South Berkeley Cottage

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING. The nightly rate has been discounted to account for construction in the main house (cottage sits in the back). The work is mainly inside now and begins weekdays (no weekends) at 7am and there is construction debris in the garden. This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. Our neighbors are close to completing a new house on their property. Occasional construction noise during the weekday is to be expected. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s puppy. She is friendly and can be confined.
