  • This cozy room was perfect for a one-night trip to the city. Paul was incredibly kind and accomodating, and even gave us a short, personal "tour" of the neighborhood and the room. The design and personal touches were amazing. We loved our stay and would absolutely book here again.

    Kris2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • This private little apartment is in a great location with lots to do. The host could not have been friendlier, I would definitely recommend.

    Luciana2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Paul’s space was marvelous! Filled with lots of DC presidential history and beautiful antique pieces, the place was extremely cozy and pleasant. The neighborhood was lovely, as well. We went to Big Bear Cafe, a terrific local coffee and breakfast spot (get the chai tea with oat milk), and the pizza place right around the corner, which was fabulous as well. A great stay all around!!

    Megan2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Very cute spot in a great neighborhood! Paul was a fantastic host, super friendly with great info and recommendations about the area. The suite and the garden are both beautiful, definitely recommend!

Most Beautiful Airbnb in DC according to Architectural Digest (Airbnb blocks link; you can enter into a search engine “The Most Beautiful Airbnb in Every State”) One-of-a-kind opportunity to share home in historic Georgetown. Completely remodeled, including your guest room and private bath. Full access to house, with special extras: rooftop deck, sauna, shady backyard garden. Easy access to metro. Walk to Dupont Circle, Embassy Row, and shops, restaurants and bars/nightclubs.
Four story townhouse features newly remodeled and very well equipped kitchen (with fireplace), dining room, living room with high ceilings and second fireplace. Powder room off entry and third full bathroom on top floor. Washer and dryer on entry level. Two outdoor spaces: a beautifully landscaped backyard garden with dining table and grill and a rooftop deck. Top floor features NIR sauna and yoga area. Hardwood floors throughout (except tiled entryway and baths) and lots of natural light and windows that overlook trees.
Historic Georgetown is in the northwest quadrant of Washington, DC situated along the Potomac River and Rock Creek. Much of Georgetown is surrounded by parkland and green space, such as Rock Creek Park, Dumbarton Oaks, Oak Hill Cemetery, Rose Park and Montrose Park. Walking up and down the tree lined streets of Georgetown is a delight, viewing quaint and charming homes, gardens, flower filled window boxes and brick sidewalks which have been in place for centuries, perhaps walked upon by such notables such as George Washington, JFK or Alexander Hamilton himself. Local businesses add so much additional character, like the butcher shop two blocks away that makes the best pastrami sandwiches you will ever eat. There's also a dry cleaners, a wine shop and a corner store within a stone's throw. Our favorite farmers' markets are a hop, skip and jump away and open Wednesdays at Rose Park in season and Sundays at Dupont Circle year round. The nearby Georgetown Waterfront provides additional entertainment, either wining and dining at the many hot spots with a water view along the river or actually going on the Potomac for paddle boarding or kayaking. So much to see or do throughout the neighborhood, with countless shops, restaurants and entertainment establishments within walking distance, both in Georgetown and Dupont Circle.

  • Great place. Only wish could stay longer and enjoy lovely house.

    Charles2019-10-23T00:00:00Z
  • Jessica is a great host and will look after you. She took care of me even when I arrived a day early and all the rooms were booked. Amazing. It is about a 12 minute walk to Dupont Circle metro. My room in Jessica's place was a good size, clean and comfortable. Bathroom, outside the room in the hall, was spotless with great shower. The kitchen is modern and well appointed, a great space. The rooftop terrace is a bonus and nice for star gazing or early morning meditation. However, the apartment is narrow and a bit crowded, so besides the kitchen and one rooftop visit, I stayed in my room. I will be back to stay in Jessica's place.

    Scott2019-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • Jessica was more than hospitable. She opens up her home and it’s like you’re home. I highly recommend to stay there

Enjoy city living in our sunny, bright 1 BR Penthouse condo. I've outfitted some of the city's best spas so our guests should expect comfort, thoughtful amenities and great service. Our condo easily sleeps 4 with room for 6. Modern decor compliments century-old brick walls and reclaimed wood accents. The luxurious bathroom includes a custom seated shower, double vanity, soft towels, hair dryer, spa-quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The Metro Subway station is 2 1/2 blocks away.
Luxurious, private, urban, ultra comfortable and absolutely beautiful. Located on lively Mt. Pleasant Street! This is an urban retreat ideal for those who want to experience the bustle of the city in a diverse, historic and artsy neighborhood. Across the street is Suns independent movie theater & the Raven dive bar. On the next block there's Each Peach Market for great food-to-go and sandwiches and Beau Thai for local hip thai food. Mount Desert Island Ice Cream is a must and it's right in the building! Just steps away from us are even more restaurants, grocery stores, and even your big chain store Target! The lively neighborhoods of Columbia Heights, Adams Morgan, and Dupont are within walking distance and the White House is about three miles down 16th Street. Walk through Rock Creek Park for a tour of the historic Pierce Mill or marvel at the opulent 25 acre Hillwood Estate - home to the most comprehensive collection of Russian imperial art outside of Russia. Traveling with kids? A playground for little ones is just around the corner or walk down the hill to the National Zoo where admission is free. Sit for story time at the newly renovated Mt Pleasant library and check out original artwork by the artist Aurelius Battaglia who later worked on Disney's Dumbo. Public transport is excellent in our neighborhood...walk to the metro (2 1/2 blocks away), hop on a bus, rent a bike through Capital Bike Share or drive around with Zip Car - all just minutes from our door. Columbia Heights metro station (green line) is only 0.3 miles away - about a 5 minute walk from the condo. Cleveland Park (red line) is a 5 min ride on the H4 bus which is minutes from our door. For those wanting to hit the White House or National Mall, walk 2 minutes and catch the S4 bus which goes down 16th Street. The White House is about a 10 minute bus ride and the Mall is another ten. We highly recommend Uber or Lyft for getting around the city, especially if you have a larger group size, since it is comparable to the cost of metro tickets. For new UBER users, use promotional code jasonh1553 to get your first ride for free. For new LYFT, users, use promotional code JASON033374. This code varies what they give you but often it is credit towards your first ride. For those driving into the city: With advanced notice, we can obtain a parking permit for you that allows you to park unrestricted in our Zone. There is a $40 fee paid in advance for this service. Alternatively there is a garage is located at the DC USA complex (@ Target, Bed n Bath) at varying rates. Please check their website. It is a quick walk from the condo.

