Pascal and his apartment were absolutely wonderful. Pascal was helpful, always responsive and thoroughly enjoyable to be with. The location was perfect for exploring the city. We settled into the apartment easily and truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Pascal for making our visit so special. 1000% recommend.

Très bon séjour, instructions très claires et très bon livret d’accueil avec pleins de conseils ! L’appartement est très bien équipé, correspond parfaitement aux photos. Même si l’extérieur paye pas forcément de mine, l’intérieur est nickel ! Merci beaucoup !

Supergemütliche und gutdurchdachte kleine Wohnung, Badezimmer und Küche prima, getrennte Toilette (leider laut, daher nachts eher schwierig) Bettqualität supergut, ausziehbares Sofa, coole Tapete / Wandgestaltung, nettes Ambiente. Alles super! Nur: leider recht laute Straße :( Und: für die Treppe in den 1.Stock mit Gepäck muss man trittsicher sein . In Summe: super und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war perfekt !!!

The location is lovely - right in front of the river, with shaded paths for walking, bicycling, or running. Very tranquil. And communication with the host was great.

Le logement de Matthieu est idéalement situé dans Carquefou, proche de toutes les commodités et du parc. Pour Un week-end parfait, pas de bruit. Et Matthieu répond très vite. Merci beaucoup

I have stayed in so many Airbnbs over the years... this one was one of the best stays ever. Everything was clean, VERY well organized, all the conveniences you would need, good quality pots and pans for cooking... obviously a lot of time and thought and effort has been put into making this place the best - and it is. A block away from the tram, plenty of places close by to eat (lunch at Napoleone was great), very spacious studio, very comfortable, nice bed... for this price there simply cannot be a better place in Nantes to stay.

Joe est un hôte comme on aimerait en avoir dans toutes les locations… ce n’est malheureusement pas le cas!!! Il est plein d’attention, s’inquiète en permanence de votre confort, vous envoie des plans de la ville, des bus et tramways. L’appartement est très propre et très bien agencé pour un petit studio. Les instructions sont très claires. Nous le remercions très sincèrement et le recommandons très vivement

Looks just as it does in the photos, super convenient location, great views. Sometimes Air Bnbs can feel a bit sterile and devoid of character, but it's clear that Gerard's place is a home that is frequently lived in, giving it warmth with many personal touches all over the home. The whole place was spotlessly clean and in fantastic condition. The fact that it came with parking was a huge bonus, though the walk from the carpark up to is easier if you don't have your arms full of bags! Gerard was very communicative, though we were checked-in by his son on the day, who was very kind, polite and pleasant. We stayed during very hot weather so had the windows open to benefit from the breeze, (didn't notice the desk fan until day 2) this meant that the lively ambiance was enjoyed from the flat, it didn't go on particularly late but if you're into silent, early nights you may want to keep the windows closed or stay somewhere remote or less fun!

La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le jacuzzi est accessible directement par le logement sans vis à vis, avec des peignoirs pour encore plus de confort. Audrey est une hôtesse exceptionnelle qui est très réactive, conciliante et très amicale. Elle vous propose des rafraîchissements avant votre arrivée ce qui est très rare dans malgré tout les air bnb que j ai pu réservé Souple et agile elle s adapte très rapidement à vos demandes. Le logement est impeccable, joliment décoré et la jacuzzi est très bénéfique avec les fortes chaleurs. Je recommande les yeux fermés Merci pour le séjour.
