Jason’s place is exactly what we needed for 2 nights in Savannah

Crunch time GO, delayed flight and my arrival was just after midnight. Super easy access, entrance and signage made this immediately accessible, instantly hospitable. Attention to detail provide better than pictures suggest. The layout of the communal space was filled with historical elements and imagery connecting the location, as purposeful placement. Jason's curation contextualize his background as an urban planner tethering his appeiciation second only to Ogelthorpe himself. This discovered in brief conversation the following morning. Even more of interest offer these colloquialist objects in a warm and relaxed atmosphere resembling passive interludes found in a bohemian cafe. Guests will NOT be at a loss for local recommendations in any direction. Streets were clean, quiet and everthing seemed to be within walking distance or 6 min. Uber. Would return in a heart beat! Well done!

Adriana is a great host! It's a new place and Adriana keeps it very clean. Location is a few blocks from south of Forsyth Park. Keep in mind you may be sharing the house with a few others, my room and the one next to mine had walls that were a bit thin, but still a good experience! Quiet hours are 9pm-6am so a good place for young adults/professionals.

Highly recommend for long term stays. Very clean and great location! Forsyth Park, local restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. Adriana has the amenities, kitchen supplies, etc you may need for a comfortable adjustment to AirBnB living.

Adriana is an amazing host! She is very sweet and kind! I stayed at Adriana’s place during my senior year at Scad. She helps me so much on everything and I feel like she becomes my sister. She always keeps the house very clean and make sure that everyone feel comfortable living at this place. I live in Savannah for 4years and this is place is definitely located in the best part of Savannah. The house location is a walk distance to the Forsyth Park, grocery stores, and yoga center! The neighborhood is nice and close to the coffee shop and one of Scad building so It’s very safe! Adriana always cares about guests and pays attention on making the room better and more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!

Jennifer's loft is right in the thick of the action in Savannah. Within walking distance to everything you need and close to public transportation and tour bus stops. The loft was exactly as advertised - modern, clean and with all the amenities you need. Only two words of warning: 1. because you are right downtown, parking will be an issue if you are driving. Be prepared to "be creative" or pay a fair daily amount (street parking free from 8 pm to 8 am) 2. never did figure out the TV set-up and the signal was very choppy. Normally would not be a concern, but we had a very soggy Savannah stay, so we would have liked to have that option on occasion. A great place to stay when visiting Savannah! Thx, Jennifer.

The unit was as pictured. Excellent location. Close to River and all other sights. Never used our car. Recommend taking trolly where you can get on and off all day. Recommend this condo to all visitors.

Our room was very roomy and comfortable with plenty of blankets and a comfortable bed! Our room also included a television, desk and club chair! Jennifer and Erik were friendly and communicated quickly! We would love to come back to Savannah and stay with them!

Deux Chevaux is full of thoughtful touches that made it the perfect home away from home in Savannah. The room I stayed in had a private porch, which made staying in almost as appealing as venturing out. Deux Chevaux has several guest rooms and shared bathrooms/living areas (I think this is clear in the listing), which provided the opportunity to meet fellow travelers. The home had one of the most thoughtfully-stocked kitchens of any AirBnb I'd ever been in, for those mornings where you not only want to make your coffee at home (and drink it on the private balcony), but you want to choose what kind of milk to put in it. The location is a little removed from the downtown area, but it was easy to get there when I wanted, and there are plenty of neighborhood spots nearby.

This place is spectacular. The house is charming and the hosts are amazing. It was a really sweet touch when cookies were brought to the house on Valentine's Day.

I absolutely adored this place! There were so many lovely little touches throughout the entire house that really added to the experience. I loved that there was a little mailbox to send off postcards right in the kitchen, and a little free library out front! Having some breakfast foods included (cereal, bagels, juices, coffee, tea) was much appreciated, as was the water in the room. Having access to a private porch was also wonderful. While it was a little cold during my stay, I imagine use of the porch during the morning/evening would be especially lovely in slightly warmer months.