Conveniently located to Union Station, The Capitol Building, The National Mall, H Street/Atlas District, Eastern Market, great restaurants, and public transportation. Most of these locations are easily walkable or if you prefer to bike or take public transportation that is convenient too. This cottage is in our backyard. My home is in Northeast DC, close to the Brookland metro station (red line). I have a renovated row home with a huge backyard, which you also have access to. Guests will have your own bedroom on the basement level with a queen bed, mini fridge, and private bathroom. When making an inquiry or request, please share little bit about yourself and what brings you to DC.
Brookland is kind of a retro neighborhood...lots of cute bungalows, tree-lined streets, and friendly neighbors. There's also great new restaurants and Right Proper brewery less than two blocks away. And with Catholic University nearby, you'd be walking/biking distance to the metro, cafes and bookstore. Brookland is close to Northeast's most popular destinations - Union Market and H Street corridor. I'm about a 15-minute uber or metro ride to downtown where most of the traditional DC sites & museums are located.
  • Comfortable space and all the basics you’d expect.

    Sharon2020-03-13T00:00:00Z

  • Awesome stay at Roberta's! The room is great, private bathroom, a small table and fridge. You have access to a full equiped kitchen and Roberta is very nice and helpful! Nice restaurants in the area (check out Salumeria and Menomale if you like Italian food 😁), safe neighborhood, 10min walk from the metro, about 30min from downtown with the red line, very easy to navigate. We definitely recommend this place, it's perfect!

  • Really enjoyed our stay! everything was as expected with some extra touches. such a cute place, and check in/check out was super easy.

    Laura2020-02-06T00:00:00Z
  • Roberta's home was stylish and unique. The guest quarters were neat and tidy and very clean. It was the perfect location to park and take transportation into the city. Roberta also had some great food suggestions and we were able to enjoy busboys and poet's for supper one evening.

    Whitney2020-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • Roberta was very kind and hospitable. I appreciate that she opened her home to me and my daughter, despite our late night activity (left at 11:30pm and returned after 1am). The space was comfy and cozy, the neighborhood quiet and serene. Roberta's home was just what I needed for my whirlwind trip.

    Devon2020-01-16T00:00:00Z
  • This place is definitely a must stay for anyone that just wants a night out in DC, Not only is Roberta a fabulous host, as she is quick with responses, but her house is beautiful and there are two bars about a 1-4minute walk from the place. We spent the whole day in D.C and got to go home to a suburban chic place. LOVED my stay.

  • Jessica’s is an amazing host, the place is sparkling clean . We were able to walk everywhere! That is a keeper!

    Fabiana2019-11-15T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, beautiful room exactly what we needed for a long weekend. Jessica’s home is gorgeous and she is so helpful!

    Mary2019-11-11T00:00:00Z
  • This is the first time I have opted to stay at the same Airbnb twice and it was even more homey and relaxing than the first time. Jessica is very thoughtful and communicative. I accidentally left a bunch of stuff behind last time and she safeguarded it for me until I returned. While I wouldn’t encourage that, it’s a testament to her super host qualities.

    Di2019-10-30T00:00:00Z
  • Jessica is a responsive host and generously shares her beautiful, stylish home and tips for restaurants, etc. The room I stayed in was very clean. It has great lighting, is uncluttered and feels serene. I especially appreciated having a small desk for my laptop. The ensuite bathroom was also very clean, and the shower works well. While other parts of the house are messier than in the pictures, the room itself offers a welcoming retreat after a busy day in the city.

    Christina2019-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • Jessica is running what amounts to a boutique hotel, and she does it very well with professionalism, dedication and attention to detail! I won't spoil the surprises in her little touches that take the AirBNB experience to the next level, I will only highly recommend her as your host in DC...

    Georgios2019-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • Jessica's house is amazing. It is in a wonderful neighborhood in Georgetown but also close to Foggy Bottom and Dupont. The room I stayed in is exceptionally clean with a nice writing desk, good lighting, very nicely decorated, wonderful shower with heated bathroom floors and a very comfortable bed! Jessica gives you acess to a lovely rooftop deck, and a lovely back yard. I had several very nice conversations with her and she couldn't be more helpful with suggestions on what to see or do, or where to eat! Jessica may have another guest staying with her, and it is her own house. So you have to be comfortable sharing :) I will definitely stay here again

    Toby2019-10-06T00:00:00Z

The most convenient studio apartment in DC. Located so close to Union station 600 square feet, a front patio and rear patio, full kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom all located two blocks to two supermarkets, a drugstore and numerous coffee shops and restaurants. Easily catch the Metro from Union Station 5 blocks away, ride the DC Streetcar up and down historic H Street, or take an Uber or Lyft a few blocks to anywhere in town!
This space is perfect for individuals on work travel or for couples vacationing. It's not a large space but has plenty of room to be comfortable and stretch out. There are pots, pans, glassware, plates and bowls, flatware for anyone that likes to cook. There is also a full washer and dryer in the unit to freshen up your laundry. It would be a tight squeeze for three guests, but is doable with one person sleeping on the couch. There is a patio in the front and in the rear of the home the guests are welcome to use, including a chimenea (fire pit) for a nominal extra firewood charge. We will get pictures of the outside space posted shortly. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis, so please ask!
Stop by Bullfrog Bagels in the morning for a bagel or bagel sandwich and great coffee. Union Market is great for lunch, oysters and wine, and general people watching and noshing. The Big Board (right next door) has some of the best burgers in town and plays sporting events, Boundary Road across the street is a bit classier without the TVs. The US Capitol, Supreme Court and Library of Congress buildings are a quick 8-9 block walk through a historic neighborhood. Metro access at Union Station can get you across town in minutes.
  • Great location. Graham checked in and made sure everything was fine and everything was perfect! Quick responses. Thank you for going above and beyond!

    Carleigh2020-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • Graham was very responsive if we ever needed anything and it was neat to stay in a residential area of DC. If you are planning on visiting all of the museums and monuments, you’ll probably want/need a tour bus ticket and few Uber rides.

