Ruben est une personne très réactive, gentille et répond à toutes nos préoccupations dans un temps record.J'ai vécu dans l'appartement pendant 1 semaine et j'ai apprécié le logement, il est situé près des transports public bus et métro, des restaurants et des boutiques et des centres commerciaux et il est équipé d'un système de climatisation et la cuisine équipée de tous les ustensiles nécessaire. n'écoutez pas les avis négatifs allez-y les yeux fermés. je recommande ce logement pour la qualité prix.

Ours was a quick stay so we did not have much time to explore the area. The apartment was comfortable, nice, clean and safe. There is a Mall with a grocery store, movie theater and a few places to eat inside, which was walkable from the apartment.

Logement très propre et conforme à la description. Loin du centre mais accessible en transport, facile d’accès. Un seul point négatif : il manque un rideau sur la porte pour que le logement puisse être entièrement dans le noir.

Apartament preciós i impecable. Té de tot, no hi falta detall. Molt ben equipat i acollidor. Millor que a les fotos. Vam poder aparcar gratis a davant. Molt a prop de parades de bus, va ser molt fàcil moure's per València. L'Illia va ser super amable, ens va enviar recomenacions i sempre ens va respondre al moment. El recomano al 100%.

Wir hatten ein tollen Aufenthalt in Esthers Unterkunft! Die Lage war super, sowohl die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel als auch der Strand waren in Windeseile erreicht. Das Hafen-Viertel El Cabanyal mag auf den ersten Blick etwas schroff wirken, gewinnt mit der Zeit aber an urigem Charme und die Cafés, Restaurants und Bars runden das Ganze ab. Das Wichtigste: Wir haben uns rund um die Uhr wohlgefühlt :). Außerdem lobend zu erwähnen ist der Kontakt mit Esther. Wir haben meistens nicht länger als 15 - 30 Minuten auf eine Rückmeldung ihrerseits gewartet, was absolut großartig war! Anschließend bleibt zu sagen, dass wir einen tollen Urlaub mit einer tollen Gastgeberin hatten – gerne wieder!

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. Just a 6 minute walk from the train station and only 15-25 minute walk into city center and historical sights. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well. Jaime and her associate responded quickly to my questions about early check-in and wifi.

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Éramos 11 adultos, un peque de 2 años, una bebé y el perro. La casa es muy confortable y espaciosa. Begoña es un encanto y muy atenta. Si volvemos a Valencia, volveremos a reservar aquí dado que hemos estado todos muy cómodos y contentos.

Perfect location to walk to everything you’d want to see in Valencia. Lots of restaurants, shops, one of Europe’s largest and oldest markets and ancient cathedrals and churches. Place was very nice with amazing views out the living room windows. The host as very communicative with an easy and seamless check in and check out.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

het was een heerlijk huis met dakterras op korte loop afstand van het strand en winkels, om de hoek een bakker, bazaar, 2 supermarkten en allerlei restaurants, ook de metro om de hoek, de bedden sliepen goed, airco deed het perfect, fijn dat er ook een aparte wc aanwezig was, paar stoelen op het dakterras waren wat verouderd en de parasol had zn beste dagen gehad maar er was wel een soort zonbescherming gemaakt, de trappen in huis waren smal is iets om rekening mee te houden als je lang of breed bent, verder was het heerlijk, wifi deed t ook goed trouwens, wij hadden erg late aankomst maar werden wel opgewacht, moesten daar iets voor bij betalen en de dame in kwestie sprak geen Engels maar deed erg haar best en de uitleg was goed te begrijpen, ik zou zeker terug gaan

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in het huis van Silvia. De locatie is goed, strand op 5 minuten lopen, fantastische restaurants in de directe omgeving en het centrum is ook goed bereikbaar. Een fiets huren is een aanrader! Silvia is met recht een 'super host'! Heel gastvrij, heel aardig, behulpzaam, snel in haar communicatie en ontzettend flexibel in aankomst- en vertrektijden (mits de omstandigheden dit toelaten uiteraard). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, de inventaris is uitstekend op orde, bedden liggen goed en de badkamers zijn modern en goed uitgerust. Al met al een aanrader!

My family and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. We enjoyed all the amenities, and the pool was a delight in this weather. I would strongly recommend to anyone with a big family or friends. Johana was super friendly and helpful.

Die Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer und man kann den großen gepflegten Pool für die Anlage mitbenutzen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, den man problemlos kostenlos vor dem Haus parken kann und so ist man in 20 Minuten mitten in Valencia. Es gibt aber auch eine gut funktionierende Busverbindung. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt direkt am Meer, sehr gerne wieder.

El apartamento es amplio, muy bien equipado, limpio, seguro, tranquilo, muy buen ubicado cerca de acceso al Metro. Amalia tiene una atencion excelente, siempre respondio con amabiliadad y rapidamente. 5 estrellas

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bus und Metro um die Ecke. Supermarkt und jede Menge Bars und Restaurants im Viertel. Einfach eine tolle Stadtwohnung. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Valencia zu erleben. 3 Schlafzimmer mit genügend Platz für 6 Personen.

Ich habe mich in dem Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt! Es war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und gemütlich, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühl. Vielen Dank

Belen was the best host!! She made sure she was available to welcome us and to show us around her place. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for what to do in the area and how to get to Valencia downtown area. I would definitely recommend staying at her home!!

We couldnt ask for a more responsive host. Ramón and Jorge who was helping him made sure to resolve all problems we had and did so without making us feel like we are bothering. Communication was very easy and quick. The apartament was very big and had everything you could wish for. We were very happy there was an umbrella that guests could take with them to the beach. There was a smart tv with various apps and live tv. The apartment was located in a peaceful neighborhood. Lacking restaurants that are open midday but its mostly because its not a touristic area and Spanish people dont eat during that time. It takes around 28 minutes to reach the beach and around 15 mins to reach the city of arts and science. Very good public transport options if you don't like walking or too reach places that are more far away. Overall, if all hosts treated guests like Ramón and Jorge treated us, traveling would be much more enjoyable.

Vi bodde två veckor i Veronicas fina lägenhet. Allt var mycket bra i boendet. Mycket välutrustad kök. Du kan nästan laga vilken maträtt du vill där, utrustningen räcker till var du än vill göra för maträtt. Ett par minuters promenad till stranden och det finns två fina strandstolar till förfogande. Wi-Fi är bra. Området är mycket lugnt och tryggt. En stor fin pool och en mycket välvårdad trädgård att njuta av. Bra bussförbindelse till centrum. Det tar cirka 40 minuter. Vill du ha en skön semester så hyr Veronicas lägenhet!

Una estancia muy agradable, el apartamento tal cual aparece en las fotos. Todo muy limpio y con todas las comodidades. Muy buena comunicación con Marta.
