Super cozy place with a beautiful view in the old town. Barbara was very responsive, the communication was great. It was perfect for me and my husband. If you're a very tall and big person, you might have hard times in certain parts of the apartment.

Super helpful. The accommodation is very well maintained and has direct access to the beach of Neptune. A real surprise. We will definitely be back. Very helpful host and allowed us to have flexible check-out times.

We were greeted by Gianluca and his sister, two very welcoming and helpful people. Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the historic part of Formia and a few minutes' drive from the various places of interest, also with a view of the sea! We'll definitely be back.

The apartment is nice and well-equipped. I have a stay with 3 other people and I have to say that the spaces are right. The two air conditioners were essential to freshen up the house. The instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and thorough. The only downside of the area is paid parking, but this doesn't depend on the apartment of course.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Francesco and his partner welcomed us to their beautiful villa, they were always kind and helpful in our requests. The house is really very nice and fresh. Beautiful bells in the garden that with the wind create a really pleasant symphony. I will definitely be back.

Fabrizio is very responsive, easy to communicate with, quickly responds to messages. His apartment is perfect, clean, well located, feet in the water, close to all amenities, in the city of Rome. We are satisfied with our stay. I recommend it. 😊

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

It was an amazing stay! Exactly like described, in the middle of nature , relaxing.. We had long walks around the Azienda Agricola in the middle of their agricolture .. They sell their own produce We will definitely come back! Thanks to Laura , she is an amazing host! … and the food of their restaurant is genuine and delicious! Everything tastes insane!

Really pleasant stay in Maria's apartment, on two levels, very clean, tidy and very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need (dishes, pans, TV, napkins), and the pellet stove heats perfectly. The apartment is in a quiet countryside area, perfect for relaxing, and private parking is very convenient. Maria was very kind and also told us about her Alpaca, from which she obtains beautiful artisanal products

The house is very bright, the rooms are spacious and very well organized. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and for the table, the terraces are also very useful and the proximity to the beach is very convenient. Impeccable structure with all the comforts. The highlight is the pool area. In the evening, you can use the barbecue and spend time with the family. I recommend this accommodation. We had a great stay in Formia! The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with reliable Wi-Fi that worked perfectly throughout our stay. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, great for relaxing after a day of exploring. The highlight was definitely the viev - absolutely breathtaking, with sweeping scenery of both the mountains and the ocean. The beach is within walking distance, though the return involves a bit of an uphill climb, so it's best for those who don’t mind a little exercise. That said, the tranquility and the view at the top are well worth it. We'd happily return!

The house is clean, equipped with all the services structured in a smart way, and with a wonderful little balcony overlooking the square of Sperlonga. The size is designed to make the stay as serene as possible, we also found some things for breakfast that were very appreciated as well as bathroom products. The friendliness of the host made our stay very pleasant, we had to arrive at night and Vincenzo was available despite the late hour to help us with the opening of the box because both my partner and I could not enter the code well, being the first time we had to check in automatically; we also needed to ask for information about parking and the beaches and he was always very present and available, also recommending a few places where we went to dinner, being more than good. Clean, bright and quiet accommodation, not far from the center of Latina, with all the comforts and even more (gym and parking space) Luca allowed us access with our Labrador breed dog which is a rarity. He is also always available for any need if necessary. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Luca.

I was with my family in Roberto's apartment for a week, I have had many holidays in different places, but his apartment is really very nice: clean, tidy, attentive to every detail, kitchen furnished with everything, really wonderful! And after that, if you want to go to the sea, rest without looking for the beaches, it is really convenient, cross the street and you are on the Lido Due beach, where you will find wonderful people there too! Good place for a larger group in a good location. Restaurants and beach nearby. You can also walk to the old town of Gaeta.

I have been to many AirBNB’s but never have I seen one as well stocked as this lovely home. There was everything we needed for a family dinner upon arrival! Maria Teresa is a delight. Very responsive and full of helpful suggestions. Easy check in and check out. Spacious with 3 comfortable bedrooms and very light and airy. This house is close to old town, which is a must. Also, very close to the best beach. We will be back and highly recommend.

I found a bright and clean home. The bathroom with a window !!!Gianluca also met me warmly about check-in time. It was a peaceful stay.
