Perfect stop for wine lovers. I suggest you rent an e-bike as this spot is just 15-20 minutes from a dozen wineries (but be prepared to carry and store your bikes upstairs at night). Francesco was friendly, responsive, and helpful. place was as advertised. Clean and quiet. If I'm ever back in Tuscany I would stay here again.

Amazing villa and location. Amenities were beautiful and restaurant was amazing. Plenty of parking and access. Great back yard and swimming pool for kids with amazing views.

Very good stay in San Casciano in Val di Pesa to discover the region. We tested the bus to Florence or the tram from the Villa Costanza car park. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped, the beds are comfortable. Only downside: the parking space reserved for the apartment is inaccessible with a large car, but there is space nearby easily.