Welcome to your private space in a central location convenient to Union Station, downtown and Capitol Hill -- charming and just a touch rustic, with a shower, microwave, fridge and attached garage parking. Leafy shade in summer, cozy wood stove on cold winter nights!
It's half secure parking, half private bedroom and bath.
Bloomingdale is one of fastest changing neighborhoods in DC, with new restaurants, cafes, and a neighborly feel. I've known my neighbors and their kids for several years.
  • The most unique Airbnb I have every encountered. Very contemplative.

  • Marc's place is situated in a charming neighborhood. The description is very accurate. The room stayed comfortably warm given the temperature in the 40s. The house plants and decor were also a nice touch. It was a great value and allowed me to stay under budget for my visit to DC.

    Irma-Laura L2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • We had an awesome experience staying at Marc’s place! This space is perfect for a long weekend stay. We really enjoyed the decor and set up of the space as well as the radiant heated floors. The natural lighting was really awesome as well. Marc’s place is about a 10-15 minute Uber ride away from almost all tourist attractions and is in walking distance to many things as well. The neighborhood seemed to be quiet and safe, I am a small town gal myself and I was a little concerned would feel unsafe in the big city but was pleasantly surprised and relieved by my experience and stay. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.

    Felipe2020-03-18T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed at Dianes place for 3 month during an Internship I did in Downtown DC. The space is realy cozy, clean and compared to other rooms in DC quite cheap. The next Metro station is 15 minutes by foot and the metro needs 15-25 minutes to downtown DC. All in all I can really recommend this room, as Diane is also super caring and super friendly.

This space is the literally the best of both worlds very quiet nice neighborhood but also easily accessible to all of the hotspots in the DC area. Also across from a major bus and train station so guests can easily travel around the city.
The atmosphere in this neighborhood is very quiet but easily accessible to all of the hotspots in DC. Everything is easily assessable because of our major bus and train station which is walking distance from the unit.
  • I was in need of a private place for long term living, the home is private, clean, and quite nearly across the street from the metro.

  • Our stay at Kevin’s place exceeded our expectations. The apartment was sparkling clean and much larger than it looked in pictures!

    Lindsay2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • Kevin’s home is nice, private and affordable place to stay. Although we stayed a few hours but still we have been able to relax in his comfortable home. It is close to BWI airport and it is a good option for people who are fly from BWI.

  • This was a very convenient place right near the metro station for us to access DC area without a car. Kevin was really helpful and a great host that I would love to have in the future. He provided us with everything we needed to make our experience memorable. I would recommend this place and host to everyone who want to travel DC. I’m looking forward to booking this place again! Thanks Kevin.

There may be a human in the next room - bring earplugs if you want total silence. Highspeed WiFi. The bed is comfy. It’s quiet and good for snoozing. Perfect, clean, budget accommodation for tourists, visitors or business travelers.
Red Bear, The Pub & the People, Big Bear Cafe nearby - NoMa, 5 guys burgers and Dunkin are 8 mins on the trail. Also Trader Joe, Harris Teeter and Dominos pizza.
  • Room clean with a pretty large space. It is enjoyable. Scott is very cool too. For the price and the situation, I totally recommend this room!

    Emeric2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Great value, good spot - Scott makes the place comfortable at a budget which was great.

    Chris2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • Scott was an excellent host and gave great tips for my stay in DC. The accomodation has been accurately specified in the description and is very well located.

  • Quaint area and the space was super clean!

    Deja2020-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • Scott was friendly and welcoming, his house is simple and very well located, close to subway station and mini markets. The rental piece was the living room of the house, it does not have very good lighting and has no door for privacy. However the price is very convenient to stay here.

    Pedro Ignacio2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. 10 minutes away from the metrostation, very convenient to get to the center.

    Rick2019-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • The room is a small room separated by a living room on the first floor. Although there is a door and a wall to completely close the room, the door is a kind of blinds that cannot be locked, so it is not soundproof at all. If you only need to find a room to sleep in for a short trip, this is still a good place. The sofa bed is not too soft, it feels pretty good, and the price is quite high.

We are an upscale, design-forward dorm and hostel in a renovated Victorian-era mansion. In the heart of the Adams Morgan nightlife. We are professionally-managed with onsite staff members so you can have comfort knowing that we will be there to host you. We just want you to really love your stay in Washington D.C. and we hope we can be a place that you can call home away from home.
This is for one bed in a shared room. A free basic breakfast is included every day. All the linens and towels are provided. There is an in-room locker provided for small valuables. Free Wi-Fi throughout the facility and a laptop friendly work space in the common area. This is a great listing for anyone looking for fully furnished accommodation at a professionally-managed facility at an inexpensive price. Our location is in the popular Adams Morgan neighborhood near Dupont Circle and with easy access to transportation to downtown and a lively restaurant and nightlife scene just out our front door. The neighborhood is where locals live and play - come join us!
HighRoad Hostel DC is located in the heart of D.C.'s cool and hip neighborhood, Adams Morgan, just north of Dupont Circle, just south of Woodley Park, and next door to U Street and Shaw. It is a culturally diverse neighborhood, featuring a mix of local craft beer bars, Latin-infused lounges, quirky boutiques, and international cuisine. Locals flock to this neighborhood to shop for one-of-a-kind items at its independent businesses, dance the night away at its countless bars, and finish their evenings chewing on slices of late-night pizza. Although the neighborhood is steps from prestigious Kalorama, Adams Morgan feels more indie than indulgent and more bottoms-up than buttoned-up.

  • Never stayed in a hostel before so wasn’t sure what to expect. Super glad I went with this one. Great location with busy nightlife. Not super close to any of DC’s big attractions but easy to Uber to and relatively cheap. The hostel, itself, is bustling with all types of people from all over the world interacting. I only planned a trip for the weekend but if I’m ever in DC again, I’d definitely want to stay longer. Overall, great experience.

