Holiday rentals with a patio in Sámara

Right in the heart of a wild Reserve, with beautiful birds flying round as you relax by the pool with freshly made juice in hand and your jumbo shrimp on the bbq. What more could you want? Walk 10min and your on an epic surf beach, Playa Camaronal. Most consistent in the region and very few people ever on it. Drive further and you have the most secluded peaceful beaches where turtles lay their eggs at night (4x4 recommend ). Drive 10min the opposite direction and your on a huge white beach lined with shady palm trees; Playa Carrillo is a local favorite on the weekends but empty all week. Dayana was an amazing host, she was so quick to respond and bring anything we needed to the property. Didn't need much as the place was impressively kitted out. She had loads of suggestions where to go and was super understanding of our needs with a 16month old. Perfect place for kids in the gated compound. You can even rent all 3 flats so the whole family are together.

Beautiful home and has everything you need! The host was responsive and accommodating during the duration of our stay. Multiple beaches 5-10 minutes away. You will definitely need a 4x4 to get to the Airbnb as most roads in Nosara are extremely rough. We would definitely book this Airbnb again!

Maria and Wolfgang were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The coral snake shower was excellent, especially after returning from the beach, or simply to cool off. Supermarkets, restaurants and beach are all in easy walking distance.

Lucia and Tim were fantastic hosts! They were responsive and helpful from the time we booked until we departed. The accommodation is spotless and had everything we needed for a great stay. The beach is close and beautiful. Thanks for everything.

I spent 2 weeks at this beautiful place located in La Huacas, walkable to the beach and restaurants but tucked away from the comparative “busyness” of Nosara. The landscaping and surrounding jungle were perfect to watch birds and monkeys. Completely safe and luxurious accommodation in a newer build. I compared pricing for the area and feel this Airbnb provides a great deal more privacy and amenities than a hotel. Being able to cook for myself was a great benefit for me. I frequently had the property to myself. Owner was very responsive to communications. Note: Nosara has really grown since I was last there and construction is everywhere. This place was relatively quiet in comparison and I could enjoy the landscape in the immaculate garden view terrace. I loved the pool area for yoga and outdoor showers. At peak times, the main road is busy down below the house but this was never a concern. Encourage you to explore the views from La Huacas on quad or e-bike during your stay. Pura vida!

I absolutely love it there! It was stylish yet simple, lots of natural light, quiet and walkable. Esperanza was really helpful and accommodating ! I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! Can’t beat the view while also having proximity to the beach and the great towns of Puerto Carrillo and Sámara. We spent 2 hours one evening watching the moneys from our room which was a great time. The place itself is clean and spacious. And our hosts were very friendly and helpful!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The view from the patio is absolutely spectacular — we spent hours just watching the clouds roll over the mountains, spotting birds and wildlife right from the comfort of our chairs. The home was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was the thoughtful welcome basket with fresh fruit and local coffee. We arrived just before a big storm rolled in and didn’t have time to stop for supplies, so having those essentials waiting for us in the kitchen was a huge relief and incredibly appreciated. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic escape. We would absolutely stay here again!

Although Edward's cottage consists of just one room that includes the kitchen, living area and sleeping area and a separate bathroom, it is spacious and makes you feel right at home. Everything you need is there and the bathroom is lovely with a big shower! Everything was also lovingly arranged and a full fruit basket awaited us! Outside there is a small table with two benches which is ideal for breakfast and dinner. The two rocking chairs invite you to read comfortably and the small, very nice swimming pool provides refreshment. All in all, we had an excellent stay and would stay there again should we come back to Samara. Absolutely recommendable.

The location is excellent, it’s right in Samara Center. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. Only thing to note is it’s not exactly a house, it’s a hotel. It’s three separate rooms, the one in the center has the kitchen and living room. If your a big group with couples, it’s great. All in all the place is clean, in a great location, and very friendly staff.

Beautiful home in a private location. Our multigenerational family stayed for the week. We loved the pool, outdoor space and kitchen. Definitely recommend 4-wheel drive vehicle. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Great oasis and landing spot for our trip.