This is a dreamy house in a great neighbourhood. The place is stylish and welcoming with great design details and personal touches everywhere. A little out of the way for some perhaps, but what you get are some great coffee, food and beer spots that would be great finds anywhere, and there's a great vibe around - do check out the brewery just up the street! Its on a tree-lined street and totally sets the tone for a stay in Savannah.

Welcoming hosts. They even invited me out for a ride in their 1980s, French-built, 2CV car. Comfortable house, good location, and includes a continental breakfast. I would stay here again.

Rabo’s place is beautiful! The house is huge, with lots of other visitors staying in it. Everyone staying there was so nice and welcoming, and even though I didn’t meet Rabo, I was told everything I needed to know about the house and all of my questions were answered super quick! The house is close to downtown, I used one of the bikes to ride into town both days and it only took me like 10 minutes! The bikes were so convenient! The house has so much information about Savannah and things to do/places to eat. Also, the room was very cozy and cute. A little small and no TV, but I was only there to sleep so I didn’t mind! It’s an amazing place and definitely recommend, especially because of the bikes :)

Clean and near to everyhing!

This is an absolutely beautiful home to stay in. You'll feel like you stepped out of a wardrobe into another world. I really enjoyed hanging out on the spacious first floor and meeting the other guests. I highly recommend staying here!

Great spot. The retreat room is very small but nice, excellent for the traveller just looking for a spot to sleep in, that’s close to all of what downtown Savannah has to offer.

Truly a five star experience within walking distance to everything !

This place was great for a stay in Downtown Savannah. We were able to walk most places. The hosts had little essentials and everything easy to access.

This property is gorgeous! It has been tastefully decorated and it felt like we were in Europe! The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts was outstanding. We have stayed at many different places and this property was by far one of the best! The location is great and the bed was comfortable. For those who love a good, no frills breakfast, we highly recommend Clary’s on Abercorn St. It was good food and only a ten minute walk from the property. We were only in Savannah one night but would definitely book this apartment again!

Our stay in Savannah was just what we had hoped! The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The hosts were also very helpful in giving us recommendations of things to do and places to eat. They were always very quick to respond to questions. We also loved the self check-in option.

Jason’s XL Suite is the best value you will find in Savannah. It’s a thoughtfully decorated space that makes you feel right at home. Would love to stay here again on future trips to Savannah.

At first I was hesistant to book a place not in the historic district, but was immediately taken aback by this space. There is a shared space, but plenty of privacy and size in your suites for all the guests to unwind and feel at home. Jason is awesome and offers so many great recommendations, he even had a map of the neighborhood with all of the best spots highlighted right by the door! The Starland is a perfect up and coming neighborhood that anyone can enjoy. My girlfriend and I hardly wanted to leave the area. Theres still a ton of historical houses, spanish mosh and oak trees around these parts, but also new trendy food spots, beers, and chic coffee hubs that will fit anyones taste. We will definitely book this suite again on our next trip down.

This is a great place with very nice design and a really spacious suite with everything you need. It's in an area called Starland with nice cafes and restaurants about 30 minutes walking or an 8 minute car ride from the historic district.

Great stay at Jason’s. He provided great tips for local spots. Space was nice and comfortable. Bit of a hike from downtown savannah, if that’s what you’re looking for (45 min walk), but the area around his place is also very cool

Jason's Home is awesome. The decor inside is really warm and screams local influence. The XL suite comprised of nearly the entire top floor, and was an amazing arrangement. Didn't use much of the house or the kitchen but the kitchenette in our room was a great addition. A very short drive or Uber into the historic district and you are on your way. I would recommend the place to all travelers looking for a place in Savannah!

Jordan is quick to respond and the home is awesome. It has a great southern charm that I couldn't get over. It was a quick drive from downtown, but close to everything.

