We had stayed at Mercy’s place before and this time was just as enjoyable as the prior time. The lodging was immaculate in every way. It was convenient to have an air fryer and a microwave to heat up leftover food. We would not hesitate to come here again.

This is my second time staying here and it’s always great!! The place is amazing and Bradley is an amazing host! Will be returning soon one day!

Very comfortable. Was nice to have EV charging and dishwasher but refrigerator does not have freezer. Josh was great host.

This was a really great place to stay. It looked like the photos, it was clean, private and kid friendly. Beth was responsive and ready with helpful recommendations. Would definitely recommend for anyone with children.

Gina was an amazing host. I got a chance to book her place with my parents. It was their first ever experience with Airbnb, and they really loved it. She was very kind to check in with us at repeated moments, and ensured we have a great time at her place. Highly recommended from my side, and I’d love to re-book if I am in the area again.

My nice positive review mimics most of the others. Its as described and exactly what I needed. Clean quiet comfortable very safe etc I needed to be able to sleep in the day which seems to be close to impossible even at a nice hotel. I also wanted to be able to sit in the yard and read and play guitar all alone in a forest setting which I did . The yard is also very tranquil much like being in a forest all alone. I had one brief very pleasant discussion with Tracy and that was it I got to be alone. Thank you.

The place was very cozy in the quiet neighborhoods within 10 minutes walking distance from North Berkeley BART station Judith was very friendly and kindly accepted our late check-in. The rooms were kept clean and tidy. We enjoyed playing a ball with her good dog Bodie in her beautiful back yard. We made a right decision and enjoyed our stay here.

This was definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs I have stayed at so far. Beautiful location, great communication with hosts, the space was unique and clean. You honestly transport to another world once you’ve arrived. Very beautiful villa atmosphere and nicely tucked away/private, would definitely stay again!

Sara was such an amazing host. Very responsive and understanding. The home was simple, clean, convenient, and nice. We felt at home. It wasn’t too far from the city and we enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic place. Nestled in beautiful, peaceful forest surroundings, it's a great spot to relax - yet still just a short drive away from Oakland city center, Berkeley, and San Francisco. Inside, the apartment is spacious, functional and well laid out. Great communication and organisation from the Host as well. Overall very highly recommended!

We loved staying at Laura’s place! It was very cute and cozy - the perfect space for the two of us. She supplied all the essentials and more. The backyard was absolutely beautiful, especially when lit up at night. The home was located in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Highly recommend this place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view of the water was amazing to wake up to, lots of wildlife, and felt very private. The studio is clean and charming and has plenty of kitchenware despite not having a full kitchen! Would definitely stay here again.

Rebecca’s place is homey and decorated beautifully as well. The garden and privacy of the patio and sitting area is perfect. She has thought of absolutely everything you would possibly need or want while there. She had treats out for my pups when we arrived and treats for me in the cookie jar. The bed was very comfortable and homey. It was pup friendly, which is a huge plus for me. The yard is fenced and secured with a locked gate which gave me peace of mind. Will stay here again when visiting Benicia.

Place was as described, beautiful apartment with a beautiful patio with great view. Very peaceful surroundings. Great host that makes you feel at home. Found my spot to stay next time I’m in town. Highly recommended .. 5 stars all the way

We had a wonderful weeklong stay. The Walnut Studio had everything we needed for a week away from home, including a most excellent coffee set up and tea selection! Fantastic location - would live in this neighborhood! Beautiful, walkable, totally Berkeley.

Easy, straightforward stay. Jason was very communicative and flexible on check in timing and helpful with all of my questions.

We really enjoyed our stay in Krutal's lovely two-bedroom apartment. It was very comfortable for our group of three. So much more quiet and peaceful than the local Berkeley hotels on busy streets, yet an easy walk to these areas. I definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Great stay for 8 days at this little garden retreat. Angel was a great on site host and accommodated any of my asks very quickly. The studio was perfect for me as a solo traveler and the gardens were a lovely respite to all the hubbub of my week in the bay. Loved chatting with the chickens in the morning and even got a couple eggs. Perfect for a laid back traveler who wants a little oasis close to Bart. Will definitely stay again and telling all my friends about it! Thank you!

This is the second time I've stayed here and will be returning for more time as I look for a house in Oakland/Berkeley. The location near the Claremont and neighborhood is one of my favorites and Malcolm's place is so convenient to Rick and Ann's, Fournee Bakery, Peet's and the neighborhood for walking and exploring. It also has great access to the Oakland hills and throught the back way to Orinda and Lafayette. A perfect location.

It was a great spot for a one-week visit to the area. It's a quiet neighborhood with views of the Bay and beyond. Blake Garden is just a three-minute walk away, and it was beautiful in May. We spotted local wildlife in the area (mostly when driving home at night): deer, raccoons, and a downhill neighbor seems to have a skunk family living in their driveway. The unit itself is perfect for a couple, and the sofa bed was comfortable for a kid of any size. The shared laundry room was available and convenient. We agree with others who have noted that the in-wall space heater was a little loud. This would not normally be a problem for us, as the droning fan creates white noise -- except at certain temperatures, the thermostat would occasionally cause it to repeatedly turn on and off. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if in the area again.

Mary's place was lovely. The space was warm, uncluttered, very efficient and it had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had all we needed to cook several dinners, but there was always Chez Panisse a nice walk away. The neighborhood was wonderful. Full of flowers, trees, quiet. The perfect break from NYC that we needed. I would definitely return on a future visit.
