Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Sylvestre, Nice

A most magical place. Thank you for a beautiful, perfectly located, and generous accommodations. We were so comfortable and enchanted with being able to stay here. It was clean and inviting. A five star apartment from a five star host. Cannot say enough good things about both this apartment and our wonderful host Nico. Nico was the perfect host friendly, attentive and very helpful. The apartment is to a very high standard. It’s in a great location, 10 minutes from the old town and promenade des Anglais. Plenty excellent bars, shops and restaurants next to the apartment. Walking distance to Nice train station. The sun deck was the perfect spot to relax after a busy day with our complimentary bottle of wine. A very nice touch! Highly recommend

everything was perfect. our e sim card did not work (user error) and we had no internet when we arrived in Nice. we could not get in the building and when a good Samaritan let us in, we could not use the Noki app. We used the local Mariotts internet to reach out to Walide. he promptly walked us through things and opened the door for the unit remotely. once we got settled, we had a great stay. great location.

The place is newly renovated and is really nice from the inside. Everything is new and it was lovely staying here with the kids. The location was brilliant. Everywhere we wanted to go is walking distance. A lot of good restaurants, and parks all around. The host was amazing and very responsive. I will definitely come back here to stay.

We absolutely loved staying here! The pictures do it justice but we also found the Airbnb to be even prettier in person. Greg was extra responsive when the fan in the bathroom started making a louder noise and came same day to remove it and the next day to replace it - all without disturbing our experience in the slightest. We felt right at home and enjoyed having both the kitchen and patio to have breakfast. The location was extremely walkable and felt like an ideal spot to be. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic apartment for 2 people. Well equipped, it has everything you could possibly need. Decor is nice and the bed is comfortable. Very central, but quiet when the doors are closed. Pebble beach is just across the road and supermarkets and shops are all within walking distance. The tram to Nice Centre Ville, Port of Nice and the airport is just outside the back door. Don Roberto across the street at the back does excellent pizzas and amazing burgers either to take away or sit outside. We had a great time!

Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

I love the greenery n very peaceful mood. I love the interior and the host Julien was so very kind and respsonsive. I chose this place because the parking is convenient and easy.

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

It was the best accommodation in my airbnb experience. Host offered service snacks for welcome and He said goodbye to me when I leave

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

Mickael was a brilliant host, house is in a beautiful place and is peaceful and private. Mickael gave brilliant suggestions on what to do in the local areas.

My family and I stayed at this airbnb for about 5 days and it was absolutely breathtaking and incredible. There are gorgeous views from every room and plenty of space for a full family or group. Jesper was super responsive and helpful. It was very easy to get to the different little towns in the surrounding area and we would book here again in a heartbeat. One of the highlights of our trip for sure and would highly recommend booking here!

A lovely stay! A large apartment with a beautiful garden. 25 minute walk to a lovely beach and restaurants.

Wonderful, peaceful corner of Vieux Nice. If you don’t mind a bit of a steep walk up, this is the best. Quiet garden with fruit trees and exotic flowers. You won’t find a better spot in Vieux Nice. Ghislaine is a super-responsive host. Get it if it is available!

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Very good stay in a very quiet environment with a beautiful terrace. Very well-equipped accommodation and friendly host. We will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

We were very satisfied with Catherine's place! The apartment is very cozy and clean. The garden is just great! We liked to have breakfast there or sit and relax in the evening. The property is 3 minutes from the train station, yet very quiet. We will be happy to come back. Thanks, Catherine!

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

This apartment exceeded all expectations! Located in the center of Cannes, we found ourselves within walking distance of everything. The flat was immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. David and Tasha were incredibly accommodating, ensuring a seamless check-in process and providing excellent local recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Cannes.

It was a really relaxing accommodation. As described, the surrounding environment had a beach right in front and restaurants with good ratings. The accommodation was tidy and had all the necessary amenities. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy the trip very comfortably.
