Sue is an amazing host! We had a wonderful time at her place over Memorial Day weekend. We had 3 adults and 2 dogs and it fit our needs perfectly. Having a fenced in yard for the dogs was a must! The apartment is steps from the beach and the bay—and walking distance to the amazing Brigantine market on Saturdays. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Our second visit to Tim and Cathy’s condo…love it! We hope to go next year again and stay there..I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice peaceful area yet not far from the boardwalk. The bay is only half block away in other direction also…great vacation! I thank them for sharing and all the hard work that goes into keeping a rental so nice and up to date.

Shelley's little vacation cabin was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We stayed only one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy the deck and the view, but they looked great! Easy driving distance from Cape May. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful place, went there to celebrate my daughter turning 1. It was a special moment and the view made it worth it!

Place was great! Street parking was sparse even though we had passes. When we got back Saturday afternoon around 430 there was no parking. I actually had to park at the end of the street closest to the boardwalk where the x’d out yellow box is and thankfully got no ticket. The street is only wide enough for one car so if someone is coming out when you’re pulling in there is no place to go and someone needs to back all the way up until someone parks and can let the other person by. Overall it was a nice place. Not much to do in AC unless you gamble and eat but we spent the day in wildwood to kill time until our dinner at Hell’s Kitchen in caesers casino.

He was great with communication. very easy instructions and sent a few times just in case The only con was only one tv in the apartment none any any of the bedrooms

Clean clean clean! Easy parking. Spacious. Rules made very clear. Tastefully decorated. Easy drive to “downtown.”

This was the best located place we've ever stayed for a vacation. We have 3 boys (7, 5, 9 months) and were able to park our car for the week. Our kids had no issues walking everywhere. It was a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk, OC Waterpark, shops and restaurants on Asbury, a public playground across from Acme, and an eyeshot from an Açaí bowl, ice cream, and coffee/sandwich shops. Directly Kitty-cornered is a park with green space and winding sidewalks that our kids rode scooters on and played sports at. There was plenty of space inside for our family of 5 and it came stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear. It was also amazing to relax out on the porch after the kids went to bed. We all agreed this is the best vacation we've had and a huge part of that was because of this place and its location. We hope to be able to rent it again for future vacations! We had a great weekend celebrating Easter and my father’s 90th birthday. Julie and Michael’s place was immaculate! The kitchen was well very stocked. We loved having coffee on the spacious porch in the mornings. The house is very conveniently located to stores, playground, and the beach.

Tim was an amazing host. He responded within five minutes to my questions before I even booked his place. He was both professional and personable. Tim’s home was in a perfect spot to all both OC and Somers Point has to offer. The home was wonderful and cozy and decorated in a nice beach theme. Beach chairs and tons of towels were provided! The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were comfy. I would Highly recommend Tim as a host!!

The hosts were lovely people, who are more than accommodating with any potential issues or questions. They are friendly, understanding, and patient. They provided a lovely home, perfect for a getaway not too far from the water. The home was welcoming and complete with anything one could need during their stay. The location was very close to the city, while maintaining a private, quiet, comfortable, and safe environment. There were no disruptions, and there was strong communication. Overall, a place worth staying!

We had a great time at the house. It had lots of things for our kids to entertain themselves with after a long day at the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again. Ken was a great communicator and respectful need to any questions very quickly. Very clear instructions throughout. Thanks Ken!

We had a great time staying at Heather’s place! It was kid friendly, spacious, and clean. Our kids loved the bunk bed and big backyard :) there are lots of restaurants and breakfast places within a 5 minute drive too! We hope to be back again when weather is warmer!

Had a great stay, the house was exactly as pictured. Could have been a little cleaner, but nothing too bad. Overall would highly recommend.

This condo is always our first choice whenever we are booking our OCNJ trip each year. It’s always super clean and has everything we need for a wonderful weeklong stay. We can’t say enough good things about the hosts, Steve and Beth. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

This was our first time in AC staying at a non Casino Hotel, which was amazing, we had plenty of room, could cook, and could easily walk to each Casino, would choose this place again and will definitely stay in this same place!! Exceeded my expectations for sure!

Andrew is a Fabulous Host! He has thought of things beyond what someone may need. His home is well Loved and cared for. We had an Amazing,peaceful,refreshing and very comfortable stay here. you could not ask for a more friendly, walkable neighborhood and just steps away from a very beautiful beach. Take a drive up Ocean St , till the end of the road. There is a very interesting spot to smell the fresh ocean breeze and just sit and relax 😍. Andrew's home is a true Gem!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming tiny apartment! The location was great - just one block from the boardwalk and the beach, as well as right next to a coffee shop. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. While the apartment was tiny, it was well-organized and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. If you're looking for a fantastic location and don't mind a snug living area, this apartment is an excellent choice. We highly recommend it for a beach weekend!