My friends and I highly recommend this beautiful townhome! The location is perfect for walking to all of the historical spots, amazing restaurants, and fun activities that Savannah has to offer, from Clary’s Cafe and The Cathedral of St. John just 3 short blocks away to River St approximately 1/2 mile away and everything in between! Sarah was very helpful with tips of special places to visit and local tidbits of information, and the wine bottle welcome was an extra bonus. The house is gorgeous and spotless with many original features still in place and pristinely preserved. All necessities and toiletries are provided and even some extra snacks and kitchen staple items are included. We absolutely couldn’t be happier with our stay in Savannah!

This was a great place for my daughters and I to stay for our weekend together. It was centrally located to the places we wanted to visit and easy walk everywhere. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable too. We loved the authentic nature of the home yet it has been restored with modern amenities. We love Savannah and will definitely be back!

This is a home from the past with modern amenities. Kitchen is beautiful and home is very comfortable. We were located within walking distance of many historical sights and district. There is a bit of traffic noise with passing cars in front if you are a light sleeper. It is a charming home and host is great.

Pictures are accurate! This quaint historic home is a duplex style nicely appointed and a clean space. Kitchen has outstanding appliances! It could use some extra dishes/utensils if you are cooking for the group but all essentials are there including basic seasonings and evoo. My girlfriends and I were celebrating a get together and it was a comfortable space and we love historic buildings, this one is honored well. Especially nice having the half bath downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs with the full bath. Convenient walking distance and we felt safe here, I could easily spend several days here and feel at home.

Sarah's place was beautiful and the location exceptional! We were able to walk everywhere. Communication was also above and beyond. We were there during the MLK, Jr holiday and they sent us a map of road closures that would go into effect for the parade on MLK day. It was so helpful!

Loved this place. It was as pictured. Great location, easy to walk everywhere from the river to Forsyth Park. We parked and never used the car. As others have stated, you can download the app for parking in front of the house. But we parked for free about 3 blocks away. Comfy bed, decent shower, and Roku! You are on the middle floor so you can hear footsteps overhead when people are walking around. It wasn't annoying but it was noticeable.

The apartment was an ideal location to all of what Savannah has to offer. It was stylishly decorated and had everything we needed to feel at home while away. Our only small hiccup was a heavy footed guest staying in the apartment above us the first night. They came in after we were asleep and pounded around for a while before settling down. This was in no way the hosts fault, but if you’re a light sleeper you may want to consider taking the top floor apartment. Overall it was wonderful!

Our stay at Diedrich’s was amazing. The listing described the apartment perfectly. Location was close to the Riverwalk and plenty of close restaurants within a few blocks. Parking is paid during 8 Am - 8 PM, but as described in the listing and check-in directions - downloading the Park Savannah app made it super easy. It is an older townhome that is sandwiched between other townhomes so you do get some ambient noise because of that but a sound machine, ear plugs and a box fan is provided in case the noise is bothersome. The hosts are responsive at all times very quickly and want to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. I would love to stay here again if we visit Savannah in the future.

Diedrich's place was fantastic. The location was perfect, we were able to walk all around Savannah and back to our apartment, because it was close to everything. The apartment was very clean and the codes to enter in and out of the apartments were much more convenient than having to worry about a key. I would definitely stay there again and I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartement is huge for 2 people, there is enough parking in front of the house (there is a reserved parking spot behind the house as well) and the location is great!

We loved our stay at this charming AirBnB. Michael and Sarah are so thoughtful and attentive. There was a little “hiccup” with our checkin and they went above and beyond to make things right. That is when you know you picked the right place. They want their guests to truly be happy and enjoy their stay. The place was perfect, especially the his and her sofas lol! The bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. I actually purchased them through Amazon before I left lol! They even had a blow dryer with a diffuser. Big plus for this curly haired gal! And a magnifying mirror in the bathroom which is a must have for “glass” wearers! The locations was perfect and quiet. We could walk everywhere within minutes. There was a Kroger nearby too. The coffee machine is a Keurig and they supply the pods. We cannot wait to come back to Savannah and we know where we will be staying.....right here! Thanks Michael and Sarah!

Wonderful condo & locale.

This place is amazing! Very close to downtown and pretty much anywhere you need to go. The beds and the couch are very comfortable. The little instruction notes around the house made it seamless to settle in. Overall truly enjoyed the hosts and the space. Would highly recommend.

