Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Saint Martin

Patricia and Bruno are the best hosts in our BnB experience. The communication was excellent!! The Villa was spotless and clearly well cared for. Updated, freshly painted, well-equipped kitchen, spacious exterior space and lovely, clean pool! Location is superior! Walk to beaches, restaurants and shops. A perfect vacation!!!

This is a very comfortable apartment with a breathtaking view. Waking up each morning to enjoy breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, and watching the sunset every evening, truly felt like paradise. The apartment is clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need if you prefer to cook and dine in. Maryse was incredibly responsive and helpful—we asked for recommendations for local pastry shops, and she gave us plenty of great options! We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge and the warm welcome sign when we arrived. The apartment is perfectly located just above the beach at Friar’s Bay—don’t miss the beachside restaurants, they’re fantastic! There’s also a Super U supermarket nearby for all your essentials. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back!

There are a few stays in your life,  where you say, I wish I was living here. Was there shortcomings? Quite a few, no place is perfect Did it matter? Not really A truly peaceful and serene stay. Philippe patiently waited to welcome us personally despite our delay of over an hour due to traffic, and we can confidently say you can trust his word on his promises.

Danny was a very kind woman who welcomed us warmly. It was very eager to welcome us personally. The place was great and very safe The small cosmetic samples and the small local rum samples were also a small highlight. Thank you for so much attention.

We stayed 10 days at this place and had everything we needed. Location is perfect, if planning to explore the island. Best beaches 3-5 min driving, and 2 min to the best supermarket. Super clean, comfy bed, perfect shower. We rented a small car as well. Eddy picked us up from the airport and welcomed us. Communication went smoothly since we booked, all throughout our stay. Highly recommended. Can't wait to come back again.

The unit is as shown in the picture. The host was always reachable. The unit is within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches 🏖️🏖️. I have been to. There are shopping malls, a casino, and great food. I had a wonderful time, I enjoyed my walks and stay. 😊😊😊

Amazing host, Jayne is a lovely soul, she had great communication & assisted with everything I needed to ensure I was comfortable. Beautiful property, very secure, safe, & modern. The white & brown aesthetic is so serene for the location. 10/10 stay! Thank you for having me <3

We enjoyed our stay at Jayne’s! She is an excellent host - very detailed, clear instructions; the place is exactly as described & it’s the easiest walk to great restaurants and cupecoy beach which is incredible. We’ll definitely be back

We had an unforgettable stay in Saint-Martin, and Eddy's welcome was a big part of it! Upon our arrival, he was warm, available and attentive. The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. Eddy gave us excellent advice to discover the island and its hidden treasures. Her hospitality and kindness really made a difference. Thank you again for this great experience, we'll be back with pleasure!

This place was well worth the spend, a 3 bedroom Appartment with hotel Amenities for the price of a one bedroom hotel stay. I stayed with my wife, my cousin and his wife, and two other friends. This place did not dissapoint me not one bit. I would recomend this place for family and friends traveling on a budget.

A little hard to find the entrance. The place was really clean and the balcony and provided games were a lot of fun!!
