Monthly Rentals in Sampford Peverell

We stayed at Kate’s for a week. We very much enjoyed our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Kate. Kate organised taxis for us. I was unwell and needed to see a Doctor. Kate helped with Doctors appointment etc. Anything we needed Kate sorted. The breakfast was excellent. I couldn’t fault our stay and highly recommend staying at Kate’s. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Louise Zimmer Australia

William was a wonderful host and his place was lovely, great area for an Airbnb. We would recommend to our family and friends and would come back if we are ever back in this area again.

Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment. My husband and I rented this for a weekend away for our first anniversary and it was perfect. Loved having the pool just opposite the back door. Very clean and the host had gone out of their way to provide everything we needed, even bits for breakfast, snacks and soaps. Loads of things to see around this area too. The ceiling is quite low in the kitchen and bathroom so if your 5ft 10 or over then be prepared to watch your head. But we managed and would still give this place a 5 star rating and would love to return.

a good overnight stop on the way to the West Country. very conpact so take a small bag. The Nook maybe tiny but it had every thing you would need for a night or two