You'll love this smart studio in an iconic concierge building, the crown jewel of a leafy, resort-style campus opposite DC's Georgetown cafe & shopping area. It's minutes by foot from Rosslyn metro station -- a junction of 3 lines & big bus hub. Huge 10,000+ sq. ft. gym; free fitness classes; pool w/lap lanes; sauna; steam room; grocery; dry cleaner; hair salon -- all on-site. Walk-in closet, own Wi-Fi, granite counters, picture windows, gleaming bamboo floors, updated bath, built-ins galore.
Coronavirus COVID-19 update: The building's concierge service has been suspended, subject to weekly review. We have worked with our cleaners to implement strict COVID-19 infection prevention and sanitation measures. The in-house gym has been shut temporarily in line with social distancing requirements. As of late May, it remains to be seen if and when the swimming pool will open this summer. Still, it's hard to beat this ultra-convenient setting for a long-term stay, adjacent to the Potomac River, Georgetown and the monumental core of Washington D.C. Important: 90-day minimum lease. Sorry, No pets. No inside smoking. The unit features contemporary decor in a leafy, resort-style complex, two blocks from the Rosslyn metro stop. It's an ideal spot for touring D.C. -- only minutes' walk to metro, bus, bicycle-sharing stations and Zipcars. An uncommon collection of major attractions is within easy walking distance, along with many restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. The fifth-floor studio showcased here combines gleaming bamboo hardwood floors, tiled galley kitchen, granite counters, wall-mounted 43-inch 4K Ultra High Definition LG internet-enabled smart TV (new in 2020), built-in desk, marble bathroom vanity, oak-clad bookcases and other built-ins and upgrades. The TV lets you log into any of your video streaming accounts such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney, YouTube, etc. It also pulls in more than 180 other channels. The apartment includes its own, dedicated, individual Wi-Fi network powered by Comcast Xfinity -- in addition to a building-wide network. The highly popular River Place South building houses a 10,000+-square foot fitness center with late-model cardio and strength equipment, stretching area, sauna and steam room. Free fitness classes typically include Yoga, conditioning and Tai Chi. The studio itself is sunny with a large, high-efficiency, double pane, wall-to-wall picture window; roomy walk-in closet; built-in media center and bookcases. It's fully furnished in contemporary style and fully equipped, including hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker and DVD. All kitchenware and linens are provided. From the apartment, you may walk across the picturesque Key Bridge to D.C.'s trendy Georgetown neighborhood of ethnic restaurants, lively clubs, movies, and busy nightlife plus Georgetown University. Also in easy walking distance is Theodore Roosevelt Island, an 88.5-acre nature preserve in the Potomac crisscrossed by trails and boardwalk that zips you from the urban environment. The building, known as River Place South, is the most updated part of the gated community. A concierge is on duty in the upscale lobby. Community amenities include the resort-style outdoor pool with lap lanes and Jacuzzi-like hot whirlpool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day). In addition to the in-house health club with late-model cardio and strength equipment and stretching area, River Place boasts an on-site grocery store open until at least 11 pm 7 days a week; hair salon; and on-site dry cleaner. On-site parking may be available by special arrangement @ $100 to $125 per month, depending on location. Washer/dryers are located on the building's first floor, operated with a credit card, debit card or quarters. Substantial improvements have been made to the building in the past few years, including an all-new lobby and mail room; new roof; all new double-pane windows; four new elevators; new hallway carpets: and a laundry room makeover, including advanced washing machines and dryers designed to text when a load is completed. The laundry room costs are limited to $1.50 per load for washing plus $1.50 for drying. The River Place South building overlooks the Potomac River and DC monuments on one side. Elsewhere, it faces the Iwo Jima Monument National Park, home to the storied sculpture of the flag-raising by U.S. Marines during the World War II Battle of Iwo Jima. This studio enjoys a pleasant Rosslyn view, including what amounts to River Place's village square and front lawn. The property lies close to jogging and biking trails along the Potomac, upscale shopping in nearby Clarendon and Georgetown, and acclaimed restaurants. Check out the terrace of the nearby Quarterdeck, a storied crab shack noted for Maryland Blue Crabs, crab cakes, oyster sandwiches, clam chowder and a tart, frozen Key Lime pie. What's more: just one block from the River Place gatehouse, Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi has crossed the Potomac River for the first time in his career to open a third location of his Northwest D.C. pasta house. A Michelin-starred chef's newest restaurant, that is, now highlights what would be the block nearest you. Zipcar and Capital Bikeshare stations are also within seconds' walk of the gatehouse that controls vehicular access to the attractive campus of sturdy, medium rise, red brick buildings. For touring, the location is perfect: the Rosslyn Metro station is a junction of the Orange, Blue and (newest) Silver metro lines. D.C.'s Ronald Reagan National airport is a straight shot by the metro's Blue line. Dulles International Airport is direct via the 5-A bus or the Silver Line and its companion express bus. Likewise, the Pentagon is direct, via the Blue line. And it's only one stop on the Orange line to DC's Foggy Bottom Metro station -- close to the U.S. State Department, the campus of George Washington University, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and the World Bank. Separately, a splendid DC Circulator shuttle bus whisks you over the Key Bridge to Georgetown from Rosslyn and then to Dupont Circle, the heart of DC's intellectual life. Nearby are many of the nation's most prestigious think tanks and research institutions, including the Brookings Institution, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Center for Strategic and International Studies, the German Marshall Fund, The Eurasia Center, the Peterson Institute and the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies of The Johns Hopkins University. These think tanks host regular public policy-related events such as expert panel discussions that are free and open to the public. Check their online calendars for listings. Restaurants, coffee shops, bank, Target Express, Safeway supermarket and CVS drug store are all just around the corner from the apartment -- on or next to Wilson Boulevard, Arlington's main thoroughfare. It'd be hard to find a more conveniently located spot in the greater Washington D.C. area. NOTES: The Iwo Jima Marine Corps War Memorial adjacent to River Place is the traditional home of the Sunset Parade, a riveting free performance Tuesday evenings during the summer months by the United States Marine Drum and Bugle Corps with the Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon. Crowds also gather at the Memorial on the 4th of July to watch the national fireworks display. The D.C. Circulator bus runs among Dupont Circle, Georgetown and Rosslyn. For $1.00, you may hop on the Circulator at the corner of 19th St. N. and N. Moore St. -- about seven minutes' walk from River Place -- and shoot across the Key Bridge into D.C. For the return trip, pick up the bus in Dupont or Georgetown. Buses run every 10 minutes from 7:00 a.m. - midnight Sunday through Thursday and 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. on weekends. Separately, Georgetown University provides free shuttle service to its main campus. There are two private long-haul bus companies that connect to New York City. Vamoose Bus provides service several times daily from N Lynn Street in Rosslyn -- about five minutes' walk from River Place -- to Penn Station/Madison Square Garden in midtown Manhattan. The cost start as low as $30.00 each way as of March 2020. *** Please be advised that due to government restrictions concerning COVID-19, Vamoose says on its website that it has suspended all bus service. . Tripper Bus, referenced below, says it plans to resume regular operation on May 15. DC Metro and bus service likewise has been disrupted. *** Tripper Bus provides daily service from nearby 1901 N. Moore Street to the Macy's flagship store on 34th Street in Manhattan, for a similar charge. Rosslyn is super-convenient for working or studying in the DC area. Everything is at your fingertips, including trendy coffee shops, restaurants and boutique shopping. The neighborhood overlooks the Potomac River and DC's monumental core.
  • Host goes above and beyond to make sure everything is how you need and is extraordinarily responsive. This location is primo being a 5 min walk to the metro. Additionally, Chipotle, Potbelly, Target, Safeway, CVS, a nice pasta restaurant are all less than 10 mins. This apartment also has a brand new smart tv with a swivel arm so you can watch on the couch or in bed. Apartment is also equipped with everything needed for long term living. This place is perfect if you’re new to the area or looking to stay just outside DC.

