Very nice apartment, clean, tidy and perfectly functional. Easy to access, with a comfortable bed and a very appreciable little extra: the balcony. Great for a stay with two. Special mention for the warm and professional welcome from the concierge. Note that the apartment is a little small, but quite suitable for a couple. Street parking can be a little tricky, but it's still doable with a little patience. Thank you for this good stay as part of a wedding!

Wonderful stay!!! I spent 6 days visiting La Baule and its treasures. What a joy! Apartment in the immediate vicinity of the train station, located on the main avenue that leads to the sea, lively street during the day but quiet in the evening. Ideal location for local shops (pharmacy, convenience stores, tourist office, restaurants, market, etc.). Immediate access to public transport that allows you to visit the main points of activity. Clean and convenient home. Nice comfortable cocoon where it is good to live with everything you need. Responsive, available and welcoming host. I will come back to continue visiting this beautiful region!

Cecilia is adorable, available and very punctual. The apartment is as described as well as in the photos. It is very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, close to all amenities. Nothing is missing, except a washing machine, but there is a laundromat right next door so it's not a problem at all! We will be delighted to return as soon as the opportunity arises.

Apartment faithful to the photos and description, well arranged, spacious and clean. Ideally located by the sea with a panoramic view from the terrace. Responsive hosts, arrival and departure in appreciable autonomy.

Nice and well appointed apartment. The site is very beautiful with direct access to the beach. Shops are not far away. Contact with our host was easy and friendly.

Fabulous spot for our family holiday. from the deck chairs, kids toys, Nespresso machine so many little things included that made our holiday such a great one. It's right on the beach and walking distance to a boulangerie, intermarche, a train station going to Nantes and Paris and all the great restaurants in le crosic and batz súr mer. Also really enjoyed the various running routes and the kids loved the pool. It's very quite in the area I. May with beautiful sunsets. A relaxing break.

Very well located apartment, beautiful sea view, clean, all good. It is on the 5th floor and not on the 4th as mentioned... Only small downside, the sofa bed is really uncomfortable, with the thin mattress typical of this kind of sofa.

We already knew this extraordinary apartment, and come back every time with the same pleasure. The view is superb, and whatever the weather you can't get enough of it. The apartment was already perfect in our opinion, but this year, in addition, the bedroom mattress has been changed, and some paintings have been renovated. Hosts are always quick to answer questions and are also very pleasant. We plan to come back again as soon as possible.

It's a lovely waterfront apartment. Great location 5 min by car from city center. a wonderful terrace when you can enjoy a peaceful evening with a great view. the house is very confrotable, clean, tidy and well furnished. You can find everything you need. Caroline provides you everything. She is a lovely person, kind and fully helpfull with everything. check in and check out super easy.

This accommodation is perfect and very well located. But the breathtaking view of the ocean is the must-see of the accommodation. We highly recommend: you will not be disappointed!!

We had a great stay in Pouliguen in this apartment located in the Domaine de Cramphore residence. The residence is very pleasant, quiet and perfectly suited to families. The location is ideal, a stone's throw from the wild coast for beautiful walks. A big thank you to Eurydice for her warm welcome and availability: communication was smooth and very friendly from start to finish. We highly recommend it!

Philippe's accommodation is a little gem, everything is there to feel good, quiet! The setting is peaceful, the private terrace is great, the pool is very nice, the accommodation and its large bay windows are really nice, very well equipped, the bedding is comfortable, there is reserved parking in the property at the foot of the accommodation! Philippe is very friendly and friendly! The most pleasant thing: the additional SPA option for 1h30 of change of scenery and relaxation with the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi in a beautiful setting! The accommodation is even nicer in reality, very bright. You won't be disappointed by booking this "la vie est belle" cottage!

We had a pleasant stay in this nice private apartment. Amenities are quality and very clean. Small downside, we came on a day of high heat and the apartment being in the attic it was a little hot. The only way to refresh it was to open the windows. Apart from that, everything was great! The neighborhood is quiet and the hosts are lovely! I recommend it:)