Awesome in every aspect and there is a reason for all of the five star reviews. I would say five stars does not even do justice to the complete package of the house, style, communication, amenities, and comfort. This is an old house that still has so much of the charm that makes Savannah what it is. It is truly appreciated to stay in a house that retains the original look so much while also having the updated kitchen and bathroom. It is the best of both worlds. The floors, fireplaces, windows, and all of the decorative molding are beautiful. Little details like having a bottle of wine, coffee k-cups, and Q-tips shows how much thought Michael and Sarah put into everything. There are a bunch of games and books so if you do want to relax and take a break from walking around Savannah, there are options available. It was too chilly and breezy during our stay to sit out on the patio with a glass of wine, but that is also an added bonus at other times of the year. The house is very clean and well maintained. Street noise is definitely not a problem here and we never heard any noise during the time we were sleeping or anywhere in the unit. If you want to be within steps of Forsyth Park and enjoy staying in a beautiful house that the owners have put thought into the details to make it a wonderful stay, this is the perfect place. Sarah was always very quick with responding prior to booking and throughout the process. Thank you also for letting us drop off our luggage after an early flight in the lobby/walkway area. The coded locks makes is convenient for going in and out also. My overall impression is even with all of the five star reviews, everything was even better than that. It is tough to impress with high expectations, but Michael and Sarah have accomplished that. Thank you!

Great location! Very close to everything. The Fox&Fig cafe is just around the corner, perfect for breakfast. The apartment is cool and funky, loved the vinyl collection. The building is very old so you just have to accept it has a bit of a smell and is in a less than perfect condition. The check-in process is fast and easy and the host is very prompt with his responses!

Great location! We didn’t use our car once we got to town. Apartment is really cute. Would totally stay again. Host was very fast responding to questions and checkin was super easy.

A wonderful, cozy, private carriage house that is smartly laid out and supplied for a long (or short) stay that’s located a block from the cool, trendy Starland neighborhood. I had my pup with me, and the place was great for him with many windows and a queen bed that he could perch himself on with the perfect vantage point keeping watch out a window. Next time I’m in Savannah, I hope this place is available. The hosts were wonderful and attentive. Cheers!

Jill & her husband Ben were great! They were very easy to communicate with and if there were an issues regarding the unit they were on top of it immediately to get it resolved. The place was really cute and just perfect for me and my 10 week stay. The location was really great as well because it was in walking distance of many great parks, sights, restaurants, downtown, and stores. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to enjoy the true Savannah life during their stay.

We really enjoyed staying at the Carriage House this past week. The space was comfortable and inviting, and allowed us the ability to relax after a long day of walking and biking downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here; we will be returning to the Carriage House next time we visit Savannah!

I was very impressed by the cleanliness, hospitality, and affordability of this place! It is located fairly close to downtown Savannah. I would definitely recommend booking with Nik if you’re looking for a nice affordable place to stay in Savannah. The mini-fridge was quite small, but overall the room had all the basic amenities. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful; she gave us a list of nice places for entertainment, food, and drinks. I will definitely be booking here next time I’m in the area!

This lovely, private room is very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. There are thoughtful touches like a wine key and wine glasses. The courtyard right outside the door is a great place to relax. You can walk all over the historic district from the hotel. Parking in the street is inexpensive and easy. Great location, very quiet.

Highly recommended! This room has so much character. Brick floors, plank wood ceiling add to the modern decor in this room. Perfect place for a couples getaway. Away from the bustle of downtown just enough for the peacefulness but super walkable to everything. Lots of on street parking right outside, super affordable. And the shared outdoor courtyard space is adorable and great to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a bottle of wine in the evening. Definitely will be staying here again in the future anytime I make the trip to Savannah!

We absolutely loved our stay! The space is extremely cozy, very stylish, simple yet well equipped with anything you would need. It was quiet and in a great location. It seemed that everything we wanted to do was within a half mile walk. Steven was quick to respond with some restaurant and coffee shop recommendations we asked for and check-in/check-out procedure was simple and straight forward. It was absolutely perfect and will be keeping it in mind for any future visits.

