Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Sylvestre, Nice

A most magical place. Thank you for a beautiful, perfectly located, and generous accommodations. We were so comfortable and enchanted with being able to stay here. It was clean and inviting. Anthony provided great instructions for checking in and the bus routes. He answered questions very quickly. We enjoyed our stay in Nice!

Adrien’s place was absolutely beautiful—just as described! It smelled amazing when we arrived, and the views were even better than the photos. Check-in was super easy, and Adrien was always quick to respond to any questions. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and close to a bus stop that takes you everywhere. I’d definitely book again!

Jens’ flat is the perfect place for two couples visiting Nice. Decorated in a stylish nouveau chic motif, it features two comfortable king-sized beds and a small balcony with a charming peek-a-view of the Mediterranean—you can watch boats and yachts drift by in the distance. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The flat is impeccably clean and comes well-equipped with quality bath and beach towels, along with a sufficiently stocked kitchen for basic cooking needs. Hanna Hess (Property Management) and her team were professional and incredibly helpful with communication. The check-in process was the most informative and thorough I’ve ever experienced—thank you, Nonna!

everything was perfect. our e sim card did not work (user error) and we had no internet when we arrived in Nice. we could not get in the building and when a good Samaritan let us in, we could not use the Noki app. We used the local Mariotts internet to reach out to Walide. he promptly walked us through things and opened the door for the unit remotely. once we got settled, we had a great stay. great location.

The place is newly renovated and is really nice from the inside. Everything is new and it was lovely staying here with the kids. The location was brilliant. Everywhere we wanted to go is walking distance. A lot of good restaurants, and parks all around. The host was amazing and very responsive. I will definitely come back here to stay.

This is a great place to spend your vacation! Great view; near the beach, supermarket and tram stop.

We absolutely loved staying here! The pictures do it justice but we also found the Airbnb to be even prettier in person. Greg was extra responsive when the fan in the bathroom started making a louder noise and came same day to remove it and the next day to replace it - all without disturbing our experience in the slightest. We felt right at home and enjoyed having both the kitchen and patio to have breakfast. The location was extremely walkable and felt like an ideal spot to be. Would absolutely stay here again!

Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

Casa Brigasco is now our favorite place in Italy! In a quiet mountain village tucked up against France, the town’s Main Street is a labyrinth of alleyways and tunnels that are fun to explore. During the pandemic, Mateo and his father Bruno converted a storage cellar into a spectacular modern apartment with a patio overlooking the mountain stream with pools where you can swim on a hot day.

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

Mickael was a brilliant host, house is in a beautiful place and is peaceful and private. Mickael gave brilliant suggestions on what to do in the local areas.

This spot was peaceful and just what I needed. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Short walk (1km) to the beach, otherwise not a lot to do around. Would stay again!

My family and I stayed at this airbnb for about 5 days and it was absolutely breathtaking and incredible. There are gorgeous views from every room and plenty of space for a full family or group. Jesper was super responsive and helpful. It was very easy to get to the different little towns in the surrounding area and we would book here again in a heartbeat. One of the highlights of our trip for sure and would highly recommend booking here!

Wonderful, peaceful corner of Vieux Nice. If you don’t mind a bit of a steep walk up, this is the best. Quiet garden with fruit trees and exotic flowers. You won’t find a better spot in Vieux Nice. Ghislaine is a super-responsive host. Get it if it is available!

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Very good stay in a very quiet environment with a beautiful terrace. Very well-equipped accommodation and friendly host. We will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

We were very satisfied with Catherine's place! The apartment is very cozy and clean. The garden is just great! We liked to have breakfast there or sit and relax in the evening. The property is 3 minutes from the train station, yet very quiet. We will be happy to come back. Thanks, Catherine!

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

A literal palace, they’ve thought of everything. We never wanted to leave Cannes! A luxe experience.

It was a really relaxing accommodation. As described, the surrounding environment had a beach right in front and restaurants with good ratings. The accommodation was tidy and had all the necessary amenities. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy the trip very comfortably.
