The Beach Bungalow was perfect for a family getaway to OCNJ. It was adorable and very cozy, it felt like home. The unit was very clean, which is always wonderful. Morgan is an amazing host and very responsive. We loved staying at her condo and look forward to our next stay.

Place was clean. Location was amazing. The appliances could be updated but we were able to cook a meal. Garbage can is so tiny and 4 people was a tight squeeze. All in all had a great weekend getaway. The balcony was a great addition.

This place was literally right off of the beach. It was the perfect location, and my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay there. Amanda and her cohost were extremely quick to respond. The room was ready earlier than the original check in time. It was a much chillier day at the beach, so we hung out by the pool, which was definitely a nice addition. No complaints here!

We were VERY happy upon our arrival at this listing. Everything was exactly as described in its listing. Renovated interior, beautiful and clean, roomy for being a second floor apartment (slept our family of 5 incredibly comfortably). It’s location in OC is amazing, we honestly walked to everything we needed/wanted to do.

The perfect stay for a girls weekend. The home is a lot more spacious than it looks and comes with all the amenities to cook at the house. Great location, close to the water and nice restaurants in the area and only 20 minutes away from AC. My friends and I would totally come and stay again.

This cottage looks so much better in person. I visited during the winter and there was still plenty to do steps away from the cottage. Asbury ave has so many great places for coffee and food. The cottage it’s self is also very romantic and cozy. I would highly recommend this to any couple. The host provided pretty much everything you would need. Overall it was a fantastic trip!

Great space with a beachy vibe. It's only a short walk to the beach with a nice little surfing break. There is a little kitchenette good for making sandwiches and coffee but not for cooking. We would definitely stay again.

This is an excellent apartment in an great location. Charlie responded quickly to communications and was accommodating by allowing me to check out later. The pictures of the apartment are accurate and the place was clean. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely stay here again if I need to in the future.

Jason’s place is super clean and just perfect for a beach getaway. We loved every minute and hope to rent sometime soon again.

Had a little mini winter vacation at Jason’s cozy condo. Perfect location and immaculately clean place. Although small, the condo was perfect for the two of us. Loved the beach-y feel of the condo and appreciated the little touches like tissues, fluffy bath towels, a throw blanket, and even makeup mirrors. The heat worked great too - necessary in January. Had two yummy breakfasts nearby at Auggie’s and also Ready’s. Two quick treks to Somers Point for dinner rounded out the weekend nicely too. We weren’t looking to go fancy so we ate at the Point Diner one night and the Grilled Cheese & Crab Cake restaurant the other. Future travelers, book this condo. You won’t regret it.

This place was great. Great location, close to the boardwalk, it met all of our needs. The place was clean when my fiance and I arrived, it was also warm and homey. We felt so comfortable staying here. Jason was amazing and very responsive with communications. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Location is right at the boardwalk. Parking space and beach tags included although we came in Winter and didn't need them. Perfect for 2 people.

This place was perfect for our annual sisters beach weekend. It was the perfect size for 4 adults (we brought along an air mattress so can’t attest to the comfort of the sleeper sofa). Everything we needed was available. Can’t beat the location or the price! Literally steps from the beach and boardwalk. We came in late September so we were totally comfortable temperature wise, but the only AC is a window unit in the bedroom, so take that into consideration if you plan to sleep with the door closed but have others sleeping in the living room (during hotter months). Communication and host recommendations were great! Couldn’t recommend this place more and we’d definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in OC for our sisters weekend. 😀

This was our second stay with Peaches. It was just as wonderful as our first stay. There was even an upgrade with the grill, which I liked. I do a lot of grilling, so that was certainly a bonus. One of the greatest values in all of OC

The treehouse is a relaxing oasis in ocean city. We stayed for a week with two little kids and were extremely comfortable, we felt right at home. The kids loved the yard, we all did! It is a truly special hidden gem. You are close to everything at this Airbnb. We did not walk to the beach, having two little ones with fair skin, but if you’re able to handle the extra sun, it’s not a bad walk at all. Very pretty neighborhood, too. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants to enjoy the fun, sun and activity of ocean city and then have a quiet and relaxing place to come home to and unwind. Great outdoor shower, great living, dining and cooking spaces, and comfortable spacious bedrooms. We enjoyed dining and playing outside and watching the sweet little turtles walk and swim around. We would love to come back again!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and Peaches is extremely helpfuland quick to respond about any concerns or questions. Our stay was extremely relaxing and was only about an 8 minute walk from the beach. It is in a peaceful neighborhood and is located on the corner of a street.