If you are wanting to come explore Savannah I would highly recommend Steven's place as a 'base camp'. Great location and quiet too. We were able to park and didn't have to touch our vehicle again for 3 days. Clean, comfortable, quiet...chic, is that what they call it. 😊

If you want to be a 10-15 minute walk down from great bars and stores, then this is the spot to pick for one or two people. An Uber ride is about 7 dollars or so but the area is so nice walking is better. Would stay again for a mini vacation.

This was a family trip to Savannah and Mariann's home was just as described. It was very clean and felt like home. It is far enough away from the downtown to minimize the noise but close enough to walk to anything. We had a dog with us and the courtyard was so nice. I would sit out there every morning. The home was a great value and I would rent again.

Mariann's place is perfection. My wife and I and our beloved Lab were in the middle of a long road trip down to FL and decided to spend the night in Savannah, since we'd never been before. We gasped when we walked into her place: high ceilings, beautifully decorated, stylish, and cozy--what a great home to walk into after a long day on the road. There was a beautiful private courtyard for our dog to run around in, and we ended up cooking dinner in the kitchen and curling up on the couch and watching a movie. We couldn't have asked for a better host: always prompt, kind, considerate. Thank you so much for everything, Mariann! Savannah is lucky to have you!!

Loved the fenced in courtyard. The entry system is great. Off street parking space is prime in downtown savannah. And best pet policy (although whoever stayed before we did didn’t pickup! Unconscionable. Let’s all be responsible good guests!!). Nice ceiling fan. Watch out for the thermostat - it reset itself to 50 in the middle of a cold night! The kitchen is workable if a little bare bones. Watch out for the dishwasher, it’s not quite installed and rocks around when loading. Nice four seater dining table and cute chair and couch. One bathroom down the hall from the two queen bedrooms. Closet space with a couple hangers. Two dog beds! (How cute is that?) and a stroller! So thoughtful. Bedside tables both sides with lights - awesome. Enough hooks and space in bath plus washer/dryer. Shower pressure low. Best gold star: LUGGAGE RACKS! Every Airbnb should have luggage racks, but so few do. And of course proximity to Forsyth and everything around it. Great support from host. Bedrooms are windowed on a busy street; bring earplugs. there is an upstairs dwelling space that you’ll likely hear as well. That’s the facts! Thanks for a great stay in savannah!

Chad's place is incredibly special. We loved all of the unique decor... It felt like we could get lost taking in all there is to see. The treehouse, the record collection and the sweet cats were icing on the cake to such a lovely home. We went for a getaway for Valentine's Day and almost didn't leave to go to our reservation downtown we were enjoying the neighborhood and home so much. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Savannah.

What a unique stay! It was in a great location, in a nice, safe neighborhood. The house was very clean. There were some cute cats as well, and they were a great part of the stay! Chad was welcoming, but allowed us to do our thing. Can’t go wrong with this one!

The siren song of Diamond Oaks called me, and I will be forever glad that I answered that call. This place will change you, enchant you, humor you...most of all, it inspired me. So, nothing more to say besides an emphatic and gleeful GO!

Chads place is absolutely amazing, whimsical, quirky, filled with love and cozy, my girl and I never wanted to leave. Chad lives on premise but you won't even know. We ran into him getting ready to go out Sunday night and talked motorcycles. Oh and the cats. The cats are so awesome! They will come and cuddle with you if you want. Overall great stay, great hosts, and great cats. 10. Out of 10

A whimsical decorating style, open and welcoming atmosphere, and feline ambassadors made this a perfect place for a weekend stay. We didn’t meet Chad in person because of the hours we kept. It feels like we met him, however, because the home drops countless intriguing clues about how the owner connects with the world around him. The anxiety and tension of American mass culture stop at the property line; Diamond Oaks helped us remember what’s important in life.

