Summer into Fall is when Falmouth is at its best!

Falmouth beaches are great year round. Falmouth is fully open with lots of great live music on weekends and trivia in many different locations mid week. The weather is generally warm enough now for hiking, biking, golf and scenic beach walks. I do not charge a cleaning fee & ask you to respectfully treat the space with care and clean up after yourself. I make sure the space is more diligently cleaned and disinfected between guests. Sorry but this is a no pet space.

Efficient, bright, half-basement studio with large french door entrance looking out on front yard. Includes brand-new queen-size bed, a full bathroom with shower, large closet, lounge space, and well-equipped kitchenette with dining table. Wifi and a ROKU monitor. There is no cable service. Hello! We have an adorable two-bedroom (bedrooms are very small), single-family home within walking distance to the beach. (Bristol Beach is 3/10 of a mile away, and Falmouth Heights Beach is 1/2 mile from the house). Perfect for a family of 4 or couples retreat. Please note that the bedrooms are very small and neither of them can accommodate any sort of portable crib, such as a Pack and Play.

The Carriage house is very homey and in a nice quiet setting. The house is surrounded by gardens, providing plenty of privacy. There is a nice outdoor space with a table and chairs and a grill to cook on as well. There is also central air throughout the entire house. Newly renovated kitchen and new furnishings throughout the space.