Peaches has both of her floors available on air bnb so you will most likely have people downstairs during your stay, which was surprising to us because we didn’t fully read the descriptions. She’s in a great location. The boardwalk is so easily accessible on bikes, and you’re far enough away that you don’t get the crowd from it. Cute patio out back with cats, a pond and lots of mosquitos (she has bug spray). Thanks, Peaches!

When you come to Peaches’, don’t expect that you’re coming to just “a place to stay at the shore.” Her home is a true vacation! Having stayed in the Treehouse, we entered through the side gate surrounded by beautiful flowering trumpet vines into a lush, tree covered sanctuary with a koi pond, multiple lounging areas, and thoughtfully placed vignettes with little sculptures and shells, and gorgeous plants and birdhouses all around. The Treehouse itself? Just check every box on you list of wants - comfortable bed, check. Good water pressure in the shower, check. Ample kitchen, plush bath towels, plenty of places to sit, comfy furniture and lounging areas... it’s all there. Perfect cool temperature, plenty of AC. And the QUIET! Nothing but the crickets and our sighs of happiness to be heard. It still gets better, because the location is walkable to everything, the beach is only mildly crowded being slightly away from the center of town, and Peaches herself is just lovely, and so interesting and generous. Throw in an adorable cat and 2 adventurous turtles...I’ve definitely found my new “happy place.”

The Seahouse Treehouse is a peaceful retreat that adds just the right atmosphere for a beach trip. Peaches is a delightful hostess.. you will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to get a reservation at this Air BnB!

What a wonderful beach getaway! Even though it was Feb. It was perfect and warm! Bring our own towels but all bedding was there. Can't beat the price and just a lovely and comfortable stay. Would definately stay again.

This little place was perfect for 4 of us to crash after the MS City to Shore Ride. (It sleeps 6, but 2 of our friends headed out instead.) It’s little, but had the things we needed and space for us to connect after our lengthy bike ride. We would stay there again for sure.

This is our family’s second stay at Willowtree Cottage! Dan is very responsive and cares very much about the comfort of his guests. The Cottage is very clean, has a nice spacious living room area and a fabulous, private front deck - that is perfect for morning coffee and dinners before a walk to the boardwalk. The bedroom accommodations are perfectly cozy and the extra linens gracious and helpful! The outdoor shower after the beach - perfection!

Had a great time at Dan's place! For the price especially, it's a great location, and the porch is a great added feature, as is the outdoor shower. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 baby.

This was a Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city (N.Y.). End of March not much of a crowed on the Island. Enjoyed the quietness. Dan's place was clean, accessible to the bay and beach, walking distance, or a bike ride. I would diffidently visit Dan's place again. If you have children there are plenty of parks and fields. CVS and Rite are near by as well, if needed. Thank you, for lending your place out to others. :)

Location is great, lots of shops just downstairs. Short walk to boardwalk or grocery store. Loved the comfortable beds, sheets, living area, kitchen. We will be back!

Very clean and welcoming, I enjoyed my stay

Thomas was quick to respond to any questions i had within 10 minutes or less of me texting him from the app. The place is wonderful. Check in was super easy and the addition of the garage and bikes were just fabulous. I rated 4 stars for only one issue,/ there was some grout or sheetrock on the bathroom floor of the master bathroom. Also, guessing from that job, dust from sanding that carried out into the bedroom. Really not a big deal though. Thomas mentioned that it was from the bathroom being redone right before we arrived. Fantastic place though! easy, relaxing, right in the middle of town. I would unquestionably rent this place again!

Excellent accommodations with great location and easy parking.

For me the question is, would I stay there again? My answer is definitely a yes. We stayed at the flat for about 13 days in mid to late October. Because it was off-season we could park free on the street right in front of the flat. Good access to shops (grocery’s, sandwiches, pizza etc.) by foot. There is a gym right across the street, my sons used that rather frequently. Contact with the hosts was quick and efficient. Check in and check out was smooth! All that is needed is there: full kitchen, two baths, three bedrooms, cool balcony and a really great couch / television area in the living room!!! Great place, great location, great hosts! We would stay there again. Thanks!!

We loved Beachy Downtown! It was clean, great location, larger than expected! Perfect for a family visit to Ocean City, NJ! I cannot say enough about the hospitality and the unit!

