesitábamos total y finalmente una pasada está genial se merece un 1000 de 10

Väldigt fint boende som har allt man behöver för en semester, grill, jacuzzi, pool och bra utrustat kök! Nackdelen med området är att det är kuperat och gångavståndet till stranden är kanske närmre 20 min.

I would highly recommend staying at Franks Beautiful apartment. Franks communication was brilliant and his apartment was even more beautiful in person. It over looks the beach, near lovely restaurants and bars and only a 5-10mins walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
