Michelle’s place was perfect for our two nights away with the girls while we did the Coastrek walk. We could walk to Sorrento front beach easily so didn’t need the car. The house was great with everything we needed. It was cosy with the fire lit in the lounge :) Michelle is friendly and responsive, thank you ☺️

Our stay at SaltBush was amazing. The property is stunning with a beautiful interior and exterior hosting lots of space and great amenities. We enjoyed all of our meals on the balcony, making use of the bbq and the beautiful views & surroundings. It felt very private, and it was so quiet & peaceful. We loved the location as it was walking distance to the beach, a local cafe for coffee was close by, and it was driving distance to wineries and restaurants. The fireplace was the perfect touch, it felt so cosy. Olivia was a fantastic host, she kept in great contact prior to the stay and answered any questions we had pre-arrival to ensured that we enjoyed our time away. Our family can’t wait to come back and visit again in future! Thanks Olivia and Mark!

Anna’s place was a haven away from the busy city life. The house was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully presented with lovely touches and everything you’d need for a family beach holiday. Close to 16 Beach and there were also plenty of family friendly activities at the house - so need to leave! Loved that doggo could join us too.

We had a great stay! Leonie was fantastic to deal with and check in / out was a breeze. The house had plenty of activities and games to keep the little ones occupied. Kitchen and living were well stocked with the basics and kids cutlery & plates made everything so easy. Location wise was great. It’s in a nice quiet pocket, but only a 1 min drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend and it was a great holiday experience for our young family.

The house was peaceful, comfortable and in a great location - walking distance to the beach. It felt like a real and cosy home - he kitchen was amazing with lots of utensils and dishes, making it easy to cook meals. Shar was a lovely host. Highly recommend!

Lizzie’s place is a great base for a family weekend on the Mornington Peninsula. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, in particular a wonderful kids room full of toys for our 4 y/o to enjoy. There is a fenced in yard, perfect for our pup to run around, and the log fire kept the home cosy over a very cold weekend. Lizzie was extremely flexible with checkin and checkout.

Without a doubt one of the best places we have stayed and Angela was the most amazing host. Felt right at home and location is great. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

We had the best stay at the Sandpiper House with Karen and Cameron as our hosts. Super tidy house with a great view and we were also spoiled with complimentary breakfast during our stay 😊 we had an easy check in with an even easier and simple check out. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

The property was perfect for our family to celebrate a 70th birthday as well as Mother’s Day. There were several different areas which enabled us to spread out. The two young children had more than enough room to ride scooters around the property which was securely enclosed by electric gates. We felt private, which meant there wasn’t the worry of making too much noise. The pool was beautiful, cold, as it was the first weekend in May , however we still enjoyed a swim or two. The downstairs entertainment area was perfect . Perhaps an outdoor heater, but very nice to sit in at the end of to day. Upstairs the kitchen was great, a bad design for more than two people but generously equipped. One issue was the dishwasher which probably needs replacing. All bedrooms were spacious and airy and the beds were delicious to collapse into at the end of a busy day. All in all we enjoyed a relaxing stay . The proximity to shops , coffees, local wineries and restaurants , and beach was perfect .

We had an amazing stay on Phillip Island at Ashlea’s place! The space was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the yoga session – it was such a calming, grounding experience that really set the tone for our trip. The sauna was another standout – clean, modern, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. My partner and I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet retreat with thoughtful wellness touches. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful home, very suitable for large groups. I travelled here from Newcastle with 9 other girlfriends for a weekend away. We spent a day at the Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs and being able to stay all together with a wine around the fire and a yummy dinner that we could all cook on the bbq and large kitchen. The house was immaculate and very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lovely pool and fireplace were a standout for us. Spacious, quiet and CLEAN! Friendly, prompt, and easy communication. I’ve never been to an air bnb where the wine glasses sparkle lol. Everything was just so clean. Our pup enjoyed running around in the front garden. Worth every cent and will be back for sure!!! Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. From the first message Jenny was easy to communicate with. Her property was stunning and so spacious and well stocked. If you like cooking you will find everything you need here by way of utensils and appliances. The property was spotless and all instructions were very clear. We loved our stay at the Glasshouse! The house was immaculately presented and we felt right at home the moment we walked in. The handwritten “Thank you” card was a very thoughtful touch! We loved the large well equipped kitchen and the open plan design with very comfortable living area. The house had a great decking area and our kids loved the table tennis table. The location was very peaceful and only minutes walk to the National Park with a beautiful walk to the beach at sunset. And only a few minutes drive to the local shops. This is amazing house,you can do everything in and out of this house nice and clean,looking beautiful. we cooked some Japanese dinner at the house there are everything what we needed. there are some nice cafes around there and beautiful beach as well. We had a great time even though it was raining outside when we stayed overnight Supposed to be raining next day as well but the sun came out at the morning and we enjoyed Sorrento after stayed this house.

We had an amazing family Easter vacation at Marty’s place. It was spacious and perfect for 10 people, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Location was also great with the beach nearby and hot springs right next door! Marty was so lovely and responsive, gave us flexible check in/out times and even an extra night at no cost!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, providing easy access to everything we needed. The house was spacious, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking. The highlight was definitely the unique experience of being immersed in the trees – it felt like a tranquil escape. We would definitely stay here again!
