Beachfront holiday rentals in Saint Martin

We had a great stay. The unit is even better than in the photos. We encountered a few maintenance issues but host was quick to respond. Stephanie was always reachable and very helpful. The resort grounds are beautiful. Would stay again.

Incredible location, clean unit and building, literally a 5min walk to mullet bay beach, 5min walk to Cupecoy beach, and two grocery stores one right next door to the building the other just a 3min walk away and two good cafes. Host was available and quick to respond to any needs, i will definitely be booking this unit again! Thank you

The place was exactly as described. Clean , adequate for two and a great location. It was an easy 7-10 minute walk to the main strip and 10-15 minutes to Maho beach. I had only one minor issue and that was the shower. The pressure was great but I believe the temperature was metered , therefore the water went from cool to warm to extremely hot. This added an additional 5 minutes to my shower because I had to wait until the temperature cycled around to hot. The host Bisera was always available before and during our arrival. Fortunately for us we had no issues that arose during our stay so we didn’t need to contact her. I would definitely recommend this place and no doubt I would stay again. Thank you Bisera for providing a wonderful home away from home!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Antoine’s place. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and shopping all nearby. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the mornings to enjoy breakfast with the iguanas, turtles, birds, and cats!

The two of us had a wonderful long-weekend getaway! The unit and surrounding property is absolutely stunning. We loved the modern touch of the unit and how clean everything is. We got way more than we paid for and I’m so thankful we discovered this property.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was perfect — clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location couldn’t be better — the beach is literally less than a one-minute walk away, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. I also appreciated how close the ATM was for easy access to cash. There were plenty of excursions available right on the beach, which made planning activities super convenient. The area felt very safe, and I was able to fully relax and enjoy my time. The host was responsive and friendly, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend — would definitely stay here again!

Kathy’s place exceeded our expectations and was so hard to leave. Kathy and Zackarie were fantastic hosts who made us feel right at home. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise in a great area. The market right on the street was super convenient, and there were plenty of great local spots nearby, including a must-visit tiki bar down the road called Ratafia. The beach was within walking distance, and it was such a joy to be able to bring our dog. The island is incredibly dog-friendly. There’s really no better place to stay on the island. We’re so glad we found a new home away from home!

The place was perfect, and the view and backyard were the highlights of our stay! We were just 5 to 10 minutes away from the best beaches and activities on the French side. The supermarket and an amazing bakery were only about 4 minutes down the road, along with a wine store. On the first day, I struggled to get my phone to work with Google Maps because I hadn't informed my cell phone company that I would be traveling abroad. However, the hosts were incredibly helpful in assisting me. The husband stayed on the phone with me the entire time, which made a world of difference since I was really anxious about my first Airbnb experience in the Caribbean. Once I sorted out the issue with my cell carrier, we were able to navigate all over the island easily. I would definitely stay here again, and I can't wait to come back!

I hate to give it such a great review, because I would like for it to be available when I come back. Everything was great! We will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here at this beautiful villa! It felt super safe and private where we could relax and enjoy ourselves. While you sit and play in the pool, you have a gorgeous view of the island. The villa has everything you need: big fully equiped kitchen, beautiful pool, lounge chairs, covered patio, comfy living area and 3 bedrooms with full baths. We rented a car as well to travel to all of our excursions. The villa was close enough to the excursions, food, and grocery stores while still being away from all the hustle bustle. Our family had an awesome vacation and can't wait to come back! 😊

We cannot say enough about our stay at Sara‘s condo. It couldn’t have been more perfect for our first visit to Saint Martin. We will be returning as well other members of my family and we will always look to see if this rental is available! Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host.

