Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Russafa, L'Eixample

As a woman traveling alone I am always concerned about safety. I had zero worries here. there are 3 doors each requiring a key. The keys are easy to tell apart. If stairs are not your thing this place might now be for you. it's on the 2nd floor with no elevator. This wasn't an issue for me, but might be for someone else. Paola was very responsive and helpful. There was nothing I needed that the apartment didn't have. It was very clean and very close to a shop to buy some groceries for my stay.

This place was as described and shown in the photos. Within. walkable distance to restaurants, grocery store, bus stops and metro station. We struggled a little bit in opening the building gate through the app however with Miguel's guidance we got in. Nice place to stay and enjoy Valencia.

Clearly in center of action (1st time visitors would do well here, like me), yet quiet, secure street and building. Squeaky clean. Modern and well-stocked place, including some olive oil, coffee and spices. Wine and large bottle of water. Would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment and great location. Close to cafes, bar and restaurants. Very lively but not too loud neighborhood. We loved Valencia. The apartment was very special. It was fantastic to have the terrace/balcony. We had such a great time.

Enrique's place is close to all of the great sights in Valencia. We loved being able to walk to the Central Market and get fresh food every morning. It is also close to the Cathedral. If you are in Valencia to see the sights and eat paella, this is the place to book. There is a washer and dryer (separate appliances), which is rare, and it is very useful when traveling with a baby. The apartment also has a dish washer, which is also very useful when there are lots of bottles to wash. Lastly, Enrique was very accommodating. We ran out of detergent and dish washing detergent and he resupplied us the next day.

We had a lovely stay in Valencia. The location is great: relatively central, but still very quiet. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, everything was very clean, modern and well thought out. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in Auras apartment,it was just like the pictures,spotlessly clean and very modern.The bed was super comfortable & the bathroom large with a great shower.Most importantly it was peaceful and quiet so we could relax and enjoy our holiday.Aura gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations.If ever we return to València we would definitely stay here again.Thank you Aura

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, no doubt. The apartment is simply spectacular: spacious, tastefully decorated, full of light and with all the comforts you can imagine. If I go back to Valencia, I'll repeat without thinking. Olga has been a 10-star host: friendly, flexible and with smooth and super easy communication from the first moment. You can tell that he takes care of even the smallest detail to make you feel at home. We went with a little one and it was ideal: safe stairs, high chair, crib, bathtub, even diapers and wipes! The beds are very comfortable and the sofa... It's one of those places you don't want to leave. You've exceeded all the group's expectations! Thank you for such a perfect stay, Olga :)

Alejandro was an excellent host , super responsive and helpful. The house was excellent well equipped and spacious great for what we wanted it for. Beach is a 15 mins walk away with loads of restaurants.

it didn't feel like a vacation apartment, but like your own home. In all my years of staying in apartments, I have never seen such a well-equipped accommodation, including everything related to cleanliness or basic necessities. Highly recommended.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

Perfect location, close by metro to get into the city center and the apartment was really lovely. Clean, well-stocked with welcome drinks and bites, etc. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in Valencia! Listing was as described, clean and very nice. The owners were super welcoming, always available and very proactive. They gave us good restaurant addresses and were flexible about the departure time, which was very appreciable. Really friendly and professional hosts – we highly recommend!
