House holiday rentals in Saint Martin

It was lovely to watch the waves and listen to the ocean everyday from our patio. Laure was so welcoming and offered ideas for places to go during our 6 week stay. She was very responsive to messages from us and genuinely want to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We were close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. The French bakery was a wonderful morning walk and Boat On Yacht Club a charming afternoon excursion. It took us a short time to get used to the to driving in Marigot but by the second week, we were comfortable with our route. I recommend getting out and about throughout the island. There is plenty to explore! Laure is a gem! We would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay. The view is beautiful and can be throughly enjoyed with outdoor set up (pool, loungers, table etc) We loved how the patio doors fully opened and tucked away creating an amazing indoor/outdoor living space. The beds were firm (but amazingly comfortable) although they could use some more pillow options. They were all very thick and hard. AC in the bedrooms worked well and the pool was clean. Check in was easy. Our host answered any and all questions quickly. We have been to sxm many many times and Anse Marcel has been our favorite area thus far. Beautiful area, Beautiful beach. We would absolutely return here.

Hidden gem! Such a beautiful home and thoughtfully put together. We had a child and the house felt so safe even the pool had an alarm if a child fell in. The house has everything you need and more. We will be back again!

I would definitely recommend booking a boat trip with Alain. The team comes to pick you up at the bnb and takes you all around the island. Our guide had so many good reccomendations about places to see around the island. The pool has floaties that you can use and there were lots of dishes you can use. Every room had a bathroom which is nice for big groups to get ready. The beds were comfy and the ac was amazing! The view from the bnb was great.

House is as shown in photos. Large enough for a group of six or a couples outing. Very secluded, beautiful estate to walk around. House is very secure in addition to a security gate at the entrance. One of the most well stocked Airbnb homes I have ever rented in regard to kitchen utensils/ supplies, toiletries, and linen. The property managers/hosts are very accommodating. I have heat driven migraines and they graciously brought me a fan ASAP. We will return next year and hopefully rent the same property! Thanks again

Spectacular home. Private, quiet, yet minutes away from beaches and quality restaurants. Checking in and out was well coordinated by the team, as were responses to queries. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in Cole Bay. The home is in a quiet, secure neighbourhood and is comfortable and had everything we needed. We had coffee and breakfast at the house every morning and then headed out to a different beach each day, and then headed home for supper cooked at the house with supplies we picked up on the way home. Grocery stores are close by and are well stocked with everything we wanted. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed the sunset every evening, along with being able to see the planes taking off and landing. Our hosts were kind, helpful and responsive within minutes to anything we needed.

This home was absolutely lovely. The place was very clean and spacious. The view on the hill is beautiful. In addition the manager of the property, Anil helped us out a couple times. He was never more than 10 min away and was very friendly/ informative. I would stay here again on my return.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing!! Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The views (especially at sunset) are gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and comfortable, and Hugh/Tess were quick to respond to any questions we had. Like everyone else says, we were so sad to leave at the end.

Beautiful airbnb with all that you would need for a great stay. It looked exactly like the picture. Peaceful, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Everything was really close by ( restaurants and entertainments etc). Laurean gave clear and direct instructions on how to find and check in to the airbnb. Truly a dream stay with an incredible ocean view. We had the most incredible experience staying at this stunning property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking panorama, crystal-clear waters. The home itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with every comfort we could ask for. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was pure magic. The location was also perfect, peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to local shops, restaurants, and coastal attractions. Our hosts went above and beyond, they even helped us book dinner reservations when we didn’t have international phone service, which made a huge difference in our trip. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing a top-tier guest experience. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. If you're looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway by the sea, this is it. Highly, highly recommend!

Le Pearle, is an amazing place to stay while in paradise. The location is private, the views are incredible, and you have the luxury of a beach at your disposable. The condo itself is very beautiful, the bed is comfortable, my boyfriend and I felt right at home and would highly recommend staying here.

The Beach House was everything we expected from the pictures on line. The pool is large enough to cool off and even practice snorkling for a newbee!! The kitchen is well stocked and nicely laid out. The cool breeze off the ocean provides some relief from the hot sun. We sat out most mornings with our tea watching the bay come to life with activity. We used the kayak to get us over to Pinel Island where we spent the day on the beach. Finally the area is secure and we felt very safe. Prior to our trip Margaux answered all my questions concerning restaurants and beaches. She also ensured my grocery order was received and put away. When we arrived Margaux met us at the house and explained where everything was and how it was operated. We had a number of Iguanas and Donkeys visit us during our stay. Thanks for everything. We will be back in 2026.

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

Our stay at Cheryl's spacious Airbnb was an excellent experience. The house and its amenities exceeded our expectations. Especially the kitchen was equipped with everything needed and more. We traveled with children and Cheryl's house had some toys and children's beach equipment. The house is located very central in Philipsburg, in one of its busier areas. The beach was right across the street from the house. Cheryl was very attentive and responsive at all times and made us feel very welcomed and safe in her house. We would choose to stay at her house again without a doubt.

I really recommend this home for a stay in St. Martin. My driver had little trouble locating it because of the direction we took but that was resolved quickly. Very clean, comfortable, had everything I needed & more. From laundry, to dishes, to beach supplies. It's in the perfect location in Maho. I felt @ home. I'd stay here again! What ever questions or concerns I had Mario & his team responded quickly. Only con I will add is the king bed (master) is 2 twin mattresses... I kept falling between the mattresses which was annoying, along with my shower not having hot water after midnight. But the other shower was fine.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The house was well appointed and centrally located. We would definitely consider staying there again.

My stay at Smaart Vacation exceeded my expectations. Everything was as it was described on the booking site. The view was breathtaking! The property was in the perfect location. It was a lot to do in the area. I will book with them again in the near future. Look no further for a perfect stay in SXM.

This is a very comfortable apartment with a breathtaking view. Waking up each morning to enjoy breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, and watching the sunset every evening, truly felt like paradise. The apartment is clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need if you prefer to cook and dine in. Maryse was incredibly responsive and helpful—we asked for recommendations for local pastry shops, and she gave us plenty of great options! We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge and the warm welcome sign when we arrived. The apartment is perfectly located just above the beach at Friar’s Bay—don’t miss the beachside restaurants, they’re fantastic! There’s also a Super U supermarket nearby for all your essentials. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed every moment in St. Martin and this beautiful home was a large part of our experience. We used the kayaks and outdoor dining area daily. The decor was gorgeous and the hosts thought of everything! Can’t wait to return!

By far my favorite airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Great communication. House was super clean, and pictures don’t do it justice. There local rep was super helpful and accommodated to our arrival and departure. Highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking about visiting Saint Martin.

Vila Cecilia was a beautiful piece of paradise. We loved it so much we opted to walk to the local French market and cook most days so we could watch the sunset over the bay on the back patio. Everything was clean, host was super responsive and had many lovely touches with our arrivals such as tea and water. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay! The home is very beautiful and had more than enough space for the 9 of us. Luc and Danielle were amazing and very quickly responsive to all texts. We also appreciated Luc’s step by step directions and restaurant recommendations. You will need a rental car.
