Natasha is very attentive to the guests, always available. The accommodation is clean and everything is available. Position with a view of the lake and the center of Saint-Jorioz with all its shops a few kilometers away

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

We had a great weekend! The house is spacious and very well equipped, with a large garden, 5 minutes' walk from the beach and the port of Saint-Jorioz. The reception and communication of the LLA team were exemplary. I would highly recommend

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The house is superb, very clean, well-equipped and ideally located, a few minutes' walk from the lake. The hosts were extremely responsive and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this property without a second thought and will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Élisabeth and Frédéric's: clean, convenient, very well-equipped rental. We were able to enjoy the spa facing the mountain. Everything was perfect, even the weather! Élisabeth and Frédéric were very good at giving advice and available. We'll be happy to go back.

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

An ideal 2-night stay in this small cozy accommodation. The setting is wonderful and soothing and ideally located for cycling or on the lake. No complaints, I'll be back as soon as possible!

What a beautiful home <3 The flat is modern, super clean, very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need! We stayed at the tail end of a heat wave and were worried that there was no aircon, but the superb quality Dyson floor fans work great, so not an issue at all! The garden is private, quite and had wonderful views over the mountains. 10mins max from the beach and supermarkets, bus stops etc. Sabrina was super helpful, and Emily, who checked us in was friendly, warm and welcoming 🙏 Thank you for a wonderful stay <3

Excellent location, immediate responsiveness to messages, just upon arrival the parking was full but I was able to park temporarily in front. Impeccable cleanliness.

We had a great time in Talloires, in this beautiful apartment at the foot of the house with a breathtaking view and that makes rain or gray days spectacular too because the view is always beautiful. The surroundings of the lake are superb, and Annecy is 20 minutes away. Thoughtful and responsive hosts! We recommend!

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with a pool house is just a few meters from the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex conveys a good sense of security. If we had any questions, the landlord answered immediately and gave us very attractive tips for companies, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!

We spent 3 days in Marilyne's accommodation, where everything is well thought out so that we can have a wonderful stay in this beautiful region. Marilyne is available, responsive, and very friendly. I recommend this accommodation for its location, cleanliness and view of Lake Annecy.

It's a perfect location with absolute quiet and perfect access to surrounding amenities! It's a pleasure to think about going back 🙏👌
