Monthly Rentals in Saint Fokas

Hands down the best location in Parikia. Our two families reserved both The Door and The Loft properties and it could not have worked out better. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the shared balcony every evening. We did not rent a car but both the ferry and bus stop are so close. The bus is super easy to navigate to other parts of Paros and super convenient for a day trip to Antiparos. Definitely recommend.

Spacious apartment, very well equipped, very clean. Very nice garden and amazing view from the terrace . Ideal location to be quiet and very close to Parikia and the other sites of the island . A car is necessary. Very nice welcome. Thank you Manos and family!

This place is a dream! In reality it is even more beautiful than it already looks on the pictures! We enjoyed our few days here so much that we daily struggled to whether we want to go out and leave the Suite or just stay and enjoy this really magical place! Everything was nice set and equipped and clean! We couldn’t wish for more! Dora did the check-in and showed us everything and was really friendly! The best thing was to watch the sunset and the endless Aegean Blue by just sitting outside. And only a few minutes walking distance are a few super nice and more quiet little beaches that you can enjoy ! We could have spent the rest of our life there…but I am sure we will come back! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Paros! Highly recommend! :-) We visited Paros in early May, so the island had the perfect blend of quiet and busy. This stay was STUNNING! It had gorgeous views (especially sunsets) from every window and the balcony. It genuinely felt like a peaceful retreat in the perfect location, which was just a short walk to a quiet, picturesque beach and an easy stroll into Parikia for restaurants and shops. It offers the best of both worlds! The outdoor spaces were a huge highlight—the pool and outdoor shower were both great and made relaxing/cooking at home just as enjoyable as exploring the island. Lisa and Thanasis were fantastic hosts!! Both were very kind, responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paros!