A very unique place to stay, in the best way possible! We loved all the cats, the fun decor, and the treehouse. It was very close to Savannah but there were great places to visit near by!

I had such a magical stay in the parlor room! Loved the full access to the living room, kitchen, porch and garden out back. The house has a great energy attached to it. I was lucky to experience it. I will be back, that’s for sure. Oh and, I LOVE the cats. They were sooo welcoming and loving. 10/10. Thank you Chad, glad I was able to meet you! Lastly but not least, Kyle - you are a super cool grounds keeper! Glad I was able to talk with you and share stories. Already planning our next stay in the Oaks.

This is easy to find and near Savannah.

Convenient, friendly staff, great coffee/breakfast and great value. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise as the motel is right next to road that is busy in the evening and morning. I would stay again.

This is the second time staying here and both time have been great! The location is great because it it centrally located to the malls, hospital and pretty much anything you need during your stay! The checkin is quick and easy and the rooms are remodeled and look very nice. HOT shower with plenty of pressure is such a great thing as well!

Everything was great! One thing if you are trying to sleep early you might not want room2. It is below the stairwell and you can hear the coming and going. Other then that tip top.

Steven place had the most comfortable bedding of any air bnb or hotel I’ve stayed at. The sheets, pillows and towels are made of a great quality. All the extras (shampoo, conditioner, soaps extra...) were a really nice touch. Location was perfect to walk to a lot of different restaurants, bars, and museums. One negative would be the noise from surrounding apartments and the house above. With the noise ordinance there isn’t a disturbance late into the night but on a Saturday night, after a long day, with what seemed to have been a bachelorette party upstairs it sounded pretty loud. Luckily they went out for the night and I didn’t hear them coming back in later. I would definitely stay here again 😊

We met Rabo briefly when checking in. He was super friendly and helpful during the brief encounter. The house was soooo beautiful & clean. It had such a cool stylish vibe to it- it felt homey. You could tell it was decorated with love. It was also great to see guide books with ideas of things to do/ places to eat at in the area.

Gorgeous Historical home within walking distance to the main heart of downtown Savannah & Forsyth Park. Loved the architecture, the design, and the coffee shops that were a quick hop and skip away. The local tips guide was also super helpful!

Janine's place is a perfect location for staying in Savannah! It is a 5 minute walk from Forsyth park and easy 20 min walk to anything downtown. Her space is well decorated, clean and I cannot recommend it enough.

Janine's home is just minutes away from the free city shuttle into historic downtown Savannah. She provides notes of local recommendations and her accommodations are clean. I was in town for a family wedding. Staying at Janine's made it easy to enjoy the party & partake in tourist activities knowing I had a quiet space to rest when I needed to-- Thank you, Janine, would visit again!

Great uncomplicated stay! Check in was a breeze. The location was perfect - close enough to downtown but not too close to hear the loud downtown noise. Would recommend!

Lovely stay in a really cool old house. Beautifully decorated and a bed fit for a queen.

Paul is an attentive and kind host with an extremely interesting background. He made me feel very welcome. If you’re able I recommend booking the Queen Retreat as it appeared much bigger than the other airbnb listing in the house. The other people who live in the house were nice and so there is so interaction with others which may not be for everyone but suited me fine. The price point reflects this and also the fact that the house is not entirely finished yet (though the room appeared entirely complete). There is some slight noise overhead coming from the owners and their pets which is again reflected in the very reasonable price point. Overall I would recommend to those with a sense of adventure and curiosity.

Richard’s place is very cool—open and modern with great lighting. The highlight of the space is the beautiful, functional, and well-appointed claw foot tub. Perfect spot for a romantic get away. (Might be a smidge challenging if traveling with a platonic friend, given the lay out of the space.) The carriage house is centrally located to lots of things, and we were able to walk all over the city. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this place! The layout was very nice and the decor was awesome (my wife and I took pictures to bring back ideas for our own house). Richard was great and left everything you would need for a nice vacation. He was very responsive. My wife left her pillow and he mailed it back just hours after we contacted him. I would note that, if you are wanting to spend much time on Broughton (something you will probably want to check out) you’ll have a good 30min walk. The walk is very nice and I actually enjoyed it, but, if you don’t want it, you can Uber inexpensively.