    Allison2020-01-31T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice place to stay. Jim is a great host and is always quick to respond if there is anything you need. The apartment is well-kept, the building has great amenities and it is in a convenient location. Would recommend staying here!

    Sarah2019-12-20T00:00:00Z
  • Jim’s place was fantastic and he is the best host I have ever had. The apartment was more spacious than the photographs suggest, with lots of natural light and a good amenities, especially in the kitchen for long term guests cooking regularly. The building is well kept, with access to a gym and a wonderful swimming pool in the summer months. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with a short 10 min walk to Rosslyn metro station. Around Rosslyn are plenty of eateries and a Safeway supermarket, with more restaurants over the bridge in Georgetown. Three metro lines take you into central Washington DC meanwhile the circulator bus is useful for Georgetown and Dupont Circle. Jim was kind enough to show me around the local area and make suggestions for tourist activities and restaurants. If I ever return to Arlington, I would stay here again and again and again!

    Cydonie2019-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Jim goes out of his way to make sure that your stay is very comfortable! With my feedback, he made the apartment a better place to be! The gym, pool and the concierge are very nice pluses. The apartment itself is large and comfortable for 2 people with an overnight guest (who would sleep on the couch). Warning: it does get very warm in the winter and cold in the summers so bring appropriate clothes to change into! It is situated within an office-building dominant neighborhood so you need to walk out about 15-20 minutes toward Courthouse or Georgetown for a more shopping/eating/drinking vibe. The fact that it's about 10 minutes to the Rosslyn metro makes it such an idea place-- where all 3 lines (silver, blue, orange) meet before breaking off in two different directions so you never have to wait too long for the next train between Rosslyn and the District. It is also where the 5A bus to/from Dulles stops. I would definitely stay here again, especially for all the running/biking trails around it!

    Sara2019-03-30T00:00:00Z
  • Loved staying at Jim’s apartment, it was exactly what I needed and would return in a heartbeat!

    Karli2018-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Renting from Jim easy and worry free! It was so nice when I first arrived he took me on a tour of the area so that I knew local spots as well. The apartment was true to pictures and had all amnesties that is needed. I would definitely recommend renting from Jim.

    Jacquelyn2018-06-02T00:00:00Z
  • We were very happy to spend six months in Jim's nice apartment in Rosslyn. The place is very convenient and fully equiped. It is a perfect place either to visit Washington DC or to work there for a couple of months. Jim is very nice and welcoming. We would certainly stay at River Place again if we come back to DC !

  • If I could give this place 10stars I will without hesitating. Place is fantastic! Top notch Modern, extra clean and very stylish with everything I needed to feel at home. Lots of thoughtful touches. Actually exceeded my expectations. Location is excellent. Few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Neighborhood is safe. My husband was abit skeptical about DC but this neighborhood renewed our hope. Based on the stories I’ve heard I was also very worried about parking in DC since I was visiting alone, but hey ! Guess what ? It was easier than I thought. Right infront of the property, or slightly around the corner there was lots of parking. The host also had a welcome note with my name and my husband’s name on it. Wow. Just wow. Host is amazing. Communication was great. He made me feel at home and very safe the second we met. He checked in on me regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. Leaving was hard. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Metro, this modern English basement apt. with gas fireplace & high ceilings is a walkable spot to a gourmet grocery store, bars, restaurants, the Convention Center, and Chinatown. The home has exposed brick, Bosch appliances, heated bathroom floor--just 5 metro stops to the White House, the Mall and museums. The Shaw neighborhood is vibrant, constantly changing and full of diversity and young people. A great value with an experienced & DC-licensed host!
You won't feel like you're in an English basement! Cozy up by the fireplace in the winter and enjoy the cool pad in the summer. Since this is a basement, please note my disclosures below in "other things to note." I personally refurbished this 140-year-old property with one of D.C.'s hottest architects. You can trust that I have taken great care to provide you with fine amenities and attention to detail. This 625 sq. ft. apartment is very comfortable for four people, with two in the bedroom and two others could sleep on the pull-out, queen-sized sofa. There are also 2 single Aerobed blow-up mattresses. If you are traveling as a family, I would consider more than 4 people, but it would be tight. If you need just one night's stay, contact me and we can work something out. I've priced the apartment very competitively using the variable rates AirBnB suggests, based on the time of year. The actual daily cost may be higher or lower than the standard daily rate advertised, but you will always feel like you're getting your money's worth compared to any hotel in DC. If you've used AirBnB before, you know you have to lower expectations just a bit as a budget-conscious traveler (but not too much with this apartment). I also tend to book up fast during peak seasons. Any dates that are grayed out on the calendar you see are booked by other guests. This apartment is a dedicated rental, 365 days a year. I can almost always allow guests to drop their bags after 12:00 noon, but the maid will need a 2-hour window to clean, which can be as late as 5 p.m.
Shaw is the hottest neighborhood in DC right now. There's a great city vibe with nearby bars and restaurants, including a great beer garden 1.5 blocks away. A new gourmet grocery store is only 4 blocks away--a nice stroll through the historic Shaw neighborhood. The colorful row houses were all built at the turn-of-the-century--a classic feature of D.C. Two take-outs are across the street: Chinese and Mediterranean/Indian will do in a pinch, and a 24-hour 7-11 is a block away.
  • This is a great apt in a great location. Right next to Shaw-Howard University metro and a buzzy local area, thanks to the student population. The apt is really well stocked out, with everything you need for a 4/5 stay - Alan is really great at getting back quickly if you have any questions and gave us great tips for getting around the city. Highly recommended - would absolutely stay here again.

