I recommend this small studio that suited me very well (for a few nights and for a single person). A very pleasant exterior too if the weather is nice. There is a large car park; it is about 15 minutes' walk from the RER D train station.

Housing that matches the description. The instructions are very clear for arriving independently. The parking space is indeed very narrow (not suitable for station wagons or SUVs). No noise from the neighborhood during the night. Located about 15 min from an RER train station to reach the Eiffel Tower in 1 hour (by public transport) and 15 min by car from Parc Astérix

The stay went very well, with Uber we were able to go to Parc Asterix. The apartment is small but very well optimized and functional, for 2 people it's perfect.
