The Dillon Amphitheatre (2 min. walk), marina, playground and bikepath are here. Just fully remodeled as of December 2023 it's absolutely stunning...turn around and check out the wonderfully designed and appointed unit...notice the open floor plan, did I mention the view? The booking guest must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD. NO PETS AND/OR SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.

The house is a custom built log house located right on the shore of Shadow Mountain Lake looking at the lake and the mountains with 76' of shore. It sleeps up to 9 people in 4 bedrooms. There is only parking for 4 vehicles in the summer and 2-3 in the winter. No RV's or campers ever and No trailers in winter. There is cable TV and wireless Internet. The all season porch has 360 views of the lake. No pets on the property at all, my wife is allergic.
