Berengere was a fabulous host and personally welcomed us to the rental unit and came for the check out. She was extremely responsive to questions I sent in advance of our stay about things like parking options and a restaurant reservation, and remained in touch during our stay. We are English speakers and Berengere was fluent in English. The flat is terrific, centrally located in the old part of Vannes. It is very spacious and comfortable, with an extremely well stocked kitchen with modern appliances as well as laundry machines. The front of the flat faces a pedestrian street that can be lively during tourist season, but the flat has new insulated windows that buffer street noise and the main bedroom is on the back side and very quiet. Berengere's hospitality and lovely flat made for a great stay in Vannes!

We were very well received on arrival in a very well located, very well furnished and very functional apartment. Quiet residence under the pines and near the embankment. The description is true to reality. Corinne and Richard are excellent hosts. We recommend their rental, and we will not hesitate to return if possible.

We had a pleasant weekend at Philippe's. The location of the house is ideal, everything can be done on foot or by bike. House in a quiet neighborhood Ideal for 8 adults and 2 children. Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Our stay was a real favorite; from the island of Noirmoutiers but also this magnificent house offered by Marc and his wife, very helpful and attentive to us, thank you to them! The accommodation is ideally located, very comfortable and cozy. Well done for the beautiful decoration! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real vacation. Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! As soon as we arrived, the charm took effect. This house, thrown there, facing the vastness of the sea, is one of those places that imposes itself by its obviousness. It doesn't tell stories; it allows you to live them, offering a framework where time slows down and where you reconnect with the essential. Really very well-equipped studio, impeccably clean, comfortable bed and peaceful environment. We had a great time at Christine's, who was a very attentive host. We even tested the electric bikes and took a very nice ride in the immediate surroundings of the apartment.

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. The communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! The keys are therefore handed over in person. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀
