Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint Paul de Vence

Our hosts were extremely attentive and kind. The accommodation was beautifully clean and very well located just a short walk to the centre of Saint Paul de Vence. We would definitely recommend for a few days in the South of France.

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

The accommodation is really beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised because the photos do not do it justice because it is beautiful, the setting is relaxing and pleasant, there is no opposite and everything in the house allowed us to have a good time. Everything you need to cook and stay at home is there, which makes things a lot easier. I would 100% recommend and hope to return to this property to have another great time with my family. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic accommodation with an incredible view. We had breakfast and many meals on the terrace and enjoyed the outstanding views. The house is very cozy and it is close to nice restaurants and small shops and galleries. Two bakeries nearby where we could buy our breakfast bread every morning was a big plus. A nice village to walk in and enjoy the old houses. We enjoyed the house very much. A small wish is that the lower terrace had been prepared so that we could have used it. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to enjoy the nice house and the nice village.

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. Walters Home is a wonderful oasis for all who appreciate peace and nature! The house is furnished with a lot of love and taste, everything is there to make you feel comfortable immediately. We especially liked the spacious terrace, the winter garden with the beautiful view of the countryside! Since the described access goes down the slope over hill and dale, travel bags are definitely the right choice and not for guests with limited mobility. Dear Walter, also in this way again a big thank you for the hospitality, also the fast and nice communication. Gladly again!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !

Words cannot express how wonderful Ibens villa is. If you’re not just looking for a place to lay your head, but for an authentic French experience, this is the place. Not only is Iben warm and friendly but the apartment is beautifully appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Iben has poured her heart & soul into her little haven and it shows. Special touches make the space feel like a home away from home. We loved our stay and were so very sad to leave. Book… you won’t regret it!!!

The location is amazing— right next to the beach and the markets, and lots of restaurants and shops in the old city. There are many bars open late all around the apartment. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

Nathalie was an exceptionally friendly and responsive host, making our stay even more enjoyable. The experience was truly amazing—from waking up each morning to breathtaking views, to relaxing in such a peaceful setting. The location was perfect, with an easy drive to Nice, the airport, and other nearby attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

To be able to secure such spacious accommodation right in the heart of the old centre of St Paul de Vence was incredible. You step out the door and are immediately in the heart of the town. Book it if it's available

Fred was the perfect host. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, lots of space to relax and the rooms were all so spacious. Coffee pods and tea provided. We had a long weekend at the apartment and it was ideal to use as a base for exploring the local area. Amazing value for money, we would definitely return back to Fred’s apartment.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!