  • This was a great stay. Close to Metro so not having a car was not an issue. Alan provided information ahead of time and was quick to answer any questions. Recommended highly!

  • Alan’s place was perfect for our visit! Great location for Washington, DC proper! Nearby metro station was extremely convenient; located only 1.5 block from the apartment. Alan replies quickly to all questions through the Air B&B app too. My only gripe would be that the TV/cable is a bit complicated to use, but it did not detract from our trip at all. Overall, it was a convenient and cozy place to stay for a fair price in downtown DC!

Self check in/out was also very convenient and the hosts left a lot of helpful information /recommendations prior to our arrival. Highly recommend and would stay here again when we’re back in DC.

  • Autumn's place was absolutely lovely! I really appreciated the extra steps she took to make the place feel like home (extra pillows, blackout curtains, sleepytime tea) and the extra amenities that made exploring the city simple and safe (disposable coffee cups and an alarm system). I enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and look forward to my next visit!

  • Our stay was very good, the place is well prepared and has all the comforts. Gemma is super attentive in both small details and communication. The only thing to comment is that sometimes noises from above are heard, but that is where Gemma and the family live. Super recommended to spend a few days in Washington!

    Karen2020-02-05T00:00:00Z
  • This was my first time using the entire app system. Gemma's place was a great for my short stay in DC. Easy access to the location and key to house was easy to find. The place has a good style (rustic and modern) which I enjoyed the most. The place had all the amenities I needed and even a washer and dryer. Gemma was very response to my questions and she provided me with parking passes and buss ticket. Thank you Gemma!

My place is a 9 minute walk to The White House! You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the people, it is an ideal location...walking distance to lots of great restaurants, bars, clubs, super markets, tourist attractions...etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Foggy bottom neighborhood is a historic district. Foggy Bottom takes its name from the morning mist that comes off of its southern boundary, the Potomac River. But the neighborhood, which stretches up to include the West End (just west of Georgetown) is a clear winner. Home to the Kennedy Center, the State Department and the southern tip of Rock.
  • This space is absolutely amazing! Literally 9 min walk to the White House and a stroll to everything thing else! Reyume was an amazing host and was very easy to communicate with about check in and out! I would recommend this for a couple or two best friends that don’t mind sharing a bed for a fun trip to DC you won’t forget! Can’t wait to come back and stay here! Don’t miss out on this gem!!!

  • Place is very stylish, feels like your own apartment. She even had a booklet with tips, locals around the neighborhood.

    Rosalyn2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • My daughter and I took a quick trip museum hopping and sight seeing in DC and Reyume's place was perfect for us! We were very comfortable walking around the neighborhood by ourselves and everything was within a short walk! We were able to check in a little early, the place was clean and very comfortable, all linens and "extras" were provided like toiletries and even a tablet for guest access. Also I really appreciated that a fan was available for temperature adjustment, but also because I'm a "white noise" sleeper and forgot my own. I did find parking a bit difficult but I found a very nice 24hr garage just on the next block over. I definitely recommend this perfect little location!

    Crystal2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Great location for both site seeing or hanging out around the GW campus. Nice place, very easy to sleep 2 and 3 wouldn't have been tough.

  • My stay at David and Aisha’s place was exactly what I hoped it to be. Communication was quick and clear, living area was spacious and stylish and the amenities were available as listed. The location was also great. All major tourist attractions were less then 10 minutes away and easily accessible. My co-guest and I were very comfortable and enjoyed our privacy. David and Aisha were quick to help if we had any concerns. I would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

    Gordon2020-05-01T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean and spacious and the hosts are excellent at communication!

    Marcus2020-04-19T00:00:00Z
  • Pros This Airbnb property was exactly as pictured. Open floor layout with two entry ways. The front and back door which you get to through the bedroom area. There is a cute private sitting area which is also the back door to the neighbors next door I believe. Kitchen was well stocked. Silverware, pots/pans, plates, cups etc. The property also had little touches that really made the place feel like home and made the stay very comfortable. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful and respond very quickly. Light breakfast such as instant oatmeal, coffee, and tea is provided. Lastly, there is a conveniently located corner store down the street and local shops and eateries within walking distance. Cons The hosts live upstairs so there was alot of footsteps and the usual banging you would hear from upstairs neighbors. Wasn't much of a disturbance. Also the bathroom was clean however there was burn like markings in the tub that at first I thought was dirt but then later found out it couldn't be removed. Overall my stay met my expectations and having a fully stocked kitchen with silverware in addition to some essential SEASONINGS was a plus! Thank you!

High-ceilinged private sleeping space, modern amenities and comfortable shared living areas. Works for solo travelers or up to four. With free streetcar, access to Metro and nearby shopping, restaurants and clubs - a city, not suburbs - the neighborhood is bustling and close to everything.
This is a private upstairs bedroom with gorgeous period details, spacious for two, comfortable for more, new beds in 2020! Enjoy the open plan ground floor, modern kitchen and living space. Key amenities include hardwood floors, central A.C., heated bath tiles. Double-paned windows may be opened for breezes, or closed for insulation from the elements.
The home is on a quiet street in a bustling urban area with ample parking. The neighborhood is called Kingman Park and in recent years it began a renaissance. A new recreation center and public library are one block away. A Safeway supermarket and liquor store are close by. Another draw is the new trolley line on H Street which connects directly to Union Station, terrific restaurants and clubs on H Street NE, and shopping at Giant, Safeway, Aldi and Whole Foods. The home is across the street from the rear of an elementary school. Cleanup of the nearby Anacostia River is reconnecting the neighborhood to nature, bringing bike lanes, kayak and canoe put-ins and nature walks, a short walk to the east.
  • This place is located in a vibrant and changing neighborhood that is close to everything. The H Street corridor is as advertised, but the beauty of seeing a neighborhood change is an enlightening sociological experience and that is what makes the urban experience worthwhile. It has so much to offer.

