Bright flat, excellent position, close to the beach, train station and city center shops, in a beautiful old, well-maintained building full of fairy charm with a nice view and very quiet looking at large courtyard. One Air conditioning recently installed for all apartment. Beautifully renovated, high standard kitchen and bathroom (with bathtub). Very functional apartment, the sofa-bed is 160x200 cm with a thick comfy mat, fast/easy opening and closing. Walk-in wardrobe in the bedroom.

Close to the Nice Ville SNCF train station (4min walk) and the tramway (2 min walk from the Thiers stop). Situated in the very well served Liberation district, you will find the Provençal market, many bakeries, grocery stores and small typical restaurants. The Promenade des Anglais and Old Nice are at 12-minute walk.

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

Apartment on the 4th floor with lift, bright, 2 rooms of 48m2. Fully and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine etc.), wifi, terrace of 10m2 in the back of the building in an eco-neighborhood. Quiet. Everything is accessible on foot or by tram, no need for a car, Many shops at the foot of the building. The tram serving the entire city is 100m from the building Nice Ville train station: 10 minutes by tram Nice airport: 45 min by tram

My accommodation is located on Gairaut Hill, overlooking the city and the sea with exceptional views. The house has a large terrace, a nice garden and is close to the pool (communal) which is very quiet and not very busy. Art, culture, restaurants, local shops, all the pleasures of the French Riviera. You'll love my place because of its calm and refinement. A vehicle will be more convenient for visiting the surroundings.

Having a pool and a view was wonderful plus the location is in a quiet residential area so very relaxing. The apartment is spacious and with plenty of light The beds were very comfortable and the shower power was good. We didn’t cook but there seemed to be all the necessary equipment and space for doing so. Michelle excelled as a truly super proactive host, providing us with useful suggestions on where to eat and even organised a hairdresser to come to the house at our request. We found a few goodies in the fridge and had a marvellous time. Thanks Michelle.

Veroniques place was lovely, we had a wonderful stay, although not central it’s very well connected and getting around was not a problem. The apartment was quiet and peaceful, spacious and really the photos don’t do it justice it looks even prettier in person, the aircon was a blessing in the best! Veronique was communicative and helpful and if we come back to Nice we’d certainly stay again!

By far the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The view is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The pool was impeccable, clean and very pleasant at sunset. The accommodation offered is equipped with everything you will need, with high-end machines and utensils. The bed is large and very comfortable. The location was perfect for what we were looking for: a quiet and secluded place close enough to Nice and the surrounding area to visit during the day. Once inside the accommodation, we were amazed by the silence, which allowed us to really rest. Finally, Mieke welcomed us very warmly and was very responsive to answering 2 or 3 questions! The instructions given for the arrival are very clear, if you follow them you will find the accommodation easily (car necessary). A big thank you to Mieke! If you're hesitating: go for it! We will definitely come back if we are in the area.

The apartment is faithful to the images and its description. It is functional, well-equipped, quiet, spacious and clean. The building is also quiet and well maintained. We had a great time there. The host is available and very considerate, his welcome warm and very caring. I would highly recommend it
