Holiday rentals with a kayak in Falmouth

We stayed for three nights for our daughters wedding at the cape club and it was close to the venue, easy to find, beautiful home in a peaceful setting and right near the bike path which was great for morning runs!!! I would absolutely recommend this beautiful home for a large group to stay and enjoy the Falmouth area!!!

This property is on another level. It’s the four seasons of Airbnb. It’s such an immaculate place to stay and we loved every part of it. The cleanliness, the high quality of the essentials, the coziness, ambience and so much more was truly worth the stay.

The house was just like the photos, so beautiful!! Choo was even so sweet and left a present for my daughter since I told them we were celebrating her birthday!! This was my first time using air B&B and it was amazing!

Laurie’s Sunburst Cottage was a perfect location. The view was spectacular each morning, waking up to see long pond. The space was so nicely decorated and very cozy for us to enjoy and relax with Netflix and other streaming included. Her eye for detail, even proving power strips next to each bed made it so easy and convenient to charge our phones. The place was spotless, clean and had updated and well stocked kitchens and bathrooms. We had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the outdoor kayaks, fire pit or sitting areas, but they were beautiful as well, and added to the view from the windows. It’s conveniently located mid cape giving people access to doing various things on the cape. Walking around the neighborhood also gave us additional views of long pond. I highly recommend it, and would go back in a heartbeat. Laurie was very attentive and easy to reach. Thanks again Laurie for sharing your lovely home with us! Katie

The cutest house! Well designed, super clean, and COZY. We especially enjoyed the fire pit! After a night out for my 40th birthday it is was the perfect ending. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Plymouth area!

Lisa's place is so lovely. It is so peaceful and has a great view. Check in was super easy and everything was as expected. Lisa is a great communicator and we were easily able to get questions answered. When we had an issue (not related to our stay) Lisa was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Great place for all seasons due to having the hot tub and the cape being so close.

Carol is a great host. We had a small issue with the front door screen locking up and she came over right away and let us in. She is very responsive and responsible. I forgot my medication when I left and she was kind enough to mail it back to me immediately. She has a been a great host and I hope more hosts are like Carol. It rained the whole time we were there so we did not get a chance to check out the lakes around there but I am sure they are great. There is a mall near by with bowling so we did that instead. This was our second time staying at Peyton's Place and probably not the last! We love the homey, beachy vibe of the house. We can imagine all the family memories there. There's plenty to walk to and keep two teen girls entertained... the kayaks are much appreciated. Just steps to the beach makes it easy to pop home for lunch or go to beach for an evening walk. There's a new shop in town that I highly recommend... Tide and True. Stephanie is a very responsive and helpful host.

We needed somewhere to stay for a wedding down the road. Kevin’s place was more than we were expecting! It was perfect! Clean and spacious. We will be keeping this top of our list for places to stay when on the Cape!

A wonderful place to relax, soak in the hot tub, and enjoy the nearby beaches and amenities.

It was pricey but considering where it’s located it was worth it! Very clean and comfortable….wonderful and relaxing getaway 😎 hope to go back again.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay! The setting was incredibly serene, and we felt completely at ease the entire time. All of the amenities, especially the boats and kayaks, were very accessible, and we used them throughout our stay — it really made the experience special. We also loved spending cozy nights around the campfire, which added such a warm and memorable touch. There was so much for the kids to do, and they had a fantastic time as well! The host was so kind and welcoming, and communication was very easy from start to finish. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and it made for a truly wonderful getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, fun, and family-friendly escape!

Tara’s spot was beautiful, and private. We loved having access to the e-bikes. The rail trail was close by and we biked on it and walked on it to dinner one night. Tara’s spot was a perfect spot to hang out and to come back to after a busy day. The weather wasn’t conducive to hanging out on the deck but it was a lovely set up. Would highly recommend.
