Pascal and his apartment were absolutely wonderful. Pascal was helpful, always responsive and thoroughly enjoyable to be with. The location was perfect for exploring the city. We settled into the apartment easily and truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Pascal for making our visit so special. 1000% recommend.

Ideally located apartment, in the city center and therefore a few minutes' walk from the castle and the streets in which most of the nice restaurants and bars are located, and about 15 minutes' walk from the train station. Very nicely decorated, and perfectly equipped (both in terms of the kitchen - with everything you need in terms of utensils and cutlery but also basic condiments, with even good tea and coffee - but also in the bathroom, with shampoo, soap, hair dryer, but also toothpaste, cottons, lees ball - which are not necessary because the windows insulate well and the apartment is located on the fourth and last floor so away from the "noise" of the street), the apartment is also bright, very clean and particularly pleasant to live in We had a great stay, and would highly recommend it to loved ones wishing to spend a few days in Nantes! Tiphanie was also responsive, very kind and accommodating, it was perfect

I would recommend this location. The apartment has a nice bed, comfortable couch, and open kitchen space. It is near a nice trail that you can follow to the city center along a river. There is also a bus stop that is quite convenient. Celine, the host, is extraordinarily kind. My wife and I’s bags did not make our connection flight to Nantes and we were without clothes for two days. Celine offered to let my wife borrow some clothes—that is the type of host she is. She is very responsive and helped make our stay enjoyable, even though our trip to Nantes got off on a bad foot due to the baggage problem. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this apartment, it is very well located. The apartment is in the historic center and close to the tram.

Super cozy and well thought-out small apartment, bathroom and kitchen great, separate toilet (unfortunately loud, so rather difficult at night) Bed quality super good, pull-out sofa, cool wallpaper / wall design, nice ambience. Everything great! Only: unfortunately quite loud street :( And: for the stairs to the 1st floor with luggage, you have to be sure-footed. In total: great and the communication with the landlords was perfect !!!

Had a great visit! The accommodation is nice, spacious, very clean and very well equipped. I didn't miss a thing! I liked the coffee machine. There is an elevator, which is a plus when you have a lot of luggage. Cécile is very welcoming and everything is very well explained and organized. My only reservation is the bar terrace, which is located under the windows of the accommodation. Despite the double glazing, it's quite noisy in the evening on sunny days. It's not a problem in winter or when the weather isn't nice, it's just the hubbub of customers on the terrace in spring/summer that can disturb some people who want to go to bed early. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We have often stayed in Nantes, but we have never seen such a quiet accommodation. We slept with the window open, there was no noise (yet it was the music festival). The apartment is very well located, clean and well decorated. We recommend++

A bijou apartment with everything you might need. Joe communicated with me very well. The pullout bed took a little effort but we had a good night's sleep.

Looks just as it does in the photos, super convenient location, great views. Sometimes Air Bnbs can feel a bit sterile and devoid of character, but it's clear that Gerard's place is a home that is frequently lived in, giving it warmth with many personal touches all over the home. The whole place was spotlessly clean and in fantastic condition. The fact that it came with parking was a huge bonus, though the walk from the carpark up to is easier if you don't have your arms full of bags! Gerard was very communicative, though we were checked-in by his son on the day, who was very kind, polite and pleasant. We stayed during very hot weather so had the windows open to benefit from the breeze, (didn't notice the desk fan until day 2) this meant that the lively ambiance was enjoyed from the flat, it didn't go on particularly late but if you're into silent, early nights you may want to keep the windows closed or stay somewhere remote or less fun!

The accommodation is as described, tastefully furnished and with quality finishes. Impeccable cleanliness. The main room is very functional. The bedding is of very good quality. The jacuzzi is directly accessible from the accommodation without overlooking, with bathrobes for even more comfort. Ideal for a relaxing weekend near Nantes. Really cozy place, nice for a romantic weekend, good location, the only thing I would say which is my fault as it is marked clearly, I with that the check in time was a little earlier but that’s my fault I didn’t read this but very nice place.
