Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Rye Ocean Beach

Fantastic property for couples. Secluded and cosy with plenty of amenities. Peachy were outstanding in their communication. Highly recommend this stay!

What a beautiful treetop haven! We had a wonderful 4 night stay with our 2 year old and newborn. The kitchen was awesome as we did do quite abit of cooking and all the various spaces to hang out were most welcome - the outdoor trampoline was such a great surprise! The bathrooms aren't amazing but they do the job and the WiFi didn't work but we used out phone hotspots to connect to NetFlix etc. Super close to Alba, golf courses and the bay/beach. Thank you for a great getaway as a family of four!

We had a great stay in this well presented house. Easy access and comfortable furnishings. Really enjoyed the use of the tastefully landscaped hot tub - it was really classy. The bookabreak team were very attentive and helped us out with a routine little issue which we really appreciated and gave us a generous late check out. Thanks

A rare find with both fireplace and outdoor fire pit, cosy vibes and generous kitchen. Close to shops and great base for the Mornington beaches!

The photos dont do this home enough justice. We already knew it was a beautiful home when booking but we weren't prepared on how beautiful it was once we opened the front door. It is so open & spacious. Perfect for large group bookings. I had my family of 5, my sisters family of 6 and our Brother. 12 of us, and there was plenty of space! The kitchen had everything we needed, a large fridge & Plenty of pantry space. Also had all crockery, cutlery, utensils, dishes needed. Which made dinners so easy & enjoyable. There was a living area for kids to enjoy separate from the adults in the main living area. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds for a good nights rest. The bathrooms were beautiful! Overall the house was clean & we were very satisfied. Tracey has made our stay very comfortable & smooth. Check-in & check-out was easy & stress-free. Highly recommend this stay & any home hosted by Tracey ☺️

The house was peaceful, comfortable and in a great location - walking distance to the beach. It felt like a real and cosy home - he kitchen was amazing with lots of utensils and dishes, making it easy to cook meals. Shar was a lovely host. Highly recommend!

My partner Bree and I loved staying at Kristy’s place. It was beautiful, clean and homey and Kristy was a great host! It has all the luxe features; great bed, nice towels, bidet/heated toilet seat, fire place etc; the rotating tv was a real standout too! A great place to work from and relax. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great time at the Portarlington National Celtic festival over the June long weekend. To top this off our very comfortable accommodation was a highlight. The Hosts have put so much effort to make their place a home away from home and it shows with every thoughtful detail . Certainly would recommend to anyone wanting to stay and also explore the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Hopefully we can return for another luxury escape !! Rgds Margaret & Bob

It was a last minute getaway and was just perfect. Exactly what we wanted and expected. Cold enough evenings to make the most of a fabulous fireplace. Lovely open space. Perfectly equipped kitchen and walkable distance to shops and beach. It was also a perfect secure home to bring our dog.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality.
