Holiday rentals with a patio in Russafa, L'Eixample

Todo ha ido genial. Javier es un gran host. En cuanto a la ubicación, es perfecta si quieres estar tranquilo a las afueras de la gran cuidad y muy cerca al mismo tiempo. Hay opciones de rutas para correr y hacer bicicleta. Y es genial acabar el día en la piscina.

El apartamento es un bajo. Muy bien decorado y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Se comunica rápido en autobús con el centro viejo de la ciudad. Muy buena la distribución de la casa. Para ser un loft era bastante amplio y la terraza estupenda. Micaela estuvo fantástica en el check in y Diana también fue muy amable con la hora de salida. Totalmente recomendable.

El apartamento está en excelentes condiciones de equipamiento y mantenimiento, todo como lo dice el anuncio. Javier, el anfitrión que nos recibió explicó todo el funcionamiento de la casa, lugares de interés para visitar y lugares donde comer. En resumen, muy recomendable, sin duda regresaría

As a woman traveling alone I am always concerned about safety. I had zero worries here. there are 3 doors each requiring a key. The keys are easy to tell apart. If stairs are not your thing this place might now be for you. it's on the 2nd floor with no elevator. This wasn't an issue for me, but might be for someone else. Paola was very responsive and helpful. There was nothing I needed that the apartment didn't have. It was very clean and very close to a shop to buy some groceries for my stay.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is exactly as pictured, gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning robust, and the shower water pressure strong. The hosts left the largest basket of snacks and coffee pods I’ve seen at an Airbnb. The property is centrally located. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was only an 11 minute walk away. There were charming restaurants near by with great food. Communications with the hosts were convenient and timely. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Valencia.

Un excellent petit appartement mais très bien équipé. les contacts, du début à la fin ont été parfait et l'accueil très amical. Une confiance réciproque digne de mention. L'emplacement est très calme, l'immeuble aussi. La possibilité de stationner dans le garage est un énorme plus. Station de tram à 5 minutes à pied. J'ai passé une dizaine de jours et de nuits reposants. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour personne seule ou couple. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi.

Abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per il nostro soggiorno di alcuni giorni a Valencia. Gli arredi sono nuovi e curati. Self check-in facile e veloce. La doccia è ampia e l’acqua calda arriva subito, un dettaglio che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Consigliatissimo! La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro.

L’appartamento di Leontina è delizioso, silenzioso e pulito. Leontina è una host molto gentile e reattiva, ci e’ venuta incontro per qualsiasi esigenza. La zona è molto comoda e vicina al centro. Ci tornerei sicuramente

Mooi, brandschoon en op begane grond gelegen appartement. Locatie is top, je bent zo met openbaar vervoer in de stad, lopend naar het strand. Wij hadden voor ons verblijf een fiets gehuurd waardoor we heel mobiel waren en binnen 15 minuten in centrum waren. Milena is een gewedige host. Ze vindt het belangrijk dat de gasten het naar hun zin hebben. Er staat een schaal met allerlei lekkers klaar voor de gasten. Dit appartement is een aanrader.

Great stay! Francisco was very responsive and friendly and even found us a local shop recommendation when we had a flat tire. I would highly recommend it! It is very close to the metro which makes it easy to get around and there are markets nearby which makes it really convenient. Apartment was cozy and my family had a great stay!

The Design House was great, we had an amazing stay. Short walk from the beach and lots to do locally. Very near the bus stop to get you into Valanecia Central in about 30 mins. We very much enjoyed our stay. There is a big wheeled shopping bag to take to the beach and beach umberellas (and shopping). Balls for the kids to throw about. It was just an easy breezy place with no drama. Thanks everyone - we had a blast!

We had some issues trying to get in to the house but Alexandra was very helpful and always answered when we had questions. We could not have asked for a better house, we loved the terrace and four bathrooms is definitely a plus when six girls are living together. The area was very homely and peaceful but still close to all the places we wanted to visit.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento con un gruppo di 8 amici e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è molto bella, curata nei dettagli e pulitissima, perfetta per un soggiorno in compagnia. Anche se non abbiamo incontrato di persona la proprietaria, è sempre stata disponibile e puntuale nel rispondere alle nostre domande, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La posizione è un po’ fuori dal centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile: circa 15 minuti in taxi oppure 40 minuti con i mezzi pubblici.

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

This place is exactly what we needed. Perfect location in a cool, vibrant neighborhood close to the beach and restaurants/bars. Fransisco was also very prompt with any questions we had, and helped set us up with a ride from the airport to the place. I'd highly recommend for anyone looking to visit the Cabanyal area of Valencia!

La vivienda es amplia y tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables. Buena ubicación, cerca de la playa y en la misma calle, al final, hay un supermercado. Tiene la piscina al lado de la casa, muy cómodo.

Pasamos un fin de semana súper agradable en la casa de Jazmín. Fue muy atenta y amable con nosotros, la casa nos sorprendió mucho por su amplitud en las zonas comunes y estar muy bien cuidada y tener todas las comodidades. ¡Recomendamos mucho este alojamiento, además tiene un supermercado a pocos metros y es una zona bonita y tranquila!

Die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Nähe waren viele Supermärkte und der wunderschöne Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Adam und Eddy war sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung ist top und mein fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Die Unterkunft liegt ebenfalls nah an der U Bahn und das Stadtzentrum ist mit nur 2 Stationen zu erreichen. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Ein späterer Check Out war ebenfalls problemlos möglich. Nur zu Empfehlen!

Beautiful apartment just 20 minutes from Valencia, with easy access and a nearby bus stop. The view of the beach and pool is amazing, and the place was clean and exactly as expected. host were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