This property was perfect for the retreat we were hopeful for. The home is removed from the noise and dust of the main road allowing for very relaxing afternoons in the pool. The pool was a great way to cool off, particularly because it is shaded from the hot afternoon sun. The patio was also a great place to hangout and enjoy the surrounding beauty. We observed monkeys in the trees most days and saw fireflies behind the house at night. The kitchen was well equipped; we prepared a number of meals there. The bathrooms are well maintained and plenty of towels are provided. The beds were comfortable and each room had great natural light. The property is very close to the main part of town (5 minute drive) and there is a market walking distance (5 minute walk). The provided bikes made getting to the beach very easy. We are already dreaming of our next trip to this property.

McKenzie’s place was amazing! It looks exactly as it does in the pictures. It’s a beautiful place in an extremely beautiful location. The private pool and patio were so nice to have. We also accessed the resort beach club, which was a five minute walk away. The hotel also coordinated a zipline adventure and we surfed and did a snorkeling trip while there also. The scarlet macaws were also gorgeous and came by numerous times a day. McKenzie was so helpful with any questions we had. She was extremely proactive in resolving one issue that came up very quickly and way beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this villa.

Beautiful stay. Nice and private, but easy to walk down the drive and steps to the main road for pickup for a tour or to the beach. Having our private infinity pool was so much fun for our son. Really appreciated there were some beach chairs and beach toys available to use.

The place was amazing. Lush vegetation surrounding a pristine pool. There were two homes on the premises and would be ideal for a large family. Especially for a family reunion. The outdoor covered grill area next to the pool is perfect for a large gathering. Only word of caution be ready for ants in the kitchen. Don't leave any food on counter, including fruit.

Federica is full of grace and wisdom. Her daily yoga is extremely special, as are the reiki treatments. We could walk everywhere and enjoy the treats of Samara. They have a little oasis that is so special.

The perfect place to stay if you want to take it a little quieter. The whole complex is beautiful and very well maintained. The apartment has everything you could want. Chiara takes great care of her guests. Very nice, secluded beaches and good restaurants in the surrounding areas.

We are family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids). Sherry condo was perfect for our family. Clean, large rooms, fully stocked kitchen, she even has beach chairs, umbrella and mini bag cooler you can borrow, very cool AC, short 5 mins walk to beach and 10 mins walk to all the restaurants in downtown, beautiful view. There is washer/dryer in unit and came in handy. Very quiet location away from everything with only sounds of waves. Highly recommend restaurants Casa Esmeralda and Eldorado. Food can take a long time but they cook to order. Very fresh. You will not be disappointed. Beach is beautiful, quiet and clean. Read complaint of horse poop on the beach. There is some horse poop but they are mainly down where hotels beach fronts are. We didn’t see any on our side. We spent our day boogie boarding and pool. There are restaurants by the beach as well. Would highly recommend Sherry place and would stay again. Easy to communicate. There is no uber but taxi. Thank you for the fruit bask

We stayed at Carlos’ place for 10 nights and it had everything we needed. It was important to us to be able to cook our own meals and we had everything we needed to do that. It was a close to drive to everything and only took 10 minutes or so to get anywhere, location was perfect for us. The drive was easy and the place was easily accessible by car. The neighbours are very close, although we never saw them, we could hear them- but it wasn’t bothersome at all. Felt very safe and comfortable. If your looking for something that’s close to everything, is simple, safe and affordable- this is it! Also, Carlos was really great to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but had questions about places to go and things to see and he gave us SO much information that might have otherwise been hard to find on our own!

The place met our expectations, we had the opportunity to walk to the beach because it is so close. Access was easy and there are shops (restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc.) quite close. My husband and I had a great time! Thank you both for your attention and prompt response.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious condo. The view is breathtaking and the place has everything we needed. Even on a hot night the pool has a bit of a breeze, as you are up above the main town. As long as you don’t mind the stairs , the place is absolutely wonderful. Parking is included and the gated entrance is easy. We had a great time !

The Condo, and Las Brisas Del Mar in general, exuded our expectations. One of the best equipped AirBNB we have stayed in. The community at Las Brisas was very welcoming and friendly. We had our entire family with us, and kids and grandkids really enjoyed our week. The beach is wonderful with plenty of wildlife to see in the tide pools right out front. Would welcome this place as a family friendly place.
