Monthly Rentals in Saint-Apollinaire

I stayed in this apartment for a 24-hour business trip and everything went perfectly. The accommodation is nice, clean and very well maintained. The host is pleasant, responsive and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it for a short or longer stay!

Pedro and his wife are great, a warm welcome, always present if needed, impeccable hygiene, linen that smells fresh and clean. Close to Zenith, for concerts it's Nikel. The center of Dijon is 10 minutes away with beautiful places to visit, among others the market halls, a very beautiful place, the architecture of this city is very beautiful with its guided tour, the owl. I would recommend it 100%

The property is in a great location. Access to the city center is very easy. The place was spotless, everything was very clean. David is very responsive and accommodating. We had a pleasant stay! Thanks

Absolutely lovely spacious modern appartment in a nice quiet area. very comfy bed and a lovely big bathroom with a nice bath to soak in. There was a small carefour market and a large supermarket and a Lidl within walking distance. Dijon was around 3.5km away but bus stops nearby. it was an easy walk in for us. The only one complaint was lack of information about things to do in the area and info for the wifi code and how to work the stove top which we just couldn't work out! It was by far the nicest appartment we had for that price, out of the 7 different Air b&bs we did on this trip 😄
