Our cool and comfortable guest studio has a separate entrance. It is just 1-2 miles from Carmel beach and Carmel by the Sea restaurants and wine tasting rooms. It comfortably accommodates two. It has a king size bed and a small kitchenette with a microwave, wine refrigerator and coffee pot. It is located close to downtown Carmel by the Sea, Pebble Beach, Point Lobos and Big Sur. Petite but sweet studio built by our grandfather, Chaz, in 1940. It is one of four units formerly known as Piney Woods Lodge, where our grandparents welcomed travelers for years. We're excited to return Francy Free to its roots and hope you will join us (two sisters) in continuing their legacy. Studio is ground-level, easy to access and a short (1/2 mile) stroll through the woods to downtown and iconic Carmel beach.

Two-minute walk to south end of Carmel Beach. At the southern border of Carmel's golden rectangle. Modern and newly renovated one-bedroom apartment with separate entrance. Peek of ocean. Well appointed. Bottom level of our house. (We live upstairs and are usually available if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable!)