The unit was beautiful, had a great view and was very clean. The host was responsive and answered all questions timely. Check in process was super easy and The Fourteen is a perfect location to everything on the island. I would highly recommend and would def book again if I return. Also, s/o to our driver Thomas, at the Fourteen. Taxis can be very expensive on the island but he was very reasonable & always available. If you ever need a driver, I suggest asking the concierge for Thomas! Everything 10/10

What a wonderful beachside condo! The place came equipped with all the beach gear and household items. Eating around the village at the restaurants or having wine and cheese board from the village market ; this place was picturesque and everything was a 30 second walk away. Also, the speaker was amazing!

Rachel is so sweet! Place was amazing and so peaceful! I will definitely recommend her place! I would love to live here lol her place so cozy and nice, everything is perfect!

We stayed at this property for three weeks and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Even before booking, Leonard, the host was incredibly responsive and approachable, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Max and Chelsea, team working with Leonard, were also professional, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. They assisted us with everything from restaurant recommendations to arranging taxi services. The property itself was spotless, very well equipped, and offered a stunning view of the sea. Both the beach and pool were just a few steps away, yet when the doors were closed, we enjoyed peaceful quiet, with only the tranquil sound of the waves. IMO, this unit is the best location on the compound. Orient Bay, only 10-15 minute walk along the beach, is lively, and filled with restaurants, shops, and cafes. However, we loved staying at this quieter spot. Truly, I have no complaints—only gratitude for making our vacation so wonderful!

awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

This place was soo relaxing. The beach is literally right there. We got turned around when we first arrived but once we got to the location, everything was great! We can’t want to come Back

Villa Almond Blue enjoys an extraordinary view, sublime facing the bay. You can see Pinel and Saint Barth from the terrace, installed in a pleasant covered outdoor lounge The house, very nice and simple to live in, offers all the essentials to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

The view from the room is immaculate. You are steps away from the water, sand, beach, and the pool is a 1 minute walk away. We felt very safe in the condo with electronic storm shutters over the windows - we closed every night before bed, gated entrance to property, and an attendant at the gate. Bed is wonderful - nice and firm. Good storage for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked. Huge fridge. Spacious shower. We rented our car through Elisa (host’s) recommendation a driver escorted us from airport to car rental lot - a two minute drive from the gated beach club. Elisa is a wonderful host very responsive to messages, respectful of privacy.

It was amazing to wake up each morning just steps from the beautiful beach! After our stay, I can say that the location along the beach is perfect: easy walking distance to all the best restaurants, yet away enough from the noise and more crowded areas. Very central. The property had everything we could possibly need. Even a cooler and snorkeling gear! Previous tenants left some spices behind, and we contributed too. There are several smaller convenience stores and a great pharmacy walking distance. And, a 5 min drive to Super U grocery store, which has everything, and is full of amazing French products. You must get breakfast at La Cantina!

We just returned from an unforgettable week at Villa Corrine in Sint Maarten, and I honestly don’t know where to begin—it was that incredible. This villa is everything you dream about when you think “luxury oceanfront escape,” and then some. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The privacy, the jaw-dropping views, the elegant decor—every detail of Villa Corrine is curated to perfection. Whether you're lounging by the pool with the ocean as your backdrop, enjoying a morning coffee with the breeze flowing through the open spaces, or simply relaxing in one of the beautifully appointed rooms, you feel like you're in your own private paradise. And the view? Let's just say waking up to that ocean every morning felt like a dream. This magical villa was one of the most relaxing, rejuvenating spaces that we’ve ever stayed at. Five stars simply don’t feel like enough. Thank you for sharing this incredible space with us!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Clea's place. The house is beautiful. She had cold beverages waiting in the refrigerator for our arrival and the scenery was beautiful from the veranda. our only concerned is that the pool is not clearly marked for depth. I'm about 5 ft and the pool all the way around is a little deeper than that which is over my head. There is no shallow end. Orient Beach is very nice. one drawback is the constant haggling for a beach massage by the locals. I had to exercise a gentle rudeness in order for them to leave us alone. Other than that we had a fabulous time. You must visit the African Market in Phillipsburg. You will find beautiful African artifacts at good prices. Anthony and Florence are the best.
