House holiday rentals in Russafa, L'Eixample

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Wish I could give this place 6 stars!!! We stay in places all over the world and this is def at the top of our list! Ellen is the BEST host ever. So helpful and friendly. 10/10! Our kids loved the pool and beach! Wonderful location, we’ll be back!

We had a splendid week at Jose's place. The villa is absolutely bonkers, has a lot of bedrooms and enough bathrooms for all people, as well as super spacy common areas and yard. The house is cool even if you don't use the AC. The amenities were great, we had everything we need. When we arrived, check-in was easy and the place was spotless. The only downside is the distance to the city centre and beaches - you have to plan your commuting well. But, there is easy access to the metro and you can use Uber and Freenow services as well. Huge thanks to Jose for being responsive during our entire stay, taking care of our needs and providing this wonderful villa for our vacation. Cheers!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a beautiful property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

A nice house which is also for sale. Only 15min by car from Valencia. Pool is lit at night, creating a relaxing atmosphere on warm summer nights. Plenty of space for the whole family, or in our case perfect for content creation (music)

Don’t sleep on this rental! Doesn’t look like much from the street but inside is a totally new and very lovely 3br/2ba. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were modern and pristine, and the space is clean and calming. Patio with pool out back is a delightful extra.

We had the best, most relaxing time in José’s apartment. Great location 2 mins from the beach, the kitchen is so well put together and equipped. When I come back to this great city I will look to stay here again!

Nice appartment, close to the beach. Bus and metro in the close proximity to get you to the city. Great location for a weekend in Valencia.

It was really great stay. I really appreciate host response in every manner. location is very nearby to Bus & Metro stops. Also 5-7 minutes to main center. Valdeolivas allowed for check in earlier and check out later. All in all it was great stay. Greatly recommend it.

Esther's place was perfect for our family of 5 (boys aged 15, 13 and 10) 15 mins from the oceanografic and science museum and close to a local park and a very new supermarket. Esther was great at responding to any questions we had and always helped in any way she could.

Never being in Valencia, this was a wonderful location. Walk to the beach, dining was all around us and very good. Bus service to city center was wonderful. Bus Pass was great and thanks to Maria telling us about it, it did work. The space was wonderful, and each bedroom was just perfect for our family. The only thing that we missed was a patio or balcony to sit out in the morning to have out coffee. But we would return again. Thanks, Maria, for being the best host!!!! Also, your son was wonderful to help us with our Spanish.... Conner family

We had a fantastic stay at Juan Manuel's place! He was very responsive and really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The space itself is spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning in the main living space and main bedroom and ceiling fans in all other rooms. We would definitely stay again the next time we are visiting Alequas!

The photos don't do the house justice. It's super big. The rooms are much bigger than expected. The house is very bright. It has a covered patio/Giant Cerrado and roof. Everything has been renovated . Amparo is a sweetheart. I made the order from Mercadona and I arrived before me, and she put it on the fridge for me. The house doesn't lack anything. What's more, it has gel and shampoo, bottles of fresh water in the fridge, a small milk brik, 2 beers and everything, all kinds of cleaning products, come on, of everything. To put it a but , Google Maps doesn't give the location correct. You have to look for it by the Street View. It's next to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Corner. Ahh important, if you want to see the national channels of tv, Coméntaselo a Amparo because it has to be done through an app. All in all, great!!

Perfect location to walk to everything you’d want to see in Valencia. Lots of restaurants, shops, one of Europe’s largest and oldest markets and ancient cathedrals and churches. Place was very nice with amazing views out the living room windows. The host as very communicative with an easy and seamless check in and check out.

Carlos's place was perfect for us! Lidia met us at the door, gave us a tour, and answered any questions. The building is ideally situated. To your right, you can see Plaza de Toros and the subway entrance. To your left, you see Plaza de Ajuntament, ringed by beautiful architecture and historical buildings. The building has a lovely lady as the portera (building attendant/caretaker). The flat is roomy and bright. All bedrooms have air conditioning, storage, and comfortable beds. We often opened the windows to let breezes and fantastic street sounds in. As expected, being in the middle of a very touristy area, sounds will occasionally extend later into the night, which we expected and didn't mind. The kitchen and bathrooms are utilitarian but clean. This flat is the owners' home and well-loved, as it became to us. The cost of the flat for our time was quite reasonable, and Carlos always responded when there were questions. We would happily use this home again.

Fantastic apartment in the port area of Valencia. Jordi provided some very helpful suggestions on what to see and do and we found some great restaurants. The apartment is situated on a quiet road just a few minutes walk from the beach but if you don’t want to move then you can enjoy the wonderful roof terrace! Great place to stay if you want to explore Valencia.

Lovely place to stay with everything you need including a utility room outside with everything you needed for laundry which was super helpful. Very nicely furnished and good area nearby with lots of nice bars