Richard’s cabin apartment was everything we were looking for and so much more! We could’ve spent the entire trip in the apartment it was so beautifully decorated and felt like home. The clawfoot tub was an amazing touch, I could literally lay in it for hours. The kitchen was stocked with little things like orange juice, yogurt, granola, teas and even had almond milk, which was so nice! On top of it all, the outdoor space was so romantic. Richard was such a sweet host and so communicative! And the location made it so easy to get downtown, in a 15-20min walk or in Uber’s as little as $5. There were so many cute coffee shops nearby too. I’m already recommending this place to so many friends and hoping to visit again soon!

Richard’s place is wondrous; the overall aesthetic and cleanliness floored me. It has enough creature comforts to make one feel considered and well cared for. His communication was fast and friendly. Overall, Richard is a stellar host with an equally stellar home; I could not ask for more.

We really loved staying here for the weekend. The space was beautiful and unique. Especially liked the claw foot tub and sipping on tea that was provided in the house. It was about a mile and a half walk to the downtown district, so my husband and I decided to walk instead of worry about parking downtown. Richard and his sister made us feel very welcome.

We felt so well taken care of in a space that was very well appointed and thoughtfully arranged. The tall windows and lovely light, together with a well stocked kitchen made our stay magical. The fireplace was also a cozy bonus, and we would return to this place in a heartbeat! Richard is a wonderful and attentive host with great communication. Cannot recommend more highly!!

Better than staying at any hotel! Very spacious and comfortable. Front door parking was a plus! It is a duplex but you get the whole top floor. I enjoyed having a washer and dryer. It’s on the antique side so if you are not into that, then this is not for you. I loved staying in a 1900 home! Thanks Eve!

Eve's place is a historic building and exactly as described. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are soft. We had a nice stay there. Left the car parked in front of the house for two days and walked every where. Eve communicated with us 24 hours before our arrival, but we never met her in person and had no reason to contact her during our stay. Wifi and TV worked well.

Eve warns that this is an old house, with all the "quirks" that entails. This point should not be underestimated. No old house is perfectly level and plumb, but I don't think I've ever been in a house that's settled as much as this one. I think there was literally not a level surface in the place--it was bad enough that I had slight vertigo when first entering (fortunately that quickly passed). The ceiling shows water damage in pretty much every room, the bathroom sink never did give us hot water, the bath faucet is retrofitted (poorly), the single pane windows might as well not be there in terms of sound proofing, none of the doors stay put when opened, etc. I could go on but my point isn't to bad talk this house; you just need to understand that not only is it old, it also hasn't been gently cared for by all of its previous owners over the years. Make sure you understand what you're signing up for!

Just a really good value... pets fees are nominal, the place is clean, they leave out complementary water and their A.M. coffee is very good. For the price, you can't do better!

Adriana’s place was great! I stayed there for a month while on a work stay. There’s a kitchenette upstairs that’s really awesome and provides you with privacy without having to go downstairs. Place was really clean. The only issue I ran into was with the temperature in the house. I usually sleep in temps around 74 and sometimes the house got to around 77. I believe Adriana will be getting a standing fan for guests if they need air circulation. I discussed this with her and she allowed me to turn the air down to sleep better! She was extremely quick at communicating and helping me out! Definitely felt at home here and would return if my work offers me work stays!! Super close to Forsyth Park and downtown. Thank you Adriana for providing a great house!

Lovely, spacious room and very reasonable. It's a nice walk through the park to get to historic savannah and there are a couple of great restaurants near by (Sandfly and Foxy Loxy were great)!

Had a good stay at Jennifer's. Is a room in a large floor of a house, a couple of the other rooms also have guests and the bathroom is shared with them. But everything was very clean, the room and bed were comfortable, the house is pretty, I liked the neighborhood and parking was easy. Jennifer was very nice. A good value.