  • Great spot! Read is an oustanding host. The room is comfy and stylish, I also had the use of a modern bath and beautiful kitchen. It's not the easiest spot getting around just on foot, there's not a lot of shopping nearby, but if that isn't an issue this place is terrific.

  • If you're looking for a perfectly clean and modern place with a super host, easy access to the city for a very good price: do not look any further! You found it. Even though the place is a bit further away from the downtown, you wouldn't mind at all. Regular bus service and free streetcar (tram) runs on the main road, you'll get into the downtown in less than 30 minutes, guaranteed. The place is sparkling clean, very nice room, very cool and modern bathroom. Read is a very good host, he knows everything about the city and if you manage to catch him, he will give you really good tips about what to do or what to see there. Highly recommended place! If you're going to D.C. with airbnb, don't miss it! :)

High speed internet provided, stunning local parks and bike trails just out the front door. Cozy enough to never want to leave but close enough to local attractions that leaving is easy!
UPDATE: I DEEP CLEAN EVERY SURFACE OF MY UNIT. ALL LINENS SEE A FULL HEAT SANTIZE WASH AND THERE ARE ADDITIONAL LINENS IN THE UNIT FOR YOUR COMFORT. IF ANYONE IN MY FAMILY EXPERIENCES SO MUCH AS A SNIFFLE I WILL ALERT MY GUESTS. DC IS A WONDERFUL CITY AND WE NEED AT LEAST A FEW VISITORS TO STILL COME!!! Now back the regular listing details: Best part of the unit is the professional grade mattress purchased as the exact same you will find in most Hilton hotel properties, included those listed as 5 star * 5 diamond - with AAA ratings. Very comfortable - rest is important when traveling. Repeating this a few times to prevent negative ratings. I live here. There is noise from my family, footsteps, voices etc generally 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. with kids (obviously not when we are out or they are in school)
There is no better place to live in this city, it really is a tight knit neighborhood. Family and long time friends live on my street. DC is a fast changing city we have been here since 2003. Kingman Island (5 min walk) recently added stunning playgrounds, ball fields and upgraded nature walkways to the river. Bike trails stretch up and down the Anacostia and Potomac rivers from here to the recently revitalized Navy Yard/Waterfront districts... and on all the way to Georgetown.
  • Super cute & clean place. Perfect for a couple or a personal trip. Host was super helpful & responded quickly to my messages. Most definitely adding to my favorites list & will stay again

Everything is clean and tidy. Easy to get in, get around town, and makes for a great home base to explore the city.

  • Melissa was a fantastic host. Kept me up to date in days leading up to my stay. Very communicative. Room was very clean and perfect for an over night stay in the the city.

  • Superb house in a very quiet area. The metro is barely 20 minutes on foot and super convenient for reaching the city center. Melissa is very available and responsive

    Laura2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Melissa is a wonderful hostess. Her place is comfortable, attractive, peaceful and very clean. She was warm and friendly, welcoming me into her home and getting to know me a little without being pushy and was respectful of my privacy. What made the biggest impact was her helpful information about how to get around. I was in DC as a tourist and didn’t have a car. Not only did Melissa provide walking/bus/metro/local interests in information in her welcome guide, she went out of her way to tell me about riding the bus instead of walking to the metro in the rain and changes to the metro routes when I was still at the house and she knew I’d be heading out. If you stay with her and walk from the Metro station, FOLLOW HER DIRECTIONS instead of using a GPS. They sound complicated but I promise they are not once you’re there seeing everything. Her way is so much shorter!!!

    Becky2020-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • Good value, comfortable bed, shared bath, very clean. Best if you have a car to get places.

    Dan2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Exactly what it says in the description, Melissa was a great host! I highly recommend.

    Casey2020-02-14T00:00:00Z
  • Melissa is so sweet and inviting! The neighborhood is safe and not a bad location. There’s a personal heater in the bedroom which is absolutely fantastic. Overall, I would recommend Melissa’s place. It’s homey and perfect for a night or two in DC.

Spacious one-bedroom apartment on a quiet street with private entrance, full kitchen and laundry, free parking, close to public transit (a block away from several bus lines, less than 1 mile to a Metro stop). Double bed in bedroom, pullout sofa bed in the living room. Great for kids!
If you want to visit the heart of Washington, D.C., without the traffic and expensive parking, stay with us in Brightwood. You'll have an entire finished basement apartment suite all to yourself, with private bathroom, living area, kitchen and laundry. Public transit is easy to access in this safe, quiet neighborhood. Hike or jog in the forested trails of the famous Rock Creek Park, just 2 blocks away.
Brightwood is a leafy, family-centric neighborhood. Rock Creek Park is just two blocks away from our home; a large and well-appointed public playground is just four blocks away. Though we're right in the District, on a Sunday morning all you'll hear is the birds chirping (and possibly the pitter-patter of little feet upstairs). The Maryland communities of Takoma Park and Silver Spring are both within walking distance or can be accessed by bus.
  • Nice area and living space. Extremely comfortable and homely.

    Joshua2020-03-22T00:00:00Z

It's a bit of a commute to Downton DC but very easy using public transportation. The neighborhood is very nice and we enjoyed walking around it in the mornings. I'd stay here again!

Welcome to charming, bustling Georgetown. A nationally-designated historic district, Georgetown was founded in 1751, nearly half a century before the District of Columbia, as a bustling port city on the banks of the Potomac. Today Georgetown is a neighborhood with a vibrant business district, an active residential community, and a popular recreational waterfront. It is D.C.’s premier destination and ‘playground’ for shopping, dining, history, fitness, and family fun. Georgetown offers a variety of 450+ shopping, dining and entertainment options in a beautiful, historic setting. M Street, Georgetown’s main avenue, is recognized as one of the best shopping streets in the country. The intersection of M and Wisconsin Avenue is the heart of Georgetown, with boutique-lined streets extending in all four directions. Known for its quaint cobblestone streets and 18th and 19th century architecture, the neighborhood is a delightful mix of past and present that sets it apart from the rest of Washington, D.C. My favorite spot is the Georgetown waterfront which is just a 5-minute walk away from the apartment.

