David's place is simple but exactly what you would hope for: clean and a great stop for a quick visit to Madrid. It's very well connected; there's a bus stop right in front of the apartment. David was very helpful from the start, even before booking. He clarified all my doubts about the location and helped me figure out how to get around the area.

I was at Carlos' house with some friends and I can only say that it was a 15 out of 10. Carlos was always very attentive to us and our needs. The house was impeccable and with all the comforts that anyone could need, in addition, Carlos left us some welcome amenities which are to be thanked. As soon as we arrived, he also explained how to get around the neighborhood and left us a map with restaurants and places of interest. Undoubtedly, one of the best houses I have stayed in and that, we hope to repeat in the future :-)

Nice apartment with everything you need. The subway is right outside the door and you are in the center in 25 minutes. From the airport it takes about 1 hour but with Google it is totally easy to find your way around, we got everywhere flexibly. In the apartment is everything you need. There were three of us, also the sofa bed was perfectly ok for 3 days. In the separate room there is a closet, a small table, bedside table and a 140 meter bed (also sufficient for 3 days even if we prefer a little more space while sleeping). All windows can be darkened! Javier is very quick to respond and answer any questions👍🏻! Unfortunately, we didn't have such nice weather, so we would recommend slings for the floor (or double socks😊). We felt very comfortable. We ate three times at Bar Santander because it was so good and the sangria is also very tasty there. We would come back!
