Apartment holiday rentals in Sámara

Had a wonderful stay in Samara for our honeymoon in the Dalia suite! The Congo lounge was a beautiful spot to watch the sunrise in the morning and view howler monkeys in the trees. Beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere was the standout. The pool was very refreshing on hot afternoons and the property overall was beautiful!

We had a great stay in Samara. Elena and Francesco have great recommendations for beaches, restaurants etc which we followed and were never disappointed. It was really nice to have a pool right outside our door, too. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We loved staying at Sanctuary Bliss. The condo was great. The manager was responsive. We would happily rent there again.

This place is absolutely amazing. From the pool to the washer/dryer to the other kind people staying in the units, it’s just wonderful. We had a small hiccup at check in, but beyond that, it was really great.

Staying at Las Palmeras in Stacey’s unit was an incredible experience. We were there for 6 weeks for our first extended trip with our young children. The security and staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. The others at the condo (guests and owners) were just unbeatable. My kids said they were going to miss Costa Riva because they’d miss their neighbours! The location was pretty much perfect. A short walk to the beach past a small field of cows and horses (dreamy!) an even shorter walk to a local restaurant and great little grocery store, a 10 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride to town. We didn’t rent their golf cart in time but I’d highly recommend you do because it really is the cheapest in town from what we saw. Oh laundry was easy too with a great place to hang your laundry if you want (they have washers and dryers too). We did do fan moving around to cool things down but at 37/38 degrees Celsius you kind of have to! Highly recommend!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Villa Venado. Le logement était spacieux et très propre. Gros coup de cœur pour le paysage et le chant des oiseaux le matin. Nous avons commencé nos vacances au Costa Rica chez Georgina et c’est une note parfaite en partant. Merci aussi de nous avoir prévenu de l’activité de remise à l’eau des tortues au coucher du soleil… c’était la plus belle façon de terminer notre séjour chez elle. Encore un gros merci. Gen

David was incredibly quick and responsive. He was super kind and flexible with us. The place is new and clean and they had all sorts of nice touches such as fresh coffee and all the necessities to cook and prepare meals. The pool is lovely and the place is a quick drive from the beach. Dave is a kind soul and a super great host- highly recommended!

Muy lindo el apartamento, el señor de mantenimiento muy atento en ayudarnos la piscina muy linda y rodeada de naturaleza, al principio nos costó la comunicación por errores humanos pero por lo demás muy satisfechos.

El apartamento está prácticamente nuevo, todo funciona perfectamente. 4 ventiladores ultra silenciosos en cada habitación y en el balcón, aire acondicionado en el dormitorio que no usamos. Vajilla e implementos de cocina limpios y nuevos, plantilla de inducción eléctrica como estufa, horno electrico en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. Colchón y cama confortables con mesas de noche (falta una lámapra en una de ellas). Televisión con cable con el contendio medio de las cableras de la zona. Excelente servicio de internet de Kölbi. Baño, inodoro y ducha en perfectas condiciones con buen sistema de calentamiento de agua. Medianmente bien amueblado.

Beautiful apartment! We had a quick and pleasant stay. The pool area was perfect. We will definitely be back!

The host was very responsive with suggestions for my teenaged son to enjoy local surfing areas and options for local places to eat (Lola's and Tiki Hut are fabulous!)

We were very happy staying at Kirsten's apartment. Being Kirsten's home meant there were all the little things that you want or need that pure rentals don't always have. There is a lovely community there and we met neighbours and made friends. Access to Tennis was great, and there are wonderful tide pools at the beach at low tide if you want calmer sea than the usual Nosara surf, which was perfect for us and our little daughter. I can't speak highly enough of Kirsten who was the perfect host, and we hope to have the opportunity to stay again. Thank you Kirsten!

El Departamento es muy lindo, comodo y super moderno. Tiene muy lindos muebles y utensillos de cocina. El Condominio es excelente. La piscina y lugar publico son muy grandes y super limpios. Recomiendo mucho este alojamiento. Carolina tuvo una excelente y amable comunicacion conmigo en todo momento. Muy agradecido de su excelente servicio. Muy buena anfitrion. Seguro Volvere.

Todo estuvo muy bonito, la zona es muy tranquila. El apartamento estaba muy limpio habían suficientes paños y bien equipada.

Andrew and JoAnne’s place is spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a blender, microwave and coffeemaker. It was spotless on our arrival. The bed linens and towels were clean and fresh. The location is a short walk to a beautiful beach- sunset is the place to be in the late afternoon. We enjoyed dinner at La Cuchinara Doni Emi, which was fantastic. The pool is clean with a shaded area which was perfect for relaxing. The area felt safe and was quiet at night. Overall, it was excellent value for the stay!

Die perfekte Unterkunft, wenn man es mal ein bisschen ruhiger angehen lassen möchte. Die ganze Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Das Appartement hat alles was man sich wünschen könnte. Chiara kümmert sich super um ihre Gäste. Sehr schöne, einsame Strände und gute Restaurants in der Umgebung.

We are family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids). Sherry condo was perfect for our family. Clean, large rooms, fully stocked kitchen, she even has beach chairs, umbrella and mini bag cooler you can borrow, very cool AC, short 5 mins walk to beach and 10 mins walk to all the restaurants in downtown, beautiful view. There is washer/dryer in unit and came in handy. Very quiet location away from everything with only sounds of waves. Highly recommend restaurants Casa Esmeralda and Eldorado. Food can take a long time but they cook to order. Very fresh. You will not be disappointed. Beach is beautiful, quiet and clean. Read complaint of horse poop on the beach. There is some horse poop but they are mainly down where hotels beach fronts are. We didn’t see any on our side. We spent our day boogie boarding and pool. There are restaurants by the beach as well. Would highly recommend Sherry place and would stay again. Easy to communicate. There is no uber but taxi. Thank you for the fruit bask

Great place to stay in Nosara! Convient location for nearby Pelada beach, coffee shop and restaurants! Host was very responsive.

We loved our stay at Loren’s place! Beautiful spacious condo with gorgeous furniture and decoration, quiet and view of palm trees and pool. Very well equipped kitchen and amazing outdoor patio with cozy day bed. Would definitely return!

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en Las Palmeras. El condominio es cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para sentirnos como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta: cerca de la playa, restaurantes y supermercados, pero lo suficientemente tranquila para relajarse. El área de la piscina es un verdadero plus, ideal para descansar después de un día de aventuras. También apreciamos mucho la seguridad del lugar y la atención de los anfitriones, que fueron siempre atentos y rápidos para responder cualquier duda. Como sugerencia constructiva uno de los baños presentaba un olor desagradable tanto del sanitario como del lavamanos nada grave pero sería bueno revisarlo para futuras estadías. Recomendaríamos este lugar sin dudarlo y esperamos volver pronto. Una joya escondida en Sámara.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious condo. The view is breathtaking and the place has everything we needed. Even on a hot night the pool has a bit of a breeze, as you are up above the main town. As long as you don’t mind the stairs , the place is absolutely wonderful. Parking is included and the gated entrance is easy. We had a great time !
