The house and it's surroundings are incredible. We were blessed with beautiful weather but regardless the house, pool, hot tub and outdoor seating areas are lovely. There aren't enough words to describe how great our holiday has been while staying here. I thoroughly recommend a visit!

The house was impeccable, very suitable for a large group like ours (7 adults and 2 children). The neighborhood is very quiet, with local shops. We were also able to walk a few minutes to get to the lake and the city center. In the evenings, we let ourselves relax in the very pleasant garden, with barbecue and vegetable garden!

We had a great quiet stay in the large house of Estelle and her husband. This house has a lot of charm and in addition to the 2 alcove bedrooms perfect for a night's stay, we particularly enjoyed the large room with its pool table, the perfect private terrace and shade at the end of the day, as well as the charming attention of Estelle to provide breakfast, the shops being quite far from this place. Estelle's husband was also very attentive to our bikes, which we were able to store in a safe place when we arrived. Finally, Estelle has always been available and attentive to our expectations. In short, a rental and hosts that we highly recommend to discover this beautiful region!

The house is really amazing all around! The location is indescribably beautiful. Everything is provided. Kitchen is more than perfectly equipped. I would have loved to cook there all the time. Also the pool is fantastic and has been cleaned regularly. The communication with Sandrine was perfect at all times. We felt very, very comfortable in the house during our stay. You can do a lot in the area. Whether hiking in the immediate vicinity, mountain hiking in the alps, visiting the wine region or swimming in the nearby lake. For us, it was one of the most beautiful vacations we've ever had. Thanks so much

We had a great time at Jean-Luc's place. The studio is cozy and equipped with everything you need. A highlight is the bed, where we slept fantastically for 2 nights. As a host, Jean-Luc is unique. We implemented his tips and discovered many great places around Annecy in the short time. His remarks on the history of this city were also exciting and very interesting. Thank you for the time. We stayed at Vanessa and Allesandra’s flat while visiting family in the Eaux-Vives neighborhood and attending the Geneva Open. We have stayed in several Air BNB’s and hotels in the Geneva over many years and we enjoyed this flat the most. The flat is well appointed, the residential location lovely, the Mage our favorite spot for coffee less than a block away. We appreciated the charm of the flat with modern changes. The bed was comfortable and bathroom well lighted, two priorities for us. We enjoyed reading on the balcony. Though we didn’t meet Vanessa and Alessandro their email communication was warm and helpful. We can unequivocally recommend this flat. Thank you Vanessa and Alessandro

Jahel was the perfect host! She made us really experience her enthusiasm and knowledge about organic food (breakfast and dinner are recommended!) and eco friendly architecture. Plus, she was full of ideas for sightseeing and nice events in the area.

Well located accommodation in a small country village 20 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Lake Bourget, 10 minutes from the Fier Gorges and Clermont Castle. Hiking trails available nearby. Independent entrance on the ground floor in the hall of the house. Small private room without balcony with shower, sinks, toilet and very good bedding. Very welcoming couple and pleasant breakfast served on the terrace. Great value for money.
