Monthly Rentals in Saint Niklaus

Great base for touring the area, including Zermatt! Blanka’s apartment seems purpose-built for vacation stays. It is very well organized and equipped. The train station is a 10 minute walk. We did not try the bus service. We would stay again!

What can I say? This place was absolutely amazing and has every modern appliance and amenity you can think of. Not to mention Beir in the fridge and wine on the table. So many nice touches in a cute, quiet town. So happy we decided to stay in St. Niklaus. Our favorite was the Nespresso machine and incredible views on the balcony! So very cozy!

We enjoyed a gorgeous week in June at Benita & Mike’s beautiful home. The house has everything we needed and we loved the floor to ceiling windows which allowed maximum appreciation of the stunning mountain scenery around us, the photos really don’t do it justice. The location is peaceful and tranquil (just what we wanted) but also a short distance from the quaint and charming Grachen which is walkable in 35 mins. The kitchen is well equipped which was a bonus as we enjoyed cooking every night. We also enjoyed sitting outside on both the balcony which gets the morning sun and the back terrace which gets the evening sun, perfect! The llamas in the field opposite were very friending and entertaining. The highlights during our stay were hiking up the nearby mountain Wannihorn from Grachen, visiting the suspension bridge in Randa and taking the car train to Kandersteg to walk the alpine trail around the unbelievably stunning Lake Oeschinen. We would highly recommend 😀

The apartment in the beautiful old wooden house has large windows and a sun balcony and allows a spectacular view of mountain scenery. Great! The decor of the apartment is functional and beautiful. The narrow, very steep road outside the front door is challenging for driving and walking. Sometimes a few goats are driven back and forth. Martin is a friendly and communicative host. We will certainly be back.
