Karine was a great host. She responded quickly to our requests and communication was always easy.

Anne was a lovely host and reached out to us well in advance of our trip to confirm all details. She met us in person for check in and lives next door, but it no way intrudes on your Privacy. she also recommended a great taxi driver for us. the bungalow is well equipped in the style that we have seen in other French islands, all the amenities but not cluttered. the outdoor deck was great for hanging out after the beach. beaches and restaurants all walkable. we look forward to returning

We had such a great stay at this airbnb! Nicolas was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed! The room had everything you needed to relax after a beach day. The property and pool were beautiful and also in a great location close to orient bay beach and restaurants. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Fabulous view. Very quiet & lovely private surroundings. A bit of a walk on a large gravel surface to get to the unit. There is no railing on the stone steps up so be careful. Nice large patio. Beautiful & clean inside. Looks just like the pictures. Very responsive communication with host company.

We really liked the villa. It was clean, comfortable and had an absolutely extraordinary view from the balcony. It's nice to wake up in the morning and already from bed admire the mountains and the Atlantic coast through the huge glass doors. Very nice pool and relaxation area. Absolute silence, peace and harmony with nature. We highly recommend it and we will definitely come back again!

STOP LOOKING! THIS IS THE ONE! I must’ve analyzed over 30 houses and we just kept coming back to this one. I was very hesitant about the outdoor living for a week, but we decided to take our chances. The mosquitos weren’t as bad as I feared, and the weather was perfect for us the whole time. The ocean breeze kept things nicely cooled. And the A.C. in the room kept it very cool at night. The pictures don’t do it any justice. I woke up with a smile every morning looking at an amazing view of the ocean and listening to the variety of birds singing. There are multiple restaurants and a grocery market/French bakery within 3 minutes. The hostess Gilles is so welcoming and informative. If you ask me what the best part of St. Martin was… It was this house! And if you ask me what the worst part of our trip was…It was leaving the house! Merci beaucoup Gilles!

This is a really sweet little place! The location to Orient Bay is nice and the neighborhood is isolated and beautiful !! Nicolas has an eye for style and the place was super-clean. The Espresso machine was a nice touch. In hindsight, the place was easy to find but some translation issues made the instructions unclear. (ie terms that are used for gate codes and portals etc). Were were looking forward to having a romantic poolside cocktail/food like one of the photos in the description, and it was one of the reasons we selected this place but found out that none of the pool service was available. This would have been appropriate to tell us ahead of time and apparently closed now for several weeks. A beautiful breakfast board was available to be delivered to your room but the price was quite expensive (x2) so we ventured out instead. Pool is clean and well-kept. Nicolas was very accommodating on questions.

Really nice and calm bungalow to stay. Was easy to reach with rental car and with perfect instructions. Patricia and Carole were really nice hosts. I warmly recommend!
