The house is exceptional, clean, equipped and peaceful. Everything is provided and available. Responsive and proactive host. Quiet and chic neighborhood, Great view and pool! Perfect for family vacations

It is a stunning place if you know what you are looking for. We absolutely enjoyed the stay and Nathalie is a great host. That said a few things to take note before you book: 1. Most Uber drivers won’t take you up there if they don’t have a mini car, and if you indeed drive please get a smaller car if you are not a stellar driver. Road is steep and most part only allows one car to pass; 2. Pack light, the stairs going up the hill are no easy job when you have to carry more than one checked bag; 3. Pack your bug spray if you want to enjoy a bit of out door time during late spring / summer time. Mosquitoes will eat you alive if you are not prepared. We are not well prepared so really can’t use the nice outdoor terrace; 4. Only has 1 detergent POD and 2 dishwasher pods. If you book longer than 2/3 nights.

We stayed in Nice for a weekend with friends and had a great time. Spacious, cozy, nice outdoor space where we had a barbecue. Colette is very nice, hospitable and available. Recommended.

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

It was a great stay with a really friendly and helpful Host. Valerie thank you for the pleasant stay, your hospitality and the pleasant communication in advance. The three guests had a great time and enjoyed their stay.

Dominique is a thoughtful host. The rental and its small garden, very pleasant, is located in a quiet place and close to the center of Nice. If I come back to Nice, I will return without hesitation to Dominique's.

Great stay in the mountains of Coaraze, a breath away from Nice and close to numerous hiking trails around the Mercantour area. The accomodation itself however invites you to stay, not leave for anything but just relax, enjoying the views and feeling at home. The house has that homey feeling you want with all the equipment you need. Spacious, beautifully crafted and secluded, this spot gives you instant relaxation upon arrival. The deck is perfect for sunbathing and bird spotting and the bedrooms are light and relaxed with adjourning bathrooms on both rooms. All in all a perfect get away home that helps you relax, unwind and get in touch with nature!

Gina's apartment was the perfect home away from home for a Nice vacation. A quick walk away from a supermarket and metro stop, making it easy to setup and get into the main city. Gina was available through phone and the app at all times for help, and despite our language barrier was able to communicate effectively how the apartment was setup and local things in the area to do or see. We would recommend her apartment to anyone looking to have a quiet stay in Nice!

Melissa's apartment is located in a secure buildiing in a quiet residential area north of the city centre but easily accessible on the main tram line (a 10 minute walk away) or using the no. 11 bus which stops almost outside the door. The apartment is of a good size and comfortable, the small kitchen fully equipped, the living area spacious with a smart TV. The large bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. While we did not get to meet Melissa personally, she was very responsive to messages and any questions we had. Overall, we felt at home at Melissa's place, it provided a convenient base for exploring the city and the hills behind, and we enjoyed our stay.

Mauris is a very friendly and helpful host. he was very kind to let us check in at 2 am. The apartment is very close to public transport and supermarkets. A cosy stay for a small family.

Florin's place is in a lovely location- close to Nice ville station, close to tram station that goes to the Airport and walkable (15mins) to Place Massena. It's on the 3rd floor so lot's of light and air. It was very clean with all the utilities. Communication with Florin was easy and he was very proactive in response.

A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, very clean and spacious. The balcony was nice and gave us a chance to sit outside, even with the facade construction. They have an umbrella and mats for the beach that you can take which seemed really nice and convenient if staying more than one night. A few downsides are they charged an extra $35 per person- I think for a one night stay this is pretty steep for “electricity, water, and amenities”. Also, the hot water ran out midway through a second shower. Finally, I know it’s Airbnb and not someone’s full time job but a 4 hour window to check in and having to coordinate a specific time to meet the host was inconvenient. We ended up paying about $20 to store our bags at the train and had to make sure we got back at a specific time after a day out to meet to check in. Im sure it would have been more fine if we stayed multiple days but for one day, it was a lot to set up. The space itself is beautiful, the AC worked well and the bed was comfy.

The host was very easy to communicate with and provided clear check-in instructions. The house is modern, clean, and well-equipped. It’s about a 15-minute drive to the airport, with a taxi costing around €15. Alternatively, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the nearby tram stop, which takes you directly to the airport. Highly recommended if you have an early morning flight！

The apartment’s location was excellent — just a short walk from everything we needed. The amenities were thoughtfully provided, from fresh coffee to beach towels and even a sunshade, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe, which added to our peace of mind. We also had one of the smoothest and most pleasant check-in experiences we’ve ever had, and the host was exceptionally responsive, answering all our questions almost instantly. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Book without hesitation! This place is great. A wonderful location walkable to every part of the city. The appartment is clean and spacious. Pierre is super nice and greeted us. He is not an absent host, but you can tell put a lot of thought into little touches around the apartment. He had some drinks and candy for us as well as all the amenities you need. We would book again!

Stayed at this place for a few days abs it was perfect. 100% recommend staying here and the hosts are amazing!
