A lovely place and a great location - quiet, but still well-connected. The apartment is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped. I especially appreciated the detailed guestbook with all the important information - it was even sent me digitally beforehand, which was super helpful. You can tell the hostess put care into everything. One minor downside: The hosts live in the upstairs part of the house and their terrace seems to stretch across the entire area above the apartment. On one evening, they had guests and it was quite loud - something to keep in mind for light sleepers. Apart from that, a truly charming stay with lots of attention to detail.

We did not get to spend enough time at the house as played in a golf tournament but will be back.. 🌸

We had a amazing stay at Joe's canal house. It looked exactly like the pictures and we were very comfortable! The house had loads of amenities which made our stay even more enjoyable. Excellent location on canals. Joe was super responsive, and gave local recommendations on fishing spots which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend his place for any family looking to have a great holiday!
