My stay at this apartment was excellent. The location is unbeatable, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The apartment was impeccable: clean, tidy and very comfortable. What really made the difference was José as a host. Their attention and dedication reminded me of the early days of Airbnb, when hosts really went out of their way to give you local tips and make you feel at home. In addition, he had the courtesy of offering me a small sample of the city, which made my experience even more special. I definitely recommend it and would do it again!

I lived in this loft apartment for a month and would happily go back. It is located in a Spanish neighbourhood which was important to me. It is about a mile from the beach and a mile from the top of the Gardens de Turia. Easy walks as there are no hills in Valencia! Even a walk to the city centre only takes about an hour and is well worth it. Alternatively hire a bike (the city is very cyclist friendly) or use the cheap buses or Metro. David and Iris were perfect hosts. They were in contact before the trip, shared loads of information about the apartment and the city, and were very quick to respond if I had any problems or needed some guidance. The accommodation is pretty much as described but it is worth noting there isn't any real natural light in the accommodation. And if you are sharing with friends its worth noting that bathrooms are not ensuite. They are off the main living area. None of this takes away from the fact that the accommodation was fabulous.

Patri is a wonderful, very friendly host with a great apartment very close to Malvarosa beach. Location: The apartment is within walking distance of about three minutes from the great beach Malvarosa and its long promenade. It is superbly connected by metro, bus connection and the bike rental system "Valenbisi". There are very good restaurants and shopping in the area. Apartment: The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, with all necessary utensils and some extras. It is really very clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Host: Patri is a great host who picked us up at the metro. She is a heartfelt host and comes in her apartment with many extras beyond the expected level of an AirBnB apartment. Patri is very responsive to requests.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, just a few steps from the beach yet pleasantly quiet. The surroundings are familiar and relaxed, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished. We found the amenities particularly positive: everything was really thought of, even beach chairs, beach towels and other equipment were available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

Antonio is a super host, he is friendly and approachable. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. No detail is missing, everything is very charming. Convenient access to the beach and supermarkets. Next to the apartment, there is a stop for bus 112A to Valencia. All amenities. Thanks for the cart for shopping, chairs and umbrella for the beach. He also put us in touch with a taxi driver he trusted to take us to the airport Thank you very much Antonio and Isabel.😘😘

The place was very comfortable for my family. He provided alot of items to make it feel more like a home. It was also very convenient as it close to the metro. Tomas is also very friendly and accomodating.

It was a long stay (23 days). Apartments in good condition, they match the photos and description. The area is very quiet. Pepe is very friendly and communicates very quickly if you need anything. We will definitely rent the apartments again.

Thank you Mayte for your helpfulness and kindness during your stay. The house is in a great location, close to two shopping centers and 5 minutes from the city of arts and sciences. The house has everything you need for the duration of your stay and also the pool of the building is excellent and not very crowded.

A beautiful place to stay in the heart of the city. You can quickly reach the park or the cathedral. The apartment was also large enough for three people. We would also try to book the apartment again on our next visit.

Overall, great place to stay, especially if you have small kids as the area is very family-friendly. Apt was clean; hosts were responsive and very walkable to Playa Patacona (loved this beach as it was quiet and always had space for us), and I personally loved having the pool option in the building. Here's what I would advise for those that are visiting Valencia for the first time (like us) and don't know where to stay - if you want easy access to the beach, this is great. HOWEVER you are far from the city center and if you don't have a car (like us), expect to pay a lot for Ubers/Taxis/Cabify. Since we do not normally rent a car in international destinations, I didn't think this distance was going to be a problem but we usually had to wait 10-15 minutes for an Uber/Taxi to arrive for pick up. Again this is NOT the fault of the hosts; just sharing for first time Valencia visitors.

Belen was the best host!! She made sure she was available to welcome us and to show us around her place. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for what to do in the area and how to get to Valencia downtown area. I would definitely recommend staying at her home!!

Our flight was delayed by 45 mins. We communicated with host about this due to needing to meet someone to collect keys. She told us that there was a fee of €25 if we were arriving later than 10pm. We managed to arrive just before 10pm but were still charged the €25. Little disappointed with this but overall a great experience. Lovely apartment with good facilities and nice beds. Very clean and child friendly.

Amazing apartment in a quiet area. Marisa is very helpful and we can find everything we need. There is children play area just downstairs and we have all the equipments for play in the apartment like football, mini golf, padel, ping-pong, sands toys… perfect for family with kids. There is a garage with private parking place, only 15min drive to the city center. And supermarket and good breakfast shop in walking distance. Highly recommended!

Our experience at Patricia's house was excellent from the start. Communication was fast, clear and very friendly. Upon arrival, the place was impeccably clean, as shown in the photos, and with details that show the affection and dedication with which Patricia takes care of her guests. The location was ideal, quiet but with everything you need nearby.