Our stay at this house was very good. We enjoyed the house. It was clean, very spacious and cozy. Our hosts provided us with everything we needed, cooking utilities and all. I'm sure anybody who checks in to this home will definitely enjoy their stay. It's great if you plan to bring children with you.

We had a great time in OCNJ! The space is much larger than anticipated and easily accommodated 6 of us, especially with two full bathrooms. Great location close to downtown and an easy walk to the boardwalk as well. We would definitely stay again!

Ian’s place was clean, the beds were surprisingly comfy, and the location and price was perfect! The ceilings are low, but for a long weekend, it wasn’t a big deal even though my husband is 6’3”! Also, the WiFi was better than any vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in, it was so fast.

Great location, cute spot, the ceilings are a little low but we didn’t have any issues with it, we were able to find parking a couple blocks away and were able to walk everywhere so we didn’t even have to move the car. Would stay here again

We rented this location for our senior week and it was great. Although it looks a little bigger in the pictures, it is a great location, very clean and equipped with virtually everything you might need, namely beach tags, dishwasher, and a washer & dryer. If you don't mind walking a few blocks, free parking isn't a problem. Ian was very helpful and we loved every minute spend there.

This place was such a convenient location! So close to the beach! Parking wasn’t an issue. We parked about a 5 minute walk away and then moved closer in the evening, only 2 blocks! For my friend, 3 year old and I, it was perfect!

Great location, great price, very clean, and very thoughtful host (lending us beach tags for the weekend was unexpected but very much appreciated). As others have said, the place has very low ceiling (I'm only 5'9" and I barely fit in the shower) but I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay for a beach getaway!

The location is great! Walking distance to the beach and good street parking. Also there's a really nice hose right by the door so you can wash off the sand before you come in. Great air conditioning for hot nights and cozy beds. This was a perfect place for my mom to spend the weekend with her two adult children: my brother and me. Note that the ceilings are quite low, as the listing mentions. I'm the tallest of our party, at 5'10", and I didn't have any problem, but at 6' it would start to be uncomfortable. (The shower is especially not made for tall people.) This didn't impact our experience at all, and the space is very nicely decorated and cozy. We loved the screened-in porch to eat breakfast and read in the mornings. Would stay here again!

Amazing stay! The house was much bigger than expected! Each bedroom was very spacious as well as the common areas. A lot of windows and natural light! My favorite part of the house was the huge second floor deck off the living room it was big enough for a large eating table and some lounging chairs and it was shaded so eating outside was easy. You are just a block and a half from the board walk and about 3 blocks from all the cute shops and restaurants on Asbury. There were chairs and bikes we could use. The house was spotless when we arrived with plenty of towels. Parking out front was not timed or metered and we found a spot right away. Joyce was a gracious host who answered promptly and did not have a guest arriving the day we departed so she allowed us to use the tags/ showers a little later than check out the day we left which we really appreciated! I would highly recommend to a friend and will definitely return if the house is available for my next trip! Thanks Joyce :)

Joyce’s home on Wesley is a perfect place to stay in downtown Ocean City. Her home is clean, well kept, very comfortable and has everything you could need. If it isn’t there and you need something she is just a message away. If there are any issues that need repair she will contact her handyman, Joe and he will tend to the issue right away. She goes out of her way to ensure you have a wonderful stay. This is perfect place for families because all of her properties come with so many extra amenities. Plus you are right downtown near the boardwalk and the shops on Asbury. My daughters and I loved being right downtown and left the car parked and got around by the bikes that Joyce has available.

Great stay! I would definitely rent from Joyce again at this location. Plenty of room, close to the beach & boardwalk, and an endless supply of "extras" (bikes for adults and children, beach chairs and carts, boogie boards, an outdoor shower, a large clothesline and clothespins, a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, large dining and picnic tables, a complete kitchen, etc.). As you can tell from the pictures, this is not a newly built or renovated cookie-cutter beach home. This an older, historic home, so if you are looking for "new", look elsewhere. On the other hand, if you are looking for a friendly and helpful hostess, and a spacious and well-equipped (and well-loved) home near the beach and boardwalk, you've found it!

As soon as we arrived at the apartment we felt at home. The house is comfortable and very well equipped. Close to the sea, gym and supermarket.

