Unser Aufenthalt bei Carina war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Carine hat bei der Ausstattung so gut wie an alles gedacht. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

Le logement est vraiment magnifique, nous avons été agréablement surpris car les photos ne lui font pas justice tellement il est beau, le cadre est reposant et agréable, il n’y a pas de vis à vis et tout dans la maison nous a permis de passer un bon moment. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et passer un séjour comme chez vous est présent, ce qui facilite grandement les choses. Je recommande à 100% et j’espère revenir dans ce bien pour encore passer des moments formidables avec ma famille. N’hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Fantastiskt boende med en otrolig utsikt. Vi intog frukost och många måltider på terrassen och njöt av den enastående utsikten. Huset är väldigt mysigt och det är nära till trevliga restauranger och små affärer och gallerier. Två bagerier i närheten där vi kunde köpa vårt frukostbröd varje morgon var ett stort plus. En fin by promenera i och njuta av de gamla husen. Vi trivdes väldigt bra i huset. En liten önskan är att den nedre terrassen hade varit iordningställd så att vi hade kunnat utnyttja den. Tack för att vi fått tillfälle att njuta av det fina huset och den fina byn.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Merci Chrystelle pour un séjour plus qu’agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduit par la beauté de la propriété et par votre passion pour la culture de fleurs et plantes médicinales. Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

Walters Home ist eine wunderbare Oase für alle die Ruhe und Natur zu schätzen wissen! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet, es ist alles da um sich sofort wohl zu fühlen. Besonders haben uns die großzügige Terrasse, der Wintergarten mit dem wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne gefallen! Da der beschriebene Zugang den Hang hinunter über Stock und Stein geht sind Reisetaschen definitiv die richtige Wahl und nichts für eingeschränkt mobile Gäste. Lieber Walter, auch auf diesem Weg nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Gastfreundschaft, auch die schnelle und nette Kommunikation. Gerne wieder!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

Valerie war eine großartige Gastgeberin, die uns tolle Tipps gab und für unsere Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung stand. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und noch mehr...! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Words cannot express how wonderful Ibens villa is. If you’re not just looking for a place to lay your head, but for an authentic French experience, this is the place. Not only is Iben warm and friendly but the apartment is beautifully appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Iben has poured her heart & soul into her little haven and it shows. Special touches make the space feel like a home away from home. We loved our stay and were so very sad to leave. Book… you won’t regret it!!!

The location is amazing— right next to the beach and the markets, and lots of restaurants and shops in the old city. There are many bars open late all around the apartment. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

Eine außergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft! Mit direktem Blick auf die Altstadt von Saint Paul de Vance und einer super netten Gastgeberin. Nathalie ist eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Person die einem das Gefühl gibt sich zu Hause zu fühlen. Die Unterkunft war hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Schlafsofa war in der Bequemlichkeit nicht von einem Bett zu unterscheiden. Außerdem gibt es in der Gegend eine Vielzahl an einladenden Restaurants, die nur wenige Minuten entfernt sind. Das Le Tilleul wurde uns von Nathalie empfohlen und es war überragend eine absolute Empfehlung auch von uns (10/10)! Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder 🥰

Fred was the perfect host. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, lots of space to relax and the rooms were all so spacious. Coffee pods and tea provided. We had a long weekend at the apartment and it was ideal to use as a base for exploring the local area. Amazing value for money, we would definitely return back to Fred’s apartment.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Appartement très agréable, bien situé, propre et bien aménagé. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin comme équipement. Nous nous y sentions chez nous du fait aussi de la décoration personnelle comme si c'était un lieu véritablement habité par ses occupants et non pas un logement commercial. Un balcon avec une belle vue sur les toits du vieux Nice, ses clochers et la mer le rend plus agréable encore.

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏
