Holiday rentals with lake access in Saint John

Shaune and Danny were super host! They treat us like family. Cozy , super clean place, amazing view , great local town and it has everything you need to relax , cook , grill and unplug. Yet you can still check your email. My 3 Golden’s loved it and she was kind enough to let us have them! She left us the most delicious home mad jelly and dog treats. Recommend her place and other rentals 100% thank you! 🥰

We had a group of friends travel for an event close by. The house met all our needs and was very comfortable. The spaces were well kept, everything was clean and it was easy to find and the perfect distance to the venue. We will definitely be booking again the next time we attend an event in the area. Excellent communication and accommodating.

We had an amazing stay at Shawna's property! It rained steadly during our stay but the screened in porch was perfect to enjoy the outdoors. We wished it had stopped raining to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities offered. The property is so unique and we loved all the old touches. Shawna was a great host, she went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible, super accommodating and friendly!

We staying in April so we weren’t able to enjoy the lake and yard much but it’s a lovely property. We were comfortable with our family of five and our dog. The downstairs bed was very comfortable, lots of hot water for showers, equipped kitchen, lots of blankets and towels.

Good place for staying. Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail. One minus it is very cold floor.

My husband and I along with our two dogs chose Sylvian’s place for a mid week vacation in Cambridge Narrows, and we are so glad we did! This place is beautiful, it’s in an ideal setting in a quiet and peaceful area overlooking the lake. The sunset is breathtaking from the deck and simply needs to be seen! The home itself is perfectly set up for easy living. The kitchen is wonderfully laid out and offers gorgeous views of the back yard. The windows of the home are the main attraction and every where you look you can see the water. Although it’s warm right now the fireplace in the living room offers a cozy stay on chilly days. This house immediately feels like a place you could call home. We spent our days watching the song birds play in the yard and our nights listening to the peepers and frogs by the water. This home is a wonderful hidden gem that I would love to keep all to myself! Bonus: great hosts that made vacationing easy! ☺️

Such a lovely place to stay! Very loving home and the hosts went above and beyond and at the same time were very easy going, relaxing and great company if desired! Will absolutely stay here again!

My family and I could not have asked for a better location. The host was extremely approachable, sweet, understanding, and very helpful via Air bnb app. Check in and out were effortless. The location is very ideal for city explorers! The place was very clean, warm, and super comfortable with all the necessities!

Lovely accommodations. Very easy to reach off the highway. Extremely clean, Very comfortable bed!!!!

Exactly as advertised. Easy instructions. Far enough out of the main part of the city that it’s quiet, but close enough that you can walk into uptown in under 25 mins. Also a 20-25 minute walk from the Reversing Falls. Great spot and would stay here again if I ever found myself in Saint John.

We really enjoyed our stay at Justin’s cottage. The location is beautiful - very private and right on the water. Watching the sun rise every morning over the lake through the big windows was incredible. The house itself is lovely, with a great kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was a fantastic luxury. Justin was a very responsive host (even leaving us with local contacts when he was out of town), and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!

Brenda is a fantastic host!! Beautiful cottage, cutely decorated and extremely clean. This was our second time staying at her cottages. We love it here!! Coffee shop is adorable!! Hope to see her again soon!!

We stayed in the Magpie and it was the perfect spot to celebrate our 11 year anniversary. It was a rainy weekend but we made good use of the BBQ and hot tub under the covered porch! Very clean and comfiest bed ever! We also visited the coffee shop and took in the view at the beach. This place is a treasure for sure!

Diane is an Awesome Superhost! Very attentive. The Quiet Country Farmhouse is a quaint, classic and reconditioned (upgrades would appear to be ongoing, based on recent upgrades observed) Farmhouse, with modern amenities, located in a beautiful rural, quiet countryside with a great view of Lake Washademoak. Very roomy/spacious even for 7 adults. Only abt 4 min walk to the lakefront and Nan's Country general store is only abt 7 min drive. Cows in the pasture across the road and apple and cherry trees were ripe for the picking while/when we were there.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley's cottage. She is an excellent hostess, very responsive and helpful. She provided many helpful tips that made our stay go smoothly. The cottage is a gem. Beautiful location with a view that never got boring. Very quiet and peaceful. It was a treat to sit on the deck early in the morning watching the birds and squirrels collecting acorns. Even had a little chipmunk scampering around the deck while sitting out. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy. Well equipped with the necessities. We were a party of six, and we felt right at home. Enough space to gather as a group, or find a spot for some quiet time. We had a lovely walk to enjoy the fall leaves and found the neighbourhood to be quiet and the people friendly. Even though the cottage is in a rural area, it is only about 1 hour to SaintJohn, Fredericton, or Moncton.

Jill was a great host. She went out of her way to ensure we had access to kayaks (pre season) and was very helpful when we needed tech support for the internet connection as well. The property is beautiful and so is the cottage. Incredibly kid friendly- toys, games, everything you need to keep a small army of children happily entertained both inside and outside! Hot tubs with a lake view bring me joy! Mega perks for that! Thanks for having us Jill!