We really enjoyed our stay at Willow's Beachside Loft! Nice open setting, all rooms are so comfortable, very roomy, close to the beach and boardwalk. Loved the private backyard, outdoor shower and grill. The space had all the amenities (and more) that we could ask for. Dan is a very responsive host and looks to all the details so his guests are comfortable and pleased. Exceeded all our expectations. You will be so happy here! We look forward to coming back!

This a great apartment in a prime location for families coming to Ocean City. Only 3 blocks to a guarded beach which it makes both quiet and convenient. The backyard space is perfect for early morning coffee and grilling - love the private outdoor shower. The space is actually bigger than it appears with great closet space. Totally would go back here.

Fantastic location and excellent value. This was the perfect little spot for our small family getaway. The home was clean, fresh and comfortable and a pleasant walk down to Asbury shops or the boardwalk. The living space was open and airy and had plenty of space for us to stretch out and relax. The big, grassy backyard and grill was an added treat and a great place to wind down after a day at the beach. Dan was responsive and friendly and made us feel right at home. 10/10 would recommend!

This was our first experience with airbnb and it was a great one. Dan was always available for any question we had. Perfect distance to the beach and boardwalk. We had a wonderful mini getaway for Easter. Some things are older in the house(ceiling fans/doors/countertops) but they dont change our opinion on how wonderful of a spot it was for our family. Bathroom looks like it was redone and is beautiful. The house smelled great and was so clean. Our favorite part was the backyard. What a great use of that space. Thank you again! The house was larger than we expected, and the kids had plenty of room to play games at the giant table. We loved the high ceilings and the comfy Ikea chairs. The fireplace was a huge bonus, as it was great to warm up after walking around Asbury. We wil be back!

This place is great! Not only is it spotless, there is ample parking, quiet, and the location is awesome! So many outstanding places to eat within walking distance.

This is a beautiful condo for your stay in Ocean City. Only 3 short blocks to ocean, 5 doors down from donut shop , and 2 blocks to bennies bread bakery. This condo is exceptionally clean and quite spacious. Well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen pots, pans. Just need your own towels and sheets. Thanks for a memorable weekend!

This place was awesome! Communication with the host was great too. The place was close to the beach and had nice, homey touches. Looking forward to the next visit.

Great trip! The kitchen was fully stocked so we could do some cooking for a holiday and it's proximity to the beach/ semi private courtyard porch was sooooo nice a little removed from the main roads.

Teresa's condo was perfect for a weekend getaway for our family of 4. The space was clean and is so nicely decorated, plus close to everything you could need... Acme, Wawa, Hoys, restaurants and the playground. We did not cook during our stay, but Teresa has all the basics you would need to do so. The 34th St beach is just a few minutes walk. Teresa was quick to respond too. Thank you Teresa!

We had a great weekend OCNJ! Teresa's condo was in a great location. Very easy to bike anywhere you need to go (bike rental is conveniently located right next door!). The condo was just as described and immaculately clean. Teresa was very accommodating and very responsive. We would definitely recommend to others!

Teresa's condo was small but beautiful and perfect for two people. The space was very clean and the decor was adorable. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a convenient walk to the beach and local restaurants and businesses. We had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay there again!

It has easy access to the beach along with a park close by for family with children. It’s a great space for a trip to Ocean City.

Perfect spot for a mother-daughter get away! The space is neat and stocked with all the essentials and the condo includes a pool. Shops are within walking distance, as is the beach and a bike rental. The boardwalk is a few miles away; far enough to keep the high foot traffic abay but close enough for a bike ride.

A beautiful house with an even better host!

Michael place was just as expected. It was awesome to be three blocks from the beach. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice and the town is a very cute small town with lots of local eateries. It was also nice to be able to bring the dog. It is a basment apartment so the ceilings are a bit low. When my husband is 5'10'' rasied up his arms he could touch the ceiling Since there is low ceilings he also had a difficult time showering, as he could touch the ceiling and the shower was a stand up small shower. I also let the host know the the shower is either very cold or very hot and the toilet kept running so we had to play around to get it to flush. We will be coming back to use this airbnb as the location and price are great.

This well appointed, spotlessly clean little condo was just perfect for my long holiday weekend! Beautifully decorated with high quality linens, appliances and dishware. Also provided were beach towels and chairs, a canvas bag for beach gear, and in season, I understand beach tags are provided as well. The hostess put together a wonderful notebook with house rules, places to visit and manuals for all of the appliances in the unit. Just a block from the beach and boardwalk, and a few blocks from Asbury Avenue and the shopping district, it's a great place with a great location. I couldn't have been more pleased!