  • I had to go to D.C. for a visit at the Swedish embassy in the middle of the COVID-19 outbreak. With everything closed I had nowhere to go before the time of check-in but Marsh let me drop of my bag earlier while the place was being cleaned which was very helpful. Communication with Marsh was super smooth, she was very responsive. The place had everything I needed and more. Coffee, sparkling water, chocolate treat etc. The location is great! Super cute neighborhood. I was able to enjoy it walking around even though there were no bars or stores open. I definitely recommend this place and host! If I ever get a chance visit D.C. under more normal circumstances I would not hesitate to book this place again.

This place has all the sun in the world, bright, warm and cozy. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Please don't expect an ultra modern apartment and building, both are fairly old, but I maintain them as good as reasonably possible.
this is a medium size studio apartment, with everything necessary for your stay. There is a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, 46" TV with a comfortable sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster and a microwave is good enough for cooking and the bar height counter is comfortable for meals. There is a walk-in closet for storage and cloths. Please also keep in mind that the place has only one bed, the air mattress is provided for the 3rd guest only. If you are 2 and want to sleep separately, this is not a good option.
Foggy Bottom is my personal favorite in Washington DC. it has all types of restaurants, bars and hip coffee shops. Grocery stores are just 2 block away, as well as CVS and other convenience stores. The place is walking distance to Georgetown, Dupont circle as well as major sites in DC. The White House, The Mall and most of Smithsonian museums are just 15-20 minute walk away. If you choose to go further than that, not a problem, Foggy Bottom metro station is just 2 blocks away with blue orange and silver lines, and a bus stop is right outside the building.
  • I would recommend anyone to stay. You’ll receive A1 customer service along with great professionalism and promptness. Location is wonderful, amazing view from the roof top and steps to food. It’s was nothing wrong with this book.. absolutely nothing wrong. Great host, great apartment and great price !!

  • This is a great space! It was my first Airbnb experience and I walked into a lovely clean “studio” but with a full kitchen and full bath. I needed to walk to George Washington hospital and it took me all of 5 minutes. Trader Joe’s is across the street and there’s a Whole Foods right by the hospital along with restaurants. Very easy access in and out of the building. Highly recommend!

  • Morgan is a really nice host, and the location is safe and convenient. One thing you need to remember is to bring your own body wash and shampoo. It was really nice to meet different people and talk to them. I’ve learned a lot from this trip, don’t be scared of sharing a room with other people, this can be one of your getting out of comfort zone experience. Highly recommend

    Shufang2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • I enjoyed my second long-term stay at Morgan's just as much as the first one a year ago. The apartment has even been improved, but the guests were just as nice and respectful as last time. Probably the best place to stay if you're in D.C. for a bit longer and don't mind sharing space with others.

    Johannes2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Morgan's apartment is a very comfortable place in an ideal location. Easy access to mass transit! Morgan catalyzes great global conversation among his guests. I enjoyed being there a lot!

  • Nice place, clean and decent location. Grocery and various food options as well as metro and bus are in close walking distance. Morgan is super nice and helpful and gets you everything you need! Would definitely visit again.

  • Morgan is a great host. You can expect a clean, quiet place here during your stay, and kind hospitality.

    Seongmin2020-01-17T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great, very well priced place! Even better if you enjoy socialising with interesting people travelling through! The metro is close by to take you into everything around the national mall and beyond, but I just walked in from the accomodation which was even faster than the metro!

    Ceri2020-01-07T00:00:00Z
  • Morgan’s place is very classy, it’s nice decked out Condo near the New York Avenue Metro Station, the kitchen table looks like it’s made out of marble. There are laundry machines which are included in the price, If you’re only going to wash one outfit, I recommend using the low load setting on the machine. The complex has a business center, a gym inside, and what looks like a party room or something like that. The complex is quiet, it seems like most of Morgan’s neighbors are professional people like himself. One thing that might throw folks off is people in the complex leave trash in the hallway, that’s because the Association provides trash pickup service for residents of the complex, so it’s a complex of messy people like it might appear. Morgan and his caretaker are great, they’re both very helpful with advice on how to get to places, and where stuff is. I love the picture in the bathroom next to the sink, and no I’m telling what it is, you’ll have to see if for yourself..... The bathroom is well organized, very clean. The kitchen space is clean, he provides a water heater that heats water up fast for making tea, or coffee or whatever, and he provides tea for guests. One thing I suggest to provide sticker labels for guests to mark their personal food and beverages in the refrigerator, but other than that, he keeps space in the refrigerator for guests, he does a good job there. The door is always open so you don’t have to bother with a key card, or code to get into the condo, you do need a fob to get into the building which Morgan provides, that’s building rules. My only complaint about Morgan is his price, price is high for a shared room. Other shared rooms I have had through AIRBNB the price has been about $20.00 per night and I have paid the price range that Morgan charges before through AIRBNB before but for private rooms, however, though it’s more than what I’m used to paying for a shared room, it’s still more affordable then a hotel or Youth Hostel would be. But anyone who’s used to $20 per night lodging through AIRBNB just be prepared for that higher price if you choose Morgan as a host when traveling to DC. Another thing I really like about Morgan is he’s not like a lot of AIRBNB hosts who are absentee owners living out of the country, he lives in the building, and you will get to meet him. Over all Morgan is a very good host, friendly, helpful, his Condo is classy, well maintained, building is nice, and you never need to bother riding any busses to get to and from the place if you don’t want to. I highly recommend Morgan as a host in DC. As a side note, DC has a great Metro System, if you’re just visiting to see the Federal Landmarks all of them are near Metro Stations, and if you have a YMCA membership, there is a great YMCA Branch near the U Street Cardozo Station on W Street, so I highly recommend using the Metro System exclusively!

I was a little nervous at first but from the time I got on the phone to advice him I was there for check in he was already outside waiting to greet me and help me with my bags .. he make sure I felt at home although I only stayed one night this is the best Airbnb experience I’ve had as far as a great host . The kitchen was my favorite part great space. He didn’t over crowd me or anything. If your not looking for nothing to luxurious but perhaps affordable and comfortable and homey I highly recommend. Thanks again for exceeding my expectations.
