Holiday rentals with beach access in San Felice Circeo

Benedetto and his wife were extremely kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Comfortable environment and functional services. The apartment is located in one of the central streets of Gaeta, very beautiful and charming for a walk. The apartment was clean, in a strategic and convenient location to spend a few days in peace, near the sea.

Roberto's place was exactly as advertised. Squeaky clean and with all the amenities listed in the description and fully functional. Roberto's father was very kind and helpful during the check-in. I highly recommend it.

My husband, two kids and I had a wonderful stay in Sperlonga! We were able to check in early and was met by Eduardo, who showed us the apartment and gave us tips about restaurants and what to see. The apartment was very clean and cozy, more than big enough for four persons, and aircon and wifi worked perfectly. The locations of the apartment is great! One minute walk to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery store, and a short walk to the old town. We definitely want to come back!

A great stay! Beautiful views, and felt so peaceful being up high. Had everything I needed, and was the perfect location for Sperlonga - easy to walk the flat central area, and right at the base of the "hike" up to the old center. It is many flights up without an elevator though, so be prepared! Alessandro was an amazing host and always prompt with any questions.

A very nice and quiet place to spend a few days, the view is very nice and the place is very nice, I would definitely stay with Luca and Agata again.

I stayed for a week and had a great time. Impeccable accommodation, everything very clean and the garden outside fantastic. Mrs. Doriana was always very helpful and kind to all our requests. If I were to return to Circeo, I would definitely contact her again

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, a dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing holidays is available. The access is exactly as Carlo describes: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

We had a very nice time with great bird concerts. Everything is easily accessible. Delicious pizza and baked goods in a wide selection. The whole neighborhood is quite beautiful. We were also twice in the neighboring village in the old town and in the temple. The air is very humid in autumn, smells great, but attracts mosquitoes. That's why we got Soventol on site. Always happy to visit this beautiful place.

House perfectly responsive to the photos, very close to the sea, with a priceless view and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Self check-in and check-out is very practical. Friendly and helpful hosts. I definitely recommend staying at this property for relaxing evenings on a breathtaking terrace.

The apartment Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

The apartment is very clean and absolutely as in the photos, Giuseppe was really very helpful, present, attentive to all the details to make you have the experience, the pampering, of your home but on vacation. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea makes everything spectacular, the only downside was having to leave! We will definitely be back, a thought also for Daniel who helped us with sunbeds and umbrella, he was also very kind, always very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

we liked it from the first glance, we even entered an hour and a half in advance. Friendly and very kind concierge service. the view as soon as you enter is beautiful, it almost seems like you're on a cruise. The apartment is perfect for spending relaxing days and for reaching the beach without the usual hassle of getting around. Host always available even in August. Accommodation corresponding to the indications, really short response times, Flavia was waiting for us at the house when we arrived, explaining everything in detail. Great location. Recommended, if I ever return to Gaeta, I'll already know where to go!

Monica is a wonderfully helpful host who always responded quickly, arranged a taxi from the station, and provided valuable tips. Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view. We are so happy with our stay at Monica’s place.
